Sharetea is a pretty solid boba place. They are always consistent and they have a large variety of drinks on their menu. Their drinks are always sweet and have a lot of flavor. I love the portion size of their drinks. For all the times I have been to Sharetea I have never had a problem with customer service, they are always super nice and all the workers work very fast. My friends and I came here for fourth of July and we were extremely satisfied with how fresh the boba was. Cocoa Lover: The cocoa lover is very sweet and yummy. I really like the flavor in this drink, I think it tastes like a chocolate malt. However my friend said it tasted like chocolate protein powder. It is a really good chocolate drink in my opinion and I liked that it didn't taste like regular chocolate milk. Mango Green Tea: My friend got the mango green tea with light boba. She got it 50% sweetness and it still was sweet in a delicious way. The mango flavor was so good and it tasted so refreshing. I highly recommend getting this drink especially on a summer day. Very tasty. Hour Milk Tea: The house milk tea was good as well. It was quite simple in my opinion as they usually are but nonetheless it was still good. Drink Quality: Taro Milk Tea mannn I really wanted to give this a good update after not going here for a while. It's a spot where I had my first boba drinks years back. The Taro milk tea wasn't super good as it had so little taro you could barely taste it. I'm not sure how consistent they are with the drinks, but checking previous reviews about my drink brings up the same experience. Can I just say how glad I am that this place offers milk alternates. So if you want dairy free, def request for a substitute. The place is kept alright, sometimes table tops can be sticky though because it's not getting wiped down throughout the week? Drinks are pretty basic here, they seem watered down, regardless if at 100% or 50%. The disappointing thing is the whole entire cup is just ice, and VERY minimal boba. Came here after a wonderful meal at Mr. BBQ. My friend and I walked over as it is only across the street from the famous kbbq place. There was a line as we approached the rather small establishment but quickly found out it was due to safe measures - ensuring a limited number of people inside and within distance from each other. This is always appreciated. They have different ice amount and sweet level options for your drinks! Always good to see. I ordered matcha milk with boba and my friend ordered honey milk tea with boba. The drink was very sweet, but not grossly over-sweet at 100%. I wasn't a huge fan of mini boba, but that's nothing against the shop. It was $4 with the "free topping" coupon with yelp check-in. I really like their Covid layout because they make sure that people are safely distanced and it seems like they have a pretty solid system going on. I absolutely love Sharetea! It is one of my favorite boba places to go to! When I feel like getting a tea, my to-go order would be the mango passionfruit tea with 50% sugar and less ice. The mango passionfruit is already sweet itself so it's good to go for 50% sugar. It does have caffeine in it as well. I love this drink so much! This place is located near Thai basil and dollar tree close to cal state Fullerton. There is plenty of parking. So I use to go to this place a lot since it was close to school. The staff there is friendly and always get my order right. I haven't had any problems yet. My favorite drink to get here is the mango ice blended with ice cream and boba. I ask for 0% sugar because the ice cream already adds the sugar content. My next go to is the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly. They do have many drinks that are caffeine free as well. While running some errands in Fullerton, I had a crave for some Boba Tea. Found on yelp this place which had good reviews, so I decided to come here. Upon walking in, I can tell they did their part to be safe and responsible in making sure everyone visiting this place was social distanced. All staff wore masks and had a clear vinyl screen protecting them from customers. The floor was clearly marked with directions to where to stand and wait for the order. When paying, you don't even need to touch the screen. They'd do it for you to keep their POS system clean. I ordered two drinks: Milk Tea w/ boba and 50% sugar; and a regular black tea w/ 80% sugar. Both drinks came out just like I wanted. Price was very good especially for the size of the drinks. Some places would charge more for a drink this size. Probably one of the best Boba Places I've been to! I recently brought my friend there the first time and she agreed with me! So here's my go to: QQ Happy Family, no red bean, and extra pudding I go 80% or 70% sugar I forget it's just one below, and ez on the ice. Super good if you can decide on the toppings it's pretty much all of that in one refreshing drink! This place is really strict with its Covid procedures so there might be a wait but hey, if it's for safety measures I'm with it! You have to wait outside and only allowed inside with about 3 customers one waiting for their order, one ordering, and one right behind. Masks are required here. If you come with a friend one will have to wait outside after you have ordered. Again, safety measures I'm all for it, but the line can get pretty long, but the wait is worth it. The parking area can be packed too, it's surrounded by Dollar Tree, a good Thai food place, Smart & Final etc but nevertheless a nice boba spot with quality drinks! I accumulated stamps on a reward card and share tea decided to do away with the cards but told me that I