Then she went after them with a cuticle scissor in a choppy fashion, leaving them ragged like I had been chewing on them. And this was a manicure I made an appointment for, not just a rushed walk-in! They also don't appear to be disinfecting their tools, as the manicurist just wiped off the cuticle scissors after using them. Yes it's cheap, but you run the risk of a bad infection. Stay away!!

I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return.
