My first time and I had lots of fun, just wish more of younger or mid 40's crowd. $20 admission plus food can be pricy in the end if the night. Definitely recommend it

    (3) fish tacos and the Mediterranean Appetizer plate. Delicious and perfect with the day drinks.

Great place to hang out solo or with friends. Outdoor seating is convenient and cozy, overlooking Ventura Blvd. parking lot is available on the property. Crowd is fun, owners are super friendly and the food is delicious!!!! The drinks are top notch and they have great happy hour deals. If you're looking for a place to chill whether it's during the day or night, I would definitely recommend Serra's!

I would like to share my experience with Serra's Dine & Dance Club, which is now a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Recently I have visited at Serra's Restaurant a few times for dinner and for drinks with several friends lately ( during COVID ) and each one of my friends and myself, we had an amazing time and enjoyed the personal attention of the owners Serra and Hilda.. Also each one of us truly enjoy the tasteful & delicious Mediteranean Cuisine. I even had the blessings to get personalized menu delivered to my home during my COVID episode gor 15 days ... They cooked a special healthy meal every day for me... am so very grateful!!! Also due to Covid they had to make some changes and it really looks beautiful outside I will attach some pictures that I was able to take that nice. The ambience is really beautiful and that's a lot to Serra's culture of hospitality 5 Stars & 5 hearts from me to Serra's I highly recommend you check out the new menus and the outdoor dinning experience

Monday night ladies!! Don't miss it!! The hottest show in Studio City!!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews cause I completely disagree. We honestly use Serra's Dining and Dance as our venue for our Exotic Male Dance night. And the service and bar and food are great. We've already done several shows and have only gotten good compliments on service and so forth. We use all her in house service as far as waiters and bartenders and there all great. And we have nothing but compliments from our clients. I think a lot of outside people use her venue and those are the people that are unprofessional and negative. The owner Serra is an absolute sweetheart. There is nothing negative I could say about her. She gives her 100% to keep this club going.

    Branzino, tests exelent

Ordered to go Branzino today it tastes excellent, very satisfied. Fish was very fresh and tasty.I suggest this place to anyone, friendly stuff. I love this place and never been disappointed in their service. Good job.

Rain is one of the few remaining options in the valley, and while the competition isn't strong--Elevation in Van Nuys isn't really a contender, and Club Cobra serves a different crowd--Rain does the job. That said, Rain isn't the best club either. If you're in the valley and want something local, it's a decent choice. The venue is spacious, with good music on Saturdays, usually featuring popular hits. If you're just looking to dance and enjoy drinks with friends, it's perfectly fine. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone coming from outside the valley; it doesn't match the vibrant party scenes found in LA or other cities, but it fulfills the basic clubbing need. To make the most of your experience, I suggest getting on the guest list and arriving before 10:30 PM for free entry--it's $10 after that, but who doesn't like free? You can relax with a drink until the crowd starts to arrive around 11. Drink prices are standard, around $15, but they have a limited selection of beers, mainly traditional Mexican ones. If you're into craft beers or IPAs, you won't find them here. Overall, is it the best club? Not really, but it's a good option when you want to stay local and don't want to travel far. Until something better comes along, it serves its purpose. We had a good time there.

Kiss Kiss is a ""speakeasy"" style club in K-town (parking theoretically available on side streets + metered though you're better off using rideshare) that neighbors another ""speakeasy"" style club around the corner. What's changed about Kiss Kiss? Drink prices for one! They've multiplied by 1.5x at least (!) and now they seemingly do not limit capacity at the club because we felt like we were in a can of sardines in there. The bartenders are still nice and polite at least. The music is also not at all any good anymore. We came on Halloween night because (1) we are familiar w/ Kiss Kiss and (2) we figured K-town was less chaotic than WeHo. This is where we learned they had tickets for sale at the door to get in (please brace yourselves,,,, it was an astounding $45......). We sucked it up and paid (our mistake we would soon learn). The night itself was advertised as a 70's disco Halloween event. At NO POINT in the entire night was 70s music played as every. single. song. was synth/house music. At the most maybe 4 songs were synth/house/EDM remixes of 70s music. Not to mention!!! They only played 1 Halloween song all night! The only positive from the night was the decor was nice. Security guards at the bathroom side make you leave your drink "under their watch" while you use the restroom. I stayed behind and switched with my friend to keep a constant eye on our drinks because the man on duty was doing everything BUT watching people's drinks!! In a town where women are known to be roofied frankly quite often is insane to me. TLDR; Cover fee is $$, drinks are $$, place is so packed you're bumping into people ever 5 seconds, security is useless, do not come here.

The valet attendant was extremely rude, refused to let us park, and wouldn't even allow us to pay for valet. We had to find parking somewhere else and walk to the bar. When we finally reached the entrance, the situation became even worse. The valet had apparently spoken to security about us, and we were singled out and charged a higher cover price. Even after we agreed to pay it, they still refused to let us inside and acted as if we were the problem. I am a transgender woman, and the entire situation made me feel targeted and discriminated against because I am trans. My stepmother and I were two women who were made to feel humiliated, unwelcome, and completely vulnerable. This is not how paying customers should ever be treated. Management seriously needs to investigate the behavior of the valet and security staff. A business should not make customers feel unsafe or singled out because of who they are. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before giving this place your money.

We were honestly falling asleep waiting for the actual entertainment to begin. The entire night felt chaotic from the moment we arrived. You spend time getting dressed up, planning a date night, driving downtown, and trying to be excited for the experience, only to park in a dark lot with feces and urine in the stairway. It was scary and disgusting. We looked past the parking lot situation because we were excited to enjoy our night out, but unfortunately the experience only got worse from there. The waitress kept pushing us to order more items, which made the whole night feel like a money grab. The food was absolutely embarrassing and nothing like what was advertised in the gallery photos on the website. It honestly felt like it came straight from Costco. Other reviews mentioned food being served on paper plates, and we can confirm that we experienced that too. The slice of pizza was literally Costco pizza. The pizza and snacks were cheap, low-quality, and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. It really makes you wonder how many people feel misled by that kind of advertising. There was also a complete lack of control and management. People who did not pay for reserved seating were hovering nearby, ready to take your seat the second you got up to use the restroom or go to the dance floor. We saw multiple people weasel their way into reserved lounge and table areas on the ground floor. At one point, a couple was even going through someone's fur coat and looked close to taking belongings before the actual couple returned. That alone says a lot about the environment and lack of security. The billing situation made it even worse. The waitress quickly skipped through the itemized receipt, which made it easy to miss that a 20% tip had already been included. We ended up tipping on top of the included gratuity and only realized it afterward. At that point, we felt completely scammed. We spent over $300, and the overall experience and management were absolutely not worth it. To be fair, some of the acts were great and the band was great. Separate from that, everything else was as mentioned. Between the deceptive billing, weak drinks that barely seemed to have alcohol, the delayed start, boring dance lessons, embarrassing food, poor seating control, and lack of management, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I definitely do not recommend reserving seats, drinking at this event, or buying their food. Eat dinner beforehand and do not worry about arriving on time, because the show does not really start until around 10:30 anyway. We left feeling scammed.

Interestingly enough, the people looked like regulars so if it's your cup of tea, then I guess you'll enjoy it but if you're trying to find a new place to try out for live entertainment, this isn't it.