could still use my card if I brought it in. So I brought it in and they told me I could not use it unless management was there. They charge $5-7 per tea and they could not honor my rewards card unless management is there? I used one 2 weeks prior without management. So instead of providing good customer service and honoring the rewards card, they said I would have to come back when the manager was in but there was no set schedule for when the manager was going to be in. As far as service speed they are very quick and efficient. As for ambiance, it is a typical tea place. As far as kindness and providing customer service, it lacks. The tea itself is also run of the mill. Not exceptional, but also not bad. As I was sitting here, the one employee, MJ, felt bad and was so kind as to bring me a drink out of his own pocket. They were definitely busy, but only 1 person in line. After browsing the menu, we ended up getting: Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea (No Ice) $4.25, tax included- My husband ordered this and requested it to be made with 50% sweetener. I am not a fan of green tea and so I didn't have any. But he liked his drink and thought it was made just right. Handmade Taro With Fresh Milk ($4.25, tax included) w/ pudding ($0.50)- With Yelp check in, I was able to get 1 free topping, so I opted for the pudding. I had this drink made with 50% sweetener. I liked this drink but my husband didn't like it as much. When I have been to another Sharetea (back in San Gabriel) I had tried this drink made with no ice. But this time, I had it as is (forgot to request no ice). I liked it and thought it tasted the same as the other one (but my husband thought the one without ice was better). I liked the pieces of taro in each sip, along with the pudding (if only toppings were always free). ------------------------------ (Total= $8.50, tax included and redemption of Yelp Check In Offer) Wait time for our drinks to be made and ready was not too long. Just some general things to mention during our visit: The WiFi was incredibly slow to get onto. The music playing inside was too loud and wished it was significantly lower. It's Sharetea: I can't say it's super unique or the best boba ever since it's a chain, but this location is pretty solid. During 2020, they were very strict about lines being 6 feet apart and social distancing, which I appreciate a lot! I normally get the Okinawa milk tea here! The QQ happy milk drink is good too. There's a lot of options here in terms of drinks or toppings; it's a good place for the indecisive or those new to boba. Drinks come out pretty quickly too, with fast and friendly service. I decided to go with the Classic Black Milk Tea with Boba. My husband got the Coffee Creama, also with boba. Despite the length of the line, and the number of people who'd placed orders ahead of us, they got our drinks out in record time. The milk tea was decent, and the boba had the texture that I liked, but I was underwhelmed by the tea itself. My husband did enjoy his drink - very much so. He said that the cream was ultra-buttery, and by the time he got down to the bottom of the cup, it was almost overpowering. I absolute love Sharetea~ It's one of my top go-to places for boba tea. I highly recommend trying their Wintermelon Tea. It comes pretty sweet so I usually get it at around 50% sweetness. But omg it's so good! It's caffeine free too so you can enjoy it at night without worrying about not being able to sleep. I also recommend trying the Wintermelon Crema if you like drinks with a creamy sea salt top. Another great drink I'd recommend is the Earl Grey Crema. The boba and agar boba tastes really good here too. Nice texture as well. But I've come to like ordering my wintermelon drinks without boba just so I can savor more of the tea itself~ read more

The guy working the cash register/greeting customers must hate working here. Following the instructions on the sign, I waited to be called. After not being acknowledged I noticed he was at the order window just staring off into space. So I slid in front and said "hello" and he gave me the most forced smile and went right back to his RBF. I worked my way through the order, he gave me my change and didn't say a word. I sure the owners love his "cheery disposition"... The drink was average to start with, but was downgraded to bad based on the clown's attitude. There are tons of boba places, and all it takes is a little gratitude for your customers to keep them coming back. One of my go-to boba places when I can't decide where to pick!! I've been going here since it first opened. You really can't go wrong with Sharetea. The milk teas are very consistent and never watery. The tapioca itself is well sweetened and I literally can't remember a time when it was too hard or it tasted like plastic, unlike some other boba shops in OC. There's a lot of variety, from milk teas to creamas to fruit teas, so you're sure to find something you like. My favorites are the Okinawa, Thai, and Ginger MT. It can get a little crowded, particularly at nights on the weekend and between 3-5pm on weekends, when the schoolkids get out. However, the service is usually fast and they never get my order wrong. I was a little disappointed with this visit. I've been to Sharetea before and things have always been great but this was my first time at this location. I got my usual the peach kiwi tea with boba without sweetener and I saw they now offered earl gray tea so I also got an earl gray unsweetened. Now I'm well aware boba is stored in syrup which will give some sweetness to a drink and the peach kiwi flavoring will also add sweetness but for some reason my tea was unbearably sweet. Having ordered this drink before it was far from what I'd had in the past. The earl gray tasted like the tea was slightly over steeped which is easily noticeable when there is no sweetener to mask it. I was still able to drink my earl gray but the peach kiwi was far too sweet to drink. The worker who rung me up was very nice and is the only reason I didn't score them lower. read more

