I paid approximately $4,400 for the repair, but when I got my car back, the exact same noise was still there. I contacted the shop and was told the car was fine and to ignore the noise. I was also told the repair was covered by a six-month guarantee. When I brought the car back under that guarantee, I was then told the noise was caused by something else and that I would need to pay for additional repairs. When I asked for a refund because the original issue had not been fixed, the owner became angry and used profanity toward me. I understand that diagnoses can change, but I expected the original problem to be resolved or for the guarantee to be honored without being charged for more repairs. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed, and I cannot recommend this shop.

After many attempts the car wouldn't start. Jerome of Automotive Solutions Mobile blamed it on a faulty battery. Even with the battery charger attached for full charge, the car still would not start. The battery is practically new and the car was working just fine before Automotive Solutions Moble attached their equipment to it. Jerome refused to take responsibility and told me to buy a new battery. By the way, they were called for work on my truck head light. There was nothing wrong with the car. I suppose Automotive Solutions Mobile just wanted to break my Mercedes Benz on his own volition. AUTOMOTIVE Solutions Mobile had worked on my car in 2017 and the same thing happened. I took the car to German Auto Repair where they found evidence of aftermarket equipment that caused problems with the computer. They charged me a great deal of money to reset the computer so the car would start.
