Came here on a weekday and Hunter the server was pretty friendly. The falafel was solid -- it had good flavors and was crispy. However the pita itself could have been better since the bread was on the thicker side and the pita mainly had hummus without garlic sauces that I'm used to. Hence, the pits could have been more flavorful with some more sauces in addition to the hummus. There was also some tomatoes, pickles, among other green veggies in there. The fries were fresh and crispy. I didn't like how when the food is done, they put it on a stand on the food truck outside the window where flies are. I recommend you wait near the window and not meander as I did to other stalls since the flies will have a day with your food. Overall though, pretty solid food and service here. read more

This area has a few food trucks and some outdoor seating. - Falafel in a pita (3.5/5): The falafel by itself was really yummy, good flavor and crispiness. The sandwich itself was pretty messy but tasty overall. - Shakshouka platter (4/5): I had heard about this dish for a while, and when I saw this on the menu, we had to try it. I don't know what else to say, ALL of it was GREAT! I mean, LOOK AT THE PICS!! Service was friendly, & it was a bit of a humid day today, so the one guy recommended that I mix the mint & strawberry lemonade options, which I did. The falafels were fresh and hot! They were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. They weren't dry at all and were flavorful. The hot sauce is a greenish sauce that is basically blended up chillies and it's very spicy! A little goes a long way. The fries are just basic fries. I wish they could toss them in seasoning. There was a bit of a wait for the food to come out, but that's because it was pretty busy when we went for lunch. read more

The menu boasts "juicy, hand-stacked shawarma carved to order," yet my wrap contained maybe four paper-thin shards of chicken--more onion and limp lettuce than protein. The pita had clearly been microwaved (or left under a heat-lamp): it steamed itself into a flabby, gum-sticking wad before I'd walked halfway back to the office. At $16.50 with tax and a tiny cup of tahini that tastes straight from a bulk tub, it's priced like a gourmet entrée but delivered like a convenience-store afterthought. We got the shawarma platter and pita and the chicken was the best chicken I've had in my life. Super moist. Service was really nice and you can tell that they put attention to detail when they are plaiting. The food was beautiful and delicious. Stopped here for a quick dinner and I had excellent falafel plate. The falafel was crispy and soft on the inside. It's the best falafel I've had since I lived in NYC. The plate also included a salad and humus. So it's a big meal! If you like spicy or enjoy having sauce with your food get the Moroccan spicy sauce! This place stays open later ask if you like your dinner on the later side this is the spot for you. Israeli food of all sorts masterfully prepared by real Israeli people who put a LOT of love into their food. This is no frills. You sir outside on a table surrounded by chickens. The chicken schwarma was delicious as well and seasoned perfectly, there was a not a thing that I would change about the meal and don't forget the fries with the garlic sauce and finishing off the meal with their homemade baklava. Ok wow! It will be tough knowing this is far from home. The falafel pita was full of flavor. It was enough to be a meal but I didn't feel weighed down. I had it spicy and it was the most flavorful spicy I could've asked for, it didn't instantly burn your mouth but it was more of this slow build into a spicy sensation. If I were just rating the falafel, this would easily be 5 stars But the rest of the food was a little underwhelming. We ordered the falafel plate, and while it was good, it just didn't stand out. It had your usual suspects - hummus, a salad, and some pita on the side, but nothing really popped in terms of flavor. The falafel is definitely the star of the show, but the plate felt like it was missing something to make it exciting Now, the falafel sandwich? That's where it's at. Went here today and ordered the chicken swarma plate and 3 falafel balls. 28 bucks Plus a swing around 20% tip of course. The plate had a chicken pile, runny hummus and a mound of a large knife chopped cabbage concoction. And NO bread. I thought for sure it was an over site. What respectable middle eastern joint skips the pita bread?? Anywho, I went back and asked and they said it didn't come with the platter. One piece is an extra 5.00 dollars they said. Oh hell No. over 30 bucks for a stinking lunch plate!!!!! From a food truck!!! The hummus was so runny it was hard to pick up with the fork they provided. The chicken was meh. Very yellow with turmeric and a bit fatty. The hunks of cabbage were rather tasteless. And the falafel balls....I'm 99.9% sure I've had them before. FROM a frozen bag at Costcos!!! I came here just for a side of falafel (thankfully I ordered two sides = 6 falafel) and you can pay an extra dollar for hummus. I got my order pretty quickly and it was so good. This was the best falafel I've had since visiting Israel. It doesn't have any unnecessary herbs/spices, just enough - and it's perfectly cooked on the inside and the outside.
