Long overdue for writing a review for this place. Their boba tea it's just what an authentic boba tea should be. I am not a big fan of fruit syrup drinks, but loves authentic tea flavor. This is just the right place for me. When I crave for boba, I usually go with traditional boba drinks, like classic milk tea/ green tea or oolong tea. Or something like almond milk tea are usually my go to. So I just stick with their classic milk tea here. I love the fact that you can choose your own amount of sweetness like no sugar, 30%, 50% , 80% or regular. And it is done by their machine, so it will taste always the right amount for whichever you choose. Their milk tea, it's a good strong real tea with milk, not just sugar water. Coming down to a boba place, of course you have to get their boba ,too. A good boba should be chewy, but not rubber or hard, yet soft enough that it has soaked enough amount of sweetness from the syrup pot that it stored in (The sugar water mostly to help kept boba separated from each, so it's not stuck in a big crumbs). They totally nail that. And I enjoyed a mix of their mini boba and regular boba. Not a lot of places serve mini boa anymore ! Oh, not to mention, their drinks are served in a fairly large cup for around $3.5 - $4. This ShareTea is the closest location to where my boyfriend and myself live. This location is usually pretty good! We've rarely had any of our drinks wrong and the they taste good. I feel like the customer service lacks every once in a while (reason for the knock of one star, that'll be explained later ) They have a comprehensive amount of drinks, so I would suggest looking at the images provided of the menu if you have social anxiety and hate taking long to order because you don't want to hold up the line (like me )! Recently they've been having a few trainees, which is understandable since everyone is now returning back to the workforce and more people in Orange County are picking up jobs. There was one experience we had here where a trainee messed up our order so I go back to have it fixed and whoever the cashier was said the next time we come back to fix a drink that THEY (the staff) messes up, WE would have to get charged again. Which would make sense if we said our order incorrectly (unlikely because we always get the same thing), but we had paid for our drinks and the staff messed up our order.. so the female cashier that had told me that was super rude. When I still went to college, this place was my go to especially when I was craving boba! Whenever I come there's usually a long line, but it doesn't take that long until you're up at the cash register ready to order. The employees are always so friendly and sweet, the customer service is what really gets me! They're always so warm-welcoming :) I always get either the Okinawa or the Hakkaido Milk Tea with Boba. I was looking for a boba tea place in Fullerton, did a quick search and found this place. Walking in the place itself is very clean plenty of places to sit. At the front there is a menu board with a large selection of drinks. I ordered a Honey Milk Tea with boba, my wife the special (sorry do recall the name of her drink). Both drinks had great flavor and the boba was cooked to perfection. One thing I must mention they allow you pick the amount of sweetness you want for your drink. I have never seen that before. Met up with here with friends here after we had brunch to grab some tea. As we were not that familiar with the menu we were looking it over. Didn't feel that staff was that friendly or helpful in telling us about the menu. Felt kinda pressured to order at the counter. As I am not a boba girl, I opted for the Hawaii Fruit Tea. Had, I believe, pineapple jelly in it. Who knows as we didn't really get any info about anything here. It was meh. My friends both ordered milk teas. Perhaps, I should have ordered one of those but I wasn't in the mood for something milky when I was there. Sharetea is located near several colleges in Fullerton so it gets crowded fast. They have a large parking lot in this shopping center. This place reminds me why I really enjoy other type of tea places like Milk Box, Pengo and American Tea Room. Neither their tea or service really stood out for me on this visit. Since this isn't really that geographically convenient, I highly doubt I will be back unless I am in the area. read more

I haven't been back to sharetea in awhile prequarantine, but I'm a little more understanding with service now during quarantine. I am, however, disappointed to find a long hair in my drink and it makes me feel a little nauseous to find it after my drink was almost done. Makes me wonder If I consumed any of the hair if there was more than one strand. I love trying new boba spots and this was mentioned to me by my mom. I came in with her on our work lunch to try it out. It wasn't busy so we had our order pretty quick. Place was cutely decorated for Halloween. They have large screens above and behind counters with list of drinks. We both ordered milk teas but they appeared to have slushies, fruit teas and more. I was hoping to get a classic almond milk tea with boba but they do not have that. I ordered a taro pearl milk tea and my mom got a classic milk tea. Both teas had a strong tea flavor that overpowered the drink. I know that these drinks have tea but I prefer to taste the milk more than the tea. They both seemed overpowered by the green tea and a bit watered down. I did notice they put a good amount of ice and that could have been why it was more watered down. Lacked a some sugar sweetness. The boba however I liked. It was soft and chewy with a sweet taste. They offer a stamp card and a free topping with check in. Toppings include pudding, red beans, ice cream, different size boba and some others. Maybe I'll be back to try a fruit tea but I don't see myself ordering a milk tea again. read more

