Rude service from to go order area. Slow and illogical with putting orders out. Won't be back.

We've tried them twice before but each time something else went wrong; either slow service, mediocre food, or just not so good in general. Today we tried one last time for lunch. Food came out in good time but that was the saltiest burger I've EVER eaten... I actually couldn't finish it; it was like they accidentally dumped the entire salt shaker on it. Unacceptable. In the future it's 5 Guys or Killer from now on. LIttle Big Burger is pretty good but it needs to be a Little Bit Bigger... read more

I ordered online for pick up at 9:15pm. I arrived on time. My order wasn't ready, no problem. I waited about 45 minutes and while I was waiting I watched the girl bagging the orders to Go keep getting distracted and CLEARLY OVERWHELMED. She was being extremely animated with other employees who tried to help her. She dropped a receipt in the garbage that was by her feet & picked it up. She did go wash her hands and change her gloves. However, when she came back clean hands and gloves she started moving boxes off the floor. Same gloves, packing orders. I received my order about 45 mins to an hour after arriving. Shakes were great. Burgers were great. Chicken was over cooked and very dry. The fries were cold and undercooked. We ordered 2 bacon cheese fries but got Regular fries. We were so excited to try but Sadly we won't be back. read more

Ordered online last night so I could just run in and pick up my food today. Food was supposed to be ready by 8:30 and was ready at 8:35 so I was super surprised that they were on time for now insanely busy it was. I'd give the avocado burger a 4/5. Good favor and the avocado just added a lot to it. Chicken sandwich id give a 2/5. The chicken was very rubbery. Not sure if it was just the piece I got but I wouldn't get it again. The fries id give a 3/5. They were decent but nothing special. Definitely wouldn't be waiting in any hour lines to get this. But the online order was very helpful! The burgers do not taste good. They have something bakes onto them? Not sure what it was but ordered plain burger. Fench fries looked good on the menu. Hoever they were atrange, kind like plastic. The fries are crinkle cut and ordinary tasting. If you get the cheese sauce on top, it tastes like American cheese or nacho cheese without any spice. The size of their burgers are like kid size, but they taste very good, whether you get beef, chicken, or shroom. I appreciate that the buns are non-GMO. read more

I ordered the smokeshack, it tasted delicious but it was surprisingly small for the price. I also had the special choco pie shake thing they had for limited time, I thought that was pretty good too. Service took quite a while, but staff were nice and I had no issues otherwise. Overall, good but pricey burger joint. read more

Reading some of these reviews is probably why shake shack took so long to come to the west. People who think burgerville is decent are the reason this location has bad reviews. Decent burger but on the smaller side. Fries aren't good at all. The place is painfully slow!! Gave it 3 tries. First time it was new and slow, second time it was busy and slow, third time I ordered from the app and gave them 20 mins before I got there and still waited another 15. I got the buffalo fries which were horrible and decided to order an order of regular fries from the app, but the app wouldn't work. I was told the app might be turn off because they were busy... which they were not! No indication that the app was off. Ate here in person for the first time today. Had the shack burger with bacon which was tasty, a regular fry, and a lemonade. The fries were hot crisp and salty. It was really busy with lines out the door but we got our food within 20 minutes of ordering which I thought was good given the crowd. The only downside I'll note is the burger was really small, like kid sized, but it was good! read more

