This review is the makeover I had on July 9th. The Sephora associates, Debbie (who did my skin) & Michelle (who did my makeup) were wonderful in helping me with the makeover. I got so many compliments on my makeup at the wedding (again, thank you so much Michelle!). However, the manager refused to honor the complementary makeover, saying how it was one-time ever offer for VIB membership (even though it says from their website, & I quote, "New VIB members, and VIB members who requalify for VIB will receive a Free Make Over offer"). So even though I renewed the VIB membership & was going to use it within the 90 days, I still had to buy something. 6/5 for the makeover, 2.5-3/5 for how management refused to honor the complementary makeover offer. read more

Alex helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin. And told me about some products that help with oily skin through out the day when make up is on. She put a nice setting powder after applying my foundation which I never use to do but because it looked so nice I ended up purchasing the liquid foundation and setting powder. She gave me samples of the oily cream and primer and a thing for dry skin to put on the dry areas before I make my decision on buying them which is also super cool. She was so sweet and very helpful. I LOVE this Sephora!!! I just went in to get a 45 minute makeup makeover and Debbie was my associate. She was so sweet and knowledgable. She did a wonderful job on my makeup and listened to all of my questions and answered them. She helped me find new products and also helped me learn new makeup tricks. She taught me a lot of new things with my makeup and helped me purchase new things to up my makeup routine. Another associate (I believe her name was Sasha) was also super helpful. She helped me finally decide on a new lip shade and she also answered my questions on self tanners and even gave me some samples to try of each of them. The cashier was also super friendly and made a recommendation for a setting mist and gave me a sample of that, too. Overall my experience was 5+ stars and I cannot wait to come back. Every time I've been to this location the employees are always super nice and helpful all the way up to checking out! Never had a bad experience here! I went in tonight to make and exchange for a kat von d shade, and I always have trouble picking a shade. I asked a girl that was cleaning one of the makeup stands. She matched my shade perfectly to my neck, where last time the girl just kind of guessed but didn't try it on my skin. Great location, love coming here!! read more

Love this place, a few hiccups in the beginning but have found very helpful people there. Amber, the esthetician in skin has helped me so much find the correct products to help my adult breakouts as well as age/wrinkle prevention. It doesn't seem that they rotate stock :/ I went in and bought two mascaras, Marc Jacobs feather noir and Clinique one my friend has suggested; I got home to find that they were both dried out and flakey. Since I spent $50 on these mascaras I decided to go exchange them. The only reason why I am giving two stars is because they were incredibly nice when I brought the mascaras back and returned them without question (although they were only 2 days old and I had my receipt). However once again when I got home I was stuck with two mascaras that did nothing for me but make my eyelashes look bad and as someone who normally only does their lashes this is a problem. I literally have used them once and tossed them to the side. At this point it seems I could go back as many times as I needed and I would always leave with old dried product. I had a similar problem at the Sephora in Ventura as well so for me it seems like an overall problem with the chain. Guess I'm out 50 bucks. read more

They had great service. The employees were always ready to help me. I was ecstatic when I saw they had in stock the Jaclyn Hill x Becca Champagne Collection Face Palette. The Sephora in my location doesn't even sell it! Of course I grabbed one to see what the whole hype was about and it is perfect! They only had about 8 left when I was there a couple weeks ago. Beautiful store! Went in there checking out an item you can't get online or other stores. Greeted warmly by staff that provided great service and asked if I needed help often. Besides the friendly staff, I should re emphasize they have product that other stores don't. I almost hesitated to review because I, don't think, people ,still know this store exists. Best one I've been too the girl with teal hair I forgot her name but she took her time to help me match the right foundation in which the day before I went to a different location and the girl matched me and she gave like 3 shades lighter yet I felt rushed there and the girls are with a bad b@&$? I called to set up an appointment a few hours earlier and they put me in for 4:30, then when I arrived told me they didn't have a reservation for me but they did end up fitting me in anyways. I had Daisy who was amazing I asked for a glam look for a bacholorette party and she gave me exactly that.