My favorite tea place. The flavor is always good and I really enjoy the adjustment system that really let me customize my drinks. Also enjoy the variety of toppings they have and free topping with check-in. The line here is pretty long at times and I can't help but wonder if they could have put another person on the extra register they have. This is the first time I had Sharetea in the US besides Taiwan. I came here visiting the campus nearby and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Hokkaido​ Milk Tea that comes with boba. I also added some pudding since I check-in here on Yelp earning myself a free topping. It wasn't too packed when I came here, so service was fast. I don't recommend this place as a study area since it's really cramped​ and with the customers coming in and no. That's going to be a problem. I definitely​ recommend trying their milk teas! I'm loving my boba nowwww! I paid 4.75$ for Thai tea with boba, plus extra boba with the check-in free topping deal. I love Thai tea and I love boba. I think this is a pretty good spot in the area, and they were generous. Impeccable service and higher quality drink compared to the other six boba places around the premise of CSUF. I come here about 1-2 times a week to catch up on my studies, mostly quiet if you pick the right seat against the wall. I highly recommend the boba milk tea, winter melon tea, and taro slush. I used to come here when I was craving their boba. It's super soft and tasty! However, Their drinks are average & service is definitely not consistent. I haven't been back since my last experience.. Came in 15 mins before closing & was told my a female associate I couldn't order because there was already people in line. I politely asked her why since they closed in 15 whole mins. She rudely said it was because by the time they finish helping the customers in line, it would be time to close. I've been served 5 mins before closing here before, so I was a little taken aback. I thought maybe the associates wanted to leave right at closing, but then I look around and there are like a bunch of customers still sitting around playing games, or barely getting drinks etc... Uh oh. Knowing that there is a tea spot within 10-minutes of my house is dangerous. Located in the Smart & Final shopping center near CSUF, Sharetea has a ton of different options ranging from milk teas to slushies, fresh milk options and more. They also have quite a few fun ingredients you can add to your beverage as well, and if you check-in on your Yelp app, that addition is free! We came around 945PM on a Saturday and this place still had a pretty decent line of people waiting to order. They have big boards full of drinks that you can choose from or you can take one of their little paper menus with you to the back of the line to give you more time to decide. Wanting something a little more sweet and on the fruity side, I went with the mango milk tea with boba. I was told that you can also specify ice and sweetness levels which is a big win as well. I tend to avoid uber sweet drinks, so if I can tone down the taste on some of them, it just opens the door to more options in the future. Staff is really friendly.. and PATIENT. Like me, a lot of the patrons had a lot of questions, but the guy behind the register went through all of them like a champ. Even when it was time to pick up the order, the guy giving me my drink was courteous. They only have one size and it's a decent pour. It was my first experience with mango flavor and it was delish. I even liked the addition of fresh mango puree in the cup to give it a little bit more of a natural taste. This Sharetea is my go to whenever I need a milk tea fix. It's located in a very busy shopping plaza and parking can be hard to find. It's close to Cal State Fullerton. The menu is extensive as they have many different types of drinks, hot and cold. If you check in on Yelp, you get a free topping. Don't forget to ask for a stamp card. If you forget your card, they'll just give you a new one. I usually get the milk tea with pudding. Today I tried the coffee ice blended with vanilla ice cream and pudding since it was national coffee day. They can adjust the sweetness level, let them know. I'm so glad Sharetea is near me. Just to keep it sweet and short, it's a great hangout place. It will get crowded at night and during the weekends when the students from CSUF and FJC come out. The prices are decent for the sizes (with the Yelp check-in!) and the service is very quick. The problem with this place is that you can't even taste the tea because everything is VERY sweet. I recommend getting only 50% or even 30% sweetness. I had the wintermelon tea with fresh milk and boba (50% sweet) and it was so sugary. I wasn't sure if they even adjusted the sweetness level of my drink. So note that during busier hours, the employees might get your order wrong! read more

We've really enjoyed Sharetea since we stumbled across one in NoCal a year ago. There was an actual line (out the door no less). We didn't know boba was still that popular. The drinks are decent, but the employees are suuuuuper confused. Came here with my friends to grab boba. I had one of the peach milk teas. It came with jelly in it. I thought I had asked them not to include it, but I guess I didn't say it right. Then my friend asked about an item on the menu, but the employee kept saying it wasn't there ... even when it was showing on the tv screen he claimed he had no idea what it was. My favorite drink is the Wintermelon tea with lemon juice and aloe vera or mini boba :) This location almost always has a line out the door when I'm there and while it's super busy the service is pretty quick. There is plenty parking on the side of the building if you can't find one in front. The only suggestion I have for this business is that they move their register to the back because there isn't much room for people to stand in the front. read more