Five stars for the taste and originality of their menu! I say this because with so many boba shops in the area, what separates Sharetea from its competitors is their originality. They have these special lightbulb cups that come in either two milk tea flavors OR their stardust drinks. They also offer shakes and stardust tea drinks and I was disappointed to hear that they had run out of their stardust bottles because their drinks are portioned out to the bottle size! These aesthetically pleasing drinks are known for their ombré/gradient design and is unique to the store. I decided to order two drinks that cost about $8: coffee creama and taro ice blended with pudding (which I substituted for mini pearls at no extra cost.) You do have a free topping as a check-in offer but since mine already came with my drink, I didn't feel the need to use it. They do have a stamp card as well, so be sure to use it! COFFEE CREAMA: as far as I know, ONLY comes in one size. It's plastic sealed... which to me, makes for a bad experience. To fully enjoy the sea salt cream, I recommend tearing off the plastic and drinking it by raising the cup to your mouth so that the coffee can pass through the sea salt cream and mix the flavors nicely by the time it reaches your taste buds. By doing this, you'll really maximize the taste that it's meant for. You can alternatively just mix it, but it doesn't taste half as good as if you followed my method. This sea salt cream top is also by far the best I have ever tasted and is definitely worth trying. TARO ICE BLEND WITH PUDDING: just your average taro ice blended drink BUT I did like that they used a non-dairy creamer as I personally don't like dairy products. I substituted the pudding (which I believe is not made from eggs or milk) for mini pearls and they were so soft, that's how you know they cook their boba often! This also comes in just one size but you can alter the sweetness aka sugar portion. I opted for the regular sweetness level and it was delicious. -- Since it's close to a lot of restaurants I already frequent, I know I'll be coming back for more. Let's get straight into it! Taro wasn't lacking any flavor at all! It wasn't also too overwhelming! Boba was nice and soft and has a light sweetness to it. I decided to indulge myself and got egg pudding with it as well haha! My partner got wintermelon w/ fresh milk and boba. It had a good balance and he drank all of it haha. I would recommend Share Tea especially since they open later than Kung Fu Tea. There was a lady that ordered 8 drinks before us and they surprisingly made her drinks pretty fast! They have the traditional flavors and tastes, however they have their own unique mixtures and add on combinations. My current favorite is their QQ drink. It has everything that I would like in my drink without extra add in costs. Boba is a good sweet consistency and has a good chewy taste. What's cool about this place is you can ask for different levels of sweetness and they're willing to readjust if you don't like it. I also helped my friend buy one of their "galaxy drinks". It is super aesthetic and if you get it in their special jars (they're plastic if you're wondering) it costs around $5.25 for it. Second time at ShareTea. I wish they had ShareTea on the East Coast. I had the grapefruit green tea ($3.75), which was excellent. I've been choosing fruit teas over milk teas recently and this was the perfect choice. It was slightly sweet, but more tart and with actual grapefruit juice and pulp included. The actual grapefruit juice used gave the tea a bite and a slight bitterness that was very pleasant. The taste of the green tea still came through and the two balanced each other very well. Unfortunately, they were out of boba while I was ordering. So I ended up going with grass jelly. Grass jelly was good, but I would have preferred boba. Why would a boba shop in SoCal with a never-ending line run out of boba? They were out of both normal boba and mini boba. They had a whole earl grey series that I want to try next time I go. ShareTea is definitely one of the best boba chains I've been to. There was a group of people in line who were already holding half-finished Omomo drink cups who were in line to get ShareTea. During COVID, there was only a couple of people waiting for their drinks when I arrived. Then, I noticed a line start to form after I ordered and was waiting for the drinks. The line does move pretty quickly though. COVID measures: The store has a well organized social distancing process set up. They ensure that no customers are standing too close to one another and even have a number system going on (eg guest #1 has a spot to wait at while guest #2 stands at the guest #2 spot, and so on down the line). *The only awkward thing was that because they don't allow customers to touch their iPad during COVID, they ask you how much tip you'll give and then they press it for you. I haven't really seen this occur at other places where they verbally ask you how much tip you'll give. Parking: this shop located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. However this lot can get a bit full at times during the day due to all the other shops in the plaza that share this lot. read more
