By far the worst costumer service ever. My boyfriend and I went in, sat at a table, when asked about types of beers the server only mentioned 3 and draft. We ordered Hatuey which tasted like they had just put in the fridge. It took forever for someone to take our order. When the food came to the table they brought us the wrong food because they "ran out of the Fricassee de pollo" and the the waitress said she understood something else. Never apologized or gave the option to look at the menu to order something else. My boyfriend ended up eating the chicken they brought. The food was ok just not what we order. I'll use this of feedback to express an uncomfortable event that I witnessed Saturday in this Restaurant, near the table where I was with a friendships around 2.15 pm in a professional way one of his workers interacts with a client expressing that if they were already attending , later another worker asks the client the question and he says that no one attends, something that caught our attention because it was not real, then the customer began to express a series of rude and insults without any reason, he left and came back before we were finished, came over aggressively to such an extent that one of the customers had to call the police. From this situation, I'm of the following opinion: 1. Not always the customer is right, because we are also customers and we all feel very uncomfortable with the situation even several left. 2. In situations such as this, the Restaurant must have its own security protocol for both its workers and customers, it wasn't possible to appreciate a quick and effective response from the Restaurant Administration. 3. Customer satisfaction as an attribute influences security, yesterday was very slow the response of the Administration to respect, therefore very poor levels of customer satisfaction that we witnessed the event. 4. Ante situaciones como esta el Restaurante debe tener su propio protocolo de seguridad tanto para sus trabajadores como para los clientes, no se pudo apreciar una respuesta rápida y efectiva por parte de la Administración del Restaurante. 3. En la satisfacción del cliente como atributo influye la seguridad, ayer fue muy lenta la respuesta de la Administración al respeto, por lo tanto muy pobre los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes que presenciamos el suceso. 4. Today my family and I celebrated a relatives 94th birthday at Sergio's. We were a large party. The restaurant was very busy but the hostess and manager were very attentive. Today I was having breakfast and I sat at the bar area where I normally sit. I previously visited and was attended Martha an employee at the bar stand. During my past visit she was super sweet, attentive and accurate. I've met many waitresses since I sit and work at different locations on my laptop. Today she saw me and remembered my last order, how I like Kim coffee and just gave me such a beautiful experience. What a beautiful soul. Feedback: Service is extra horrible at your Bird Road location. Even though I like very close I won't go there, your staff is slow and lazy might I add and having a manager that doesn't speak English ( I am bilingual ) is a good way to isolate your clientele. Awful! I came after work looking forward to a hot meal the white rice and vaca frita were cold. At the time I placed the order I asked the server to please make sure the maduros were fresh and hot. He ignored the request, brought out stale maduros. By the time I had to flag him down to tell him he then offered to get fresh ones. Of course by the time they were brought to us I had finished the walk. We didn't get bread while we waited.
