Came in over an hour before they closed. We started to order and when we got to the shakes they told us they were completely out of all shakes. Then we were going to order cheese fries and their response was "our cheese sauce isn't the best right now, it's the bottom of the barrel." We ended up just cancelling our order. If you're trying to close up early, just say so. If your kitchen is open until a certain time, you should continue making the food until you're closed, not just run out early and decide to run on an extremely limited menu for the rest of the night. I made a recent follow-up visit to see if this place had improved at all. The short answer is "no". I placed an order online, which they "lost". Went in at lunch time expecting a crowd, but to my surprise I found the restaurant rather empty. Upon opening the door I was attacked by the overhead hvac unit, someone has the fan set to attack chopper mode And every time the door opens she fires right up halting any interaction within a 15' radius. I placed my order at the counter and in less than 10 minutes I was preparing to be attacked by the fan again on the way out. The staff was quick and attentive, restaurant clean. The food was ok at best. Not the staffs fault, shake shack isn't really that great. Fries are completely lifeless, I've had better shakes at McDonald's, and the burgers are average. There are several other offerings within 10 mins that are considerably better and are not nearly as expensive for what you get. Well decorated place with average/bland offerings at city prices. I have to rate this as a fast casual joint, and in that category, I would rate this as a bit below expectations. I ordered a burger, fries and a shake, all were ok...the shake maybe even good but nothing was great. I would prefer to go to chipotle, smash burger, and even Panera than shake shack. Overall, they are still a step above a regular fast food joint but below the other fast casual places I mentioned. Wanted to come here to try their truffle burger and the burger did not disappoint. Meat was tender, cheese was melted and what needed to be crispy was crispy. My only complaint would be the price compared to quantity. I know inflation is crazy these days but I have an issue paying over $20 for a burger and a small tray of fries. No reason fries should be so expensive given the small quantity they serve and the fact that they are nothing special. Burger would've been a disappoint if I had gotten a single patty. Gave it a 3 star because of their prices. The staff is awesome. Friendly and personable. The burger was great as was the chicken bites. My son loved the chicken sandwich. We waited over 40 min. for a takeout order. We ordered 5 burgers, 3 fries, 3 shakes. The burgers, fries, and shakes were good. The only exception was the cheese fries with bacon, the bacon came in 2-3" strips, the cheese sauce was bland, and the bacon strip were greasy. I thought the bacon was suppose to be crispy fried and crumpled. But overall, my biggest suggestion is they need to improve the wait time. read more

Food lames compared to Red Robin, like French fries are just bare potatoes without taste. Only thing I can drink/buy there is the chocolate shake, the Black & White is white without visible chocolate and feel wrong. I am utterly disappointed at the service we received at Shake Shack. It was absolutely filthy inside, on the floor, booths, tables, chairs, basically everywhere. The menu is incredibly misleading. I ordered a Shroom burger thinking it was a regular burger with mushrooms on it since it was not labeled as vegetarian and was under the beef options, and the cashier confirmed this. It was a fried mushroom in a bun. When asked if this was correct because it was very misleading the staff were incredibly rude. My partner got a regular burger and it was mediocre at best. The burger looked exactly like something from McDonalds. The Parmesan garlic fries had no flavor and looked frozen, the shakes had no flavor. I have been to other locations previously and the food was good. Went to this location last night and it was horrible. About 98% of the staff were teenagers, which I presume were working their first jobs in their lifetime. They were all friendly but failed to notice how dirty the place was. There was food all over the floor throughout the ordering and dining area, there was smudge/rag marks all over the plexiglass, and the stainless steal areas looked very unkept as well. I went to fill up some ketchup and the container was empty. The food itself was not great either. The burger was VERY salty and greasy. The French fries were not crispy and undercooked and also cold. Ordered on the app and arrived on time, but food was not ready and I had to wait an additional 45 min for my food. Plus I think they have a problem with its organization. My fries were cold and the shakes were lukewarm. I am sure they likely make things in batches or different t stations for different things so the meal was not very appetizing after 45 min. Hard pass. Have been to this location twice. The first time we received a freezer burnt under blended shake. The second time had to wait forever for a shakes that were already in the pick up section. The request on the shakes were just not taken into account so we paid for added things that were never present. The pick up window is not clear how it works so it absolutely blows to use.
