Was skeptical due to the bad reviews but it seems like they've worked everything out. Our dine-in order was brought to our table and we were asked at least once by an employee walking around if our food was okay. The food was hot and really good; I enjoyed the vanilla shake a lot. The patties are thick and everything tastes like it is high quality. My only complaint was that my to-go order was placed on the rack but wasn't called out or labeled so I had to ask if it was ready. I had a friend who complained about the same issue. Other than that, I'd recommend you give it a try! Pricey but worth it in terms of the quality of ingredients. read more

A disappointing experience.... the burger and chicken sandwich were fairly small for the price, undistinguished in flavor, and buns were 'soggy'. The chicken bites were the highlight in taste and breading, but smaller than McD Nuggets and a buck apiece. Shakes were decent but did not offer the 'hand scooped' experience. Well, started out with my cashier having more metal in her face than in a recycling yard...kind of distracting. simple order; burger, nuggets and truffle fries. No self serve drink dispenser. 28 bucks for what would be 12 at in n out, but the burger would taste much better. Maybe it's the shakes that draw people to this location? The burgers are your expected shake shack burgers, the food prep time is ridiculous and their estimated completion time is way off. First time I had Uber eats delivered, and the prep took 30-40 min longer than expected. Ordered online and when I walked in, I was asked my name and was told my order was my ready yet. I stood to the side, and watched the workers put up multiple bags of food without calling out any names. About 20 minutes later, one of the workers asked my name and proceeded to hand me my food that had been sitting there since I arrived. Needless to say it was all cold and soggy. Food was ok but not worth $30. The burger patty was not that big and the fries were nothing special,It was the most expensive burger they offered, but no combo prices, everything is a separate charge. I could have gotten a less expensive burger, but it still would have been $25. No fast food meal is worth that price.... Feel sorry for a family of 4!!!!! While the food is the classic Shake Shack we love, the technology side of the service is not up to par. I did both inside service where you are supposed to be texted when your food is ready, and the online order where you are supposed to receive a text and email when your food is ready. In both circumstances the tech side was a major fail and no texts or email came through. This you can see in the store has led to major back up on receiving food and causing more headaches on the staff who are doing the best they can. Whoever is in charge of the tech better hurry up and fix this especially with the holiday crowd coming in. Parking situation -- good luck, give yourself extra time, and be ready to walk if you must. read more

Was so excited for a thick flavorful shake, instead disappointed with very watered down beverage made- even crunched into mini ice chips tasting like drinking freezer burn ice cream, not thick custard tasting as you get from other shake shacks. Perhaps this shake shack uses different watered down recipe to increase profit margin. Well, never say never. I contacted Shake Shack Hospitality team as requested in their response to my initial review. Their team provided excellent customer service. They requested some proof that we indeed spent money at one of their restaurants (which, although is a bit of a turn off and insulting--it almost implies they don't believe your terrible experience--it is understandable considering how many unscrupulous scamming people are out there). They then provided us a credit to try them out again, which we did. This time, we stayed and ate there just in case the order was botched again. The inside is clean and well kept. And this time, the order came out correctly. And I gotta say, it was really good. And the fries were perfectly cooked. It is a bit pricey, but all in all, the quality of food, and especially the customer service, has saved this place. read more

Horrible customer service. I expected it to be busy and there be a wait. But the employees do not have a system that works that slows down the customer experience. We were talked down to when we were trying to understand how to get our to go order. Employees get their meal served immediately and walked past us telling us they have priority of the customers. We were traveling for the holiday and stopped for dinner. I gave my wife two $50 bills to pay for our order while I went to the bathroom. When I came back, the cashier, on his first day had looked at the bills, handed them back, and with no close examination or a test-pen accused my wife of using counterfeit bills. I've loved Shake Shack for as long as I can remember and I am used to the typical wait, however this new location was horrible. We ordered our food online, but once we arrived, we waited for nearly an hour. You can only order at the self service area and there seems to be zero structure behind the counter. Each worker is moving at a slow pace, there were tens of people standing around waiting for their order and several were elderly- no one at the counter offered anyone anything- even a word of reassurance or an update. I witnessed numerous people go up to the counter and ask for updates- one woman politely expressed her disappointment in the wait (she had been there before us and left after us)- the employees then snickered to each other after she walked away. After my husband and I decided we were never returning- our order was ready. Once we arrived home with our food, it seems they didn't even give us the condiments that we paid for on our order. Hopefully this place can improve but we won't be waiting this long for a burger and fries. read more
