I took my lexus rx 330 twice - once for an inspection and once to get a new dashboard cover Each time i was severely disappointed. In the first case my air conditioner quit working right after i drove off. An inspection should not result in the ac to stop working but it did. AC had been working perfectly for 2 years before In the second instance my car door and window remote operation stopped working. Once again these had worked perfectly before When i bought it to the service managers attention he said it was coincidental but he did find something they had forgotten to do before which was sync the remote which he did while i was there. This past week I had my current Lexus in for service and also indulged in a bit of new car shopping. This was my first visit at the new dealership location, and I was pleased that the facility felt considerably more spacious and welcoming. At the service department Tyran always reliably got back to me as to the status of my repair even though I know he was short handed with Chester on vacation. He also assisted with rental car arrangements. And in sales, Eric was very informative and helped me understand the tightly fixed package configurations offered by the distributer for the new version of the sedan I am thinking about updating. I am a tremendously picky shopper when it comes to colors and options, but Eric was patient and stayed well beyond his expected work shift to assist me. Unfortunately the higher optioned sedan I desired was not in stock, however I felt my time was quite well spent. I hope to remain a Lexus customer as I do pay significant attention to quality and reliability measures attained by this brand. read more

I drove by the Lexus dealership in Maui on a Sunday when no one else was open and saw an SUV that caught my eye, I had been searching for several months for an SUV online but had yet to go to any dealerships. We pulled in and were greeted quite quickly by Tamri but not in that overwhelming trying to sell me a car feeling more just relaxed and friendly. I asked about the SUV and they pulled it out for me to test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the SUV and answered all of my questions it was nice but I didn't love it so I told her I wanted to check out a few other places and different kinds of SUVs and she was very easy going, no pressure at all to stay on the lot with her. I then decided to go the next weekend to check out all the dealerships on Maui and just did not feel great about the customer service at a few, we walked around several lots with minimal to no acknowledgement. And had to actually go inside to ask for help. The cars were not as clean as the ones at Lexus...I received a follow up from Tamri asking if I had found my dream SUV yet. I decided to go back in and see what other options she had and I fell in love! It was not a model I had even thought of or done any research on as there was only one on Maui and one on Oahu. But when I described what options I wanted she made it happen! It's perfect in every way and I could not be happier! The process was smooth and remarkably fast she spent more time showing me all the bells and whistles than the time to actually buy it! For a reasonable price and a fair trade in value I could not be happier with her and the service I received! She is a great asset to Lexus, finally a salesperson that doesn't feel like a "car" salesperson!!! I will refer everyone who ever comments on my SUV to her! My wife was looking for a new car and we headed down to Servco Lexus Maui. Dan "Kendrick" Dumo showed us the NX compact SUV and went over all of the benefits of driving and owning one. Kendrick was super knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us all of the exciting features that the NX had. My wife especially loved the back lift-gate kick sensor and automatic open and close with your remote or push button from inside. She loved that on her previous car and was happy that the NX had it too. The buying experience went smoothly and we got the best deal we could with everything we wanted. Eric Chang, the manager, made us feel like we were special and Kendrick's professionalism and kindness made this process so much fun. We went on two test drives, compared all the models, and even when we had questions after our purchase, Kendrick was still willing to go over things with our new car. My wife enjoys her new car and loves the look, feel and drive. We would totally recommend Servco Lexus Maui and Kendrick. I'm not a happy client of their service dept. I understand that Lexus is going through a lot of recalls, and that keeps them very busy. They do recalls in seemingly orderly manner. My complaint is when you bring in your Lexus for normal servicing brake service and oil change. We just took our 7 yr old Lexus IS in for the 3rd time to check a horrible squeeking noise which was evident from the day we brought it home. I thought it need to break in and kept driving with the squeak, finally after 2 months, I notice it squeeking louder each time. Husband takes it in and repair person confirms a squeak, but can locate it, so we take car home, NOTHING DONE. Next day, car squeeking like hell again, we are schedule for 1 week later, finally take in to have them check it, now service person...says don't hear any squeak at all. Now, they tell us, keep driving it, it should go away, and next time we bring it in THEY WILL CHARGE US. What a crooked deal!! I am losing faith in any Lexus. We took it in for many recalls. And their normal repairs suck...the job was not done well from he beginning. I've brought in for an oil change, my car never leaked oil, any of my cars after a repair. Lexus leaked. They tell us that model NEVER leak, did you ever take it somewhere else...no, we ALWAYS too to Lexus. Now they look at it then reason was it was a defective product, so replaced with new one, which is good. So, now my Lexus is squeeking like hell again after 3rd try and they want to charge us. Shame on Lexus. It's an embarrassment to them, I would not recommend getting Lexus again, service sucks. read more

We went to several dealerships multiple times and narrowed a car search down to Lexus and one other place. Our experience whether we dealt with Johnny or Roger was everything we needed. They were very informative, accommodating, and "active" listeners (not just waiting to talk). I appreciated not being pressured or rushed into a sale.
