I've been here a couple times. The inside is very nice but dirty tables.

today is September 14, Saturday the day that we went to shake shack with me and my dad we've been waiting for a while now and it's kind of long there were dirty tables and trash all over the floor it's kind of disgusting as I sit there staring up in the ceiling waiting for my food. It was super pricey. $64. I mean, it's not bad right it kind of is but whatever I just still wanted to eat cheese fries were super delicious and creamy texture is what made it real good I had a bacon cheeseburger. The patty was super delicious. Nice and tender they made it just right, but I'm still concerned about the area because it's very dirty. I don't think it's recommended for you to go here really

Shake shack and the Winter Olympics! A winning combo! Bravo

We had a great experience at this Shake Shack. It was our first time to try it, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent- they are not fast food burgers, so think along the lines of Hopdoddy. I loved my bacon avocado burger (ordered as a bowl) and the husband loved the smoke shack burger. The fries were good, typical crinkle fries. I appreciated the designated water dispenser instead of having to use the soda machine for water. Very fun shake flavors, including dairy free options! We ate in the restaurant. It was nice- very clean, and was good ambience- not too loud. Restrooms were clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels. We're looking forward to going again soon.

Went to get a sandwich at Jersey Mikes and spotted this place across the street so thought I would try their French Dip I saw on commercials. Looked good. Have to say it was an expensive disappointment! Paid $18.99 for sandwich and a drink. First it did not come with Au Jus it was gravy and not very good at that. The bread was dry and a little hard but would have been ok if I had been given actual AU Jus. The stake was good but for the price and taste I would have done better going to Arby's. ( French dip not good) by saying Arby's French dip would have been better and a lot cheaper should let you know the Shack Shack French Dip was unacceptable! The only thing good was the woman working the counter she was so polite and worked very fast even though there was a lot of loud teenagers in the place. I sat outside because the noise level inside was extremely high. I myself won't return nor do I recommend the French dip. Maybe other items are good but I won't be finding out. I could have had a nice lunch at Dunstons Steakhouse for the price.

Wow, I did not like a single thing about this place. The ambience was cold and uninviting. The ordering system is opaque. When we entered, some people were at a monitor but there is also a counter with registers but no one was there, so it was not clear what to do. Eventually a cashier arrived and I ordered. I was told "we will bring your food to you." So we found a clean table (not easy) and waited. A long time. Finally, another customer said "are you X, your food is waiting up front." So then I understood you pick it up at the counter. The food itself was not horrible but close to it. My Shack Burger was not seasoned, it was cold, and overall it was one of the worst burgers I have ever had. Small and not worth the $5 or whatever it was. Whataburger is so much better. The wife's hot chicken sandwich was pure heat, no flavor at all. The fries were not seasoned. There is absolutely nothing compelling about this place and you could not pay me to return.

This place sucks. It is dirty, slow to deliver food, and the door dash delivery drivers hover around like vultures.

Burger is good. Fries are ok and extremely overpriced! Shakes were mediocre. Customer service is lacking, but I'd go back for the burger.

It does have an old vibe to it with the people go to you to order the food. There are many cars outside and was worried that it would take awhile. I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

