    My husband and I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change on our 2017 Kia Soul Plus. I called several days ago and scheduled a time and day they had available for the oil change. This morning at 10:00 am we arrived with our Kia for the oil change. We were always kept in the know of how the oil change was proceeding. It was recommended that we have all four tires rotated, for additional $5.00 a tire. We went with the recommendation. Next, it was brought to our attention that the cabin filter and outside filter be changed for an additional $18.00 and $20.00. Again, we had no problem doing this as we bought our Kia Soul used in December of 2018; we have had one other oil change in the past since we bought it. We had to wait a little longer for the parts to come but it wasn't excessive. Michael runs the front and he was not only helpful, but he was friendly, honest and he educated us about maintenance on our vehicle. I really recommend making an appointment and entrusting them to take good care of your vehicle. We will definitely return. It was overall a pleasant and good experience.

    This is becoming an experience. The question that keeps coming to me is, what makes me any different from all of these amazing customer satisfaction reviews here am seeing with this Groupon. I am one that pays very close attention to detail. Especially with Groupons. Being a business owner, I know Groupon can take a great deal of money away from a service but it does generate clientele. So it's a win win situation for the customer and also the vendor. Before I purchased this Groupon at "Long Life Complete Auto Care" I read the fine print to see if there were any steps that they indeed should report should be done before driving to location and presenting vouchers! There weren't any. The exact wording for directions with this Groupon were, "1. Pull up voucher with our mobile app (or print it out). 2. Present voucher upon arrival. 3. Enjoy!" So I pulled up with the mobile app, presented my voucher, but it was not a smooth experience to the lease. I knew there would be complications immediately driving to the back and seeing a worker, (not doing any work, no cars in the drive way I must add.) His first question was, did you make an appointment? I stated no, the Groupon does not say you need to make an appointment. He directed me to the front office. Entering the front office, the same question was asked, "did you make an appointment?" Again, "I said no. The Groupon has directions and states pull up, present voucher and enjoy! It doesn't mention appointment." The guy then says he will "see" if I can be seen without appointment. I informed I would hope so, I have driven about 20 miles to get here and crossed other offered Groupons reading reviews and chose this location to service my vehicle. He stated "well you could have driven from Los Angeles, that wouldn't be my problem! Please wait and I'll see if someone can take you there's only two of us here." AGAIN, I must reiterate. No cars being worked on. The guy as he was talking to him was mopping.... All of a sudden, a car pulls up. He comes out and states, "okay we can't see you now. But we can see you at 4pm. However, if you can cancel the Groupon and pay with cash we can take you now... we have a car we're working on." So I said, "4 will be fine. I'll drive to Walmart in the meantime but I'm not cancelling and paying cash." This Groupon was 75 percent off. That's not my problem. So currently I am at chili's waiting till 4pm to get my car serviced. Stand by: hopefully the next interaction will be better. I will make sure they understand everything offered in the Groupon must be done. I'll be back with the remainder of this experience after 4pm. UPDATE: I just decided to not say much. Just proceed. Be prepared. Other offers are made that were not stated in Groupon. Upsales. So I got a oil change and had to pay an extra 8 dollars because he says the Groupon doesn't include the filter or special filters. So I just feel they should advise this in the Groupon details. Anyhow. I'm tired now. This was not a good experience. Just go to meineke or hell, even wal mart for that matter. These small business never act right! Time for a nap. -Reginald

    Glad I decided to come to the shop. I used a Groupon voucher for my oil change. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly. Joe explained the process and made me feel at ease. When you go, do not look for a traditional auto shop and pay attention to the suite numbers. The place was easy to find after that. I made an appointment and was seen promptly. The oil change didn't even take long. Highly recommended

    Called ahead and made an appointment for the next day and had no problems when I arrived. Note that the front of the building looks like a office complex so be prepared for that. Groupon brought me here, but the comfy seating and friendly staff will bring me back! They also had chargers which was perfect because my phone was dead and I was dreading the wait. If you're looking for the best price, check out Groupon but then call the shop and ask if they will honor it. It's a win-win because they can keep more of their fees and you get a great deal! Only thing I would recommend is replacing the fish tank with at a water cooler. Reading the negative review, I wonder if the guy really read all the details. My Groupon includes full synthetic oil, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Since I had standard oil and a standard air filter the only charge I had was the $1.75 disposal fee.
