Very good sandwiches here. I get everything on sourdough, which they toast perfectly. The turkey avocado one is so good but I've tried many of their other varieties and haven't had anything bad yet. Sometimes the sandwiches come with a side of potato salad but I've only received this twice, so it's inconsistent. Sandwiches only take about 5 minutes. Great little cafe! Located in a medical building on Torrance Blvd and Earl St. Whenever I visit I make sure to stop by for a vanilla or mocha iced latte. I've also tried the caprese and turkey Capri sandwich, California roll comes with wasabi and soy sauce. Sandwiches are made to order! My boys like the fresh fruit bowl and all the snacks and goodies they can choose from....candy bars, chips, granola bars, cookies, other cold drinks, etc. All the ingredients they use for the sandwiches and fruit bowl are nice and fresh! This place is located in the 4201 building off of Torrance Blvd. I found this place because I worked in this building and this place got me through lunch for my two years working there. They've got lunch specials pretty often so you have a different choice for lunch. Usually it's a hot cooked meal like Korean bulgogi or spaghetti. You always get a side of pickle and macaroni salad. And if you're not feeling the special, they've got their everyday menu of sandwich and salad choices. They've also got breakfast going on in the morning and chips, drinks, and candy at the counter. The prices are pretty decent for most choices on the menu and overall the food is quite affordable and healthy. The best part is that they have hot homemade dishes if you're not in the mood for a deli sandwich or salad! And if you are in the mood for a sandwich/salad, they have a large range that you can choose from, even some vegan/vegetarian choice. They come stocked with all different types of snacks such as chips, candy, granola bars, oatmeal, and a wide array of beverages. Nice little cafe that I only found through Yelp! Like they said, friendly folks,and some pretty good food. Nothing fancy, but the tofu sandwich was really good and simple. Wheat toast, think layer of mayo, lettuce, tomato, thin slice of American cheese, thick slab of tender but lightly browned tofu (really nice flavor and texture), avocado. I requested to sprouts. Sandwich was freshly made to order, and all components tasted fresh and good! Also got the California roll, and it was ok. The parking requires a ticket. Not sure if they validate at the cafe, but I had parked next door for a medical appointment and then walked over to the cafe after my appointment and so didn't have to worry about he parking ticket. read more

I don't have any medical business to do in the office building where this little sandwich shop is located, but I still come here for the food. Simple tasty inexpensive healthy food. Yum! Namely their healthy bowl and their turkey capri sandwich are favorites of ours. This place is run by a nice couple, they make the food very quickly and it's always always good. Never been dissatisfied. The parking lot for this medical building is a pain, you have to take a ticket and remember to get a validation, but other than that, definitely worth supporting read more

This place is SOOOO much better than what it used to be. It is conveniently located on the first floor of the same medical building that I work in... Which means I'll NEVER go hungry- and I'm always hungry haha! They have a different special each day that ranges from a beef bulgogi plate to a spaghetti and meatballs plate. (Both of which are really good!) Another favorite of mine is their Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I don't know what they do with it but the chicken is so tender. Mmmmm! I've also had a taste of their smoothies, my coworkers always get the grilled cheese with jalapeños and even my boss will have their California rolls some days. Let me start by saying I would not come here just to eat. It's a store meant to hold over employees of the building and patients who are really hungry. If judged solely on food, 2.5 stars. But for what it is, 4 stars. It used to be run by a really nice korean couple. Then it was sold. Now it is run by a really nice korean couple. If you are korean and you order they hook it up with kimchi and stuff depending what you order. I'm not korean so I don't get hooked up but my coworker does and he is..... Anyways they have better than expected breakfast foods. I recommend the burrito or croissant. You won't be disappointed. But order before 10 or else b-fast time is over. This new couple has daily specials from bulgogi to spaghetti and meatballs which are pretty good. It tastes fresh as if they just made it. They have a large variety of snacks from candy to nuts to chips to ice cream to instant noodles to twinkies to gum. They also provide a variety of drinks. Come during lunch time and you may wait a little for your food. They can only make sandwiches so fast.... If you happen to work here, you can actually call down and order which will save you some time. So far, spaghetti days are my favorite. Go korean couple! read more

This is a pretty decent little deli, and more than you would expect from the location. I had the caprese sandwich, which wasn't really a caprese sandwich (Swiss instead of mozzarella), but was better than I expected it to be with added cucumbers and avocado helping to make up for the lack of mozzarella. Not a lot of side choices. Pretty quick service and not too busy, even at lunchtime. read more