Typically, I rate based on several visits to get an overall picture of the place, but I will bypass the rule if the experience was exceptional (#1). Mike's was downright excellent. I ate the food warm and I ate it cold, and I'm still thinking about it. I tried to save some time by ordering online and also bypass any potential lines. Thankfully, there were none when I arrived, but a very full house of happy eaters despite being well past primetime lunch hours. The staff was friendly in the front but fielding many orders at the same time. I missed the literal pick up window outside, but was happy to get a gander of what it looks like inside. There's plenty of seating for groups and the place seemed a lot cleaner than the divey narratives folks emphasized. Prices were not astronomical, as I paid $14 and $13 for an order of 4 tenders + 2 sides, as well as 2 wings and 2 sides. The tenders were nothing like a Raising Cane's with skimpy portions and high price tags, instead it was plump, crispy, and perfectly fried. The accompanying sauces (Mike's sauce + buffalo sauce) were excellent additions and complimented the crispy fries. I was extremely impressed with the mac & cheese and very flavorful, mashed potatoes and gravy. The wings were no different: soft exterior with a nice crunch, meaty chunks off the bone, and wasn't too greasy. While the green beans weren't the most memorable side, the creamy corn was strangely addicting. Next time, I'm ordering the sides separately and in a large. I can only hope the other locations are just as good and will make good effort to visit them all. It's a rare occasion to be this infatuated with a place, but I'm confident it will be the first on my return list when I'm back in Dallas again. ___________ (#1) Or exceptionally bad.

Bro, plumbing is confusing). Naturally, I had to ask AI where to get the absolute best fried chicken in Dallas, and it sent me here. Ordering online was super easy, though I wished the menu had pictures because I like to see what I'm getting. Exactly 20 minutes later, I got the text that it was ready. The parking lot is tiny. If you drive a big truck, be prepared to maneuver like a pro if it's packed. Inside was busy, but there was zero heavy grease smell lingering in the air. You could easily grab lunch here and go about your day without smelling like a literal fryer. Plus, the crowd was surprisingly chill. Nobody gave off that chaotic, sketch energy you get at a KFC or Wingstop where you feel like you have to lock your truck doors three times just to walk inside safely. It's a really calm environment, which is awesome if you hate loud crowds. Pickup took less than 5 minutes. After a 15-minute drive home, the chicken was still loud-crunchy and insanely crispy. Puts fast-food chains to absolute shame. Fair warning: my first drumstick was a massive sodium bomb that almost made me rage quit and leave a two star review. But I was so hungry, so a quick drink later, piece number two and on were absolute perfection: juicy, meaty, and flawlessly seasoned. So that first piece of chicken just was coated in not-fully-mixed-well seasoning batter or something like that. I am officially obsessed. Come September when bulking season hits, I'm literally going to live here.

Had we known, we would have chosen the macaroni salad as our second side instead. The Honolulu Chicken is supposed to be garlicky but the flavors were just alright. The Kilauea Chicken was way better and had a nice little spicy kick. The white rice was also okay but a bit on the harder side. Like my food... I placed a mobile order online for a chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders, and a drink. The ordering process was straightforward, and I tracked my order through the app. When the status showed it was complete, I pulled up to the drive-thru window. A very friendly employee informed me that the chicken tenders had been fried fresh and asked me to pull around and park out front while they brought my order out. No problem -- fresh tenders sounded great. After about ten minutes, an equally friendly young man appeared at my car. He looked visibly stressed. He asked if I had ordered a burger, to which I replied that I had not, and I described what I had actually ordered. He apologized, mentioned that they were remaking several orders, and quickly headed back inside. So I waited. And waited some more. From my parking spot, I watched the same young man and several other employees making repeated trips to cars in the lot -- only to walk back inside still carrying the bags of food. It was clear that something had gone significantly sideways in the kitchen or with the order management system. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, he returned to my car carrying a drink holder with four drinks and a bag of food, and said, with what I can only imagine was exhausted uncertainty, something to the effect of, "I don't think this is your order." He was right. It was not. At that point, I had already lost too much time from my workday and asked him to cancel my order. He was apologetic and courteous throughout, and I want to be clear that the staff themselves were friendly and seemed to be doing their best under chaotic circumstances. The icing on the cake? Fifteen minutes after driving away empty-handed, I received a cheerful text message from Jollibee asking how my order was. It got a well-deserved thumbs down. This location has been open long enough that operational issues of this magnitude should not still be occurring. Better order management and communication between the kitchen and curbside staff would go a long way. I may give this location another chance in the future, but it will not be anytime soon. On the bright side... I probably didn't need all that food anyway.
