I bought a 2010 car two years ago. I have not had any problems with it, although I only have 4300 miles on the car. Great car, so I would give Lexus 5 stars, but, Servco Lexus maintenance gets two stars because it doesn't work with you to schedule appointments. I called to get a safety inspection and told I would have to wait over a week. When I explained that I was leaving island for a trip and needed it done before I left, the attitude was.....Too Bad! I'll take my business somewhere else. If your looking to buy a car from them look across the street at the Lexus -Bmw place. Maybe their maintence will be more customer friendly. read more