I wanted to like SS. I even have fond memories of eating at a SS in DC. At Cedar Hills, 56 minutes later I had my food in hand. Food was ok, a bit pricey, but the service is awefull. I makE a much better smash burger at home and the fries were limp and overpriced. Our "keto" burger was a dried out meat patty on a small wilted piece of lettuce, not wrapped, like you get at 5 guys Regarding the service, I cannot state how bad it is. After actually placing my order, I waited outside for my text message. 30 mins late, no text. I saw other's that ordered behind me get their food. I want inside, the gal called a name similar to mine, and I clarified my name ith her, but she made NO mention that my order was already ready, nor did she take the time to check. After waiting another ten minutes, I asked where my order was, and she pointed it out. In the drink holder was a extra drink not ordered I never got the text, and was outside when my name was called. Completely disappointed in our experience here. My 10$ bacon avocado cheeseburger was teeny tiny, looked like it was thrown together and shook up in a sack, the cheese was paper thin, avocado was extremely small and bacon was 1/4 of a slice that was paper thin and tasted funny. Nothing else on the burger - no sauce, no lettuce, tomatoes, etc. granted, I should have noticed this when I placed my order, but since you order at a kiosk, you don't have the opportunity to ask questions etc. needless to say, my burger definitely DID NOT look like the picture in the kiosk menu. the other people in my party that placed orders had the same experience, and were equally disappointed in their food. Teeny tiny portions, slapped together into a big mess. Skimpy on the extras for the burgers. While the fries were tasty, they were served as an incredibly small portion. strawberry milkshake was just ok, and it sure didn't taste like it was made with fresh strawberries! We Definitely won't be back to a shake shack! Always been a big fan of Shake Shack, I'd always try to go when I went to Vegas or California, so I was happy to get a chance to drive out here and get my fix. I'm a fan of the chocalate malt shake and the Shack Stack. It's always hit the spot for me. I've had the bacon cheeseburger as well, it's solid, but for me, shake and stack are the go to's. I so wanted this to be delicious but somewhat disappointing. The shake was small and tasted like something made out of a mix. Because it is Shake Shack, I was expecting something elevated from the norm. This could be due to the fact that it was sort of melted after 10 minutes in the car.The small hamburger had strange tasting cheese. Hey, give me some Tillamook! I think the bun was delicious. From the other reviews, a true honest appraisal of this place requires a tasting of the specialty burgers. The fries were good. The best part of this place was the building design. The cost for two small burgers, two fries and one little milkshake, $31.00. Bless the people who work their buns off in fast food to give us a quick bite. Got dinner to go from this place tonight. The burgers were good. The bread surprisingly squishy and soft. I liked the chicken sandwich better than the smokey burger (the chicken had dill pickles and solid flavors, the smokey burger had too many diced peppers for my taste) but both were tasty. The plain fries were average. The lemonade was nice and tart. My kids thought the chicken bites were spicy but they tasted fine to me. Realized when we got home they had given us part of someone else's order. There's still a bit of a line so give yourself an extra half hour to get your meal or try ordering from their app before you arrive so it's ready to go. Also the parking lot is tight and difficult to maneuver. The construction doesn't help either. read more

My husband & I were in the area & thought we'd give it a try. Don't know what the fuss is about? Burger didn't have much flavor & was over cooked. Fries nothing special & cold. They were pretty good when they first opened, but have gone downhill fast since then. The last few times I've stopped in, I ordered their limited time "Honey Bourbon" burger or chicken sandwich. It's novelty is a special honey/bacon/bourbon jam. The problem is that they only put a tiny dab of it on one part of the burger, and so it is as if you are eating a plain burger/chicken sandwich most of the time. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be that way. Another problem is the actual way that they put together the sandwich. Each item should be stacked on the other, so that when you take a bite, you get a bit of bun, a bit of meat, a bit of bacon, a bit of avocado, a bit of jam, etc., but when they made the sandwich, they shoved all the avocado on one side, while the chicken was hanging out of the bun on the other side. This did not live up to the hype at all. The staff is young and seems under trained. Only 2 people in front of me to order and it took around ten minutes. I soon discovered upon my turn to order that it wasn't because of difficult customers before me. The food took a long time to come out even though there were tons of staff, at least the burger was hot, the fries weren't though. Lots of the employees were just standing around and socializing with their friends that had come in and it overall wasn't worth the trip, especially for the price. First, the atmosphere is cool with a hip vibe, great seating for a fast food place. Nice outdoor space. The signage was cool however the ordering process inefficient. Many workers standing around yet the food took awhile. Ordered the Shake Shack burger and fries. Very average. However the presentation, packaging was a 5+. I was excited to try a new burger joint, but this one is a little pricey for the small portions you receive. we paid $49 for 3 small burger, a BLT, 2 fries and 3 drinks. $26 of mediocrity... Here are the good things: they got it ready fast and since it was takeout it came in a box so that the grease didn't drip through. The negatives: We got a bourbon bacon burger, hot dog and fries and the food was cold, as in barely warm. The strawberry shake might as well have been vanilla since that's what it tasted like. The condiments the app says will be included weren't included. There are many more burger places for similar prices that you should consider going to.
