I ordered the Grapefruit Green Tea with 80% sweetness and added boba. I needed something refreshing on this warm, sunny day and this hit the spot! I love the grapefruit pulp; I was not expecting this added texture, but this was a great add to the overall taste. Yes Sharetea! Enough said! Move over Cha! Good boba coming through! Love sharetea and I've been to many of their locations. The size is large, and their milk tea varieties are great! You can customize the tea from sweetness to the amount of ice. I really like boba places that allow this bc I like to get as much bang for buck in my drink so I always ask for little ice to get more drink. I also don't get boba as it takes up space too haha. I usually adjust the sweetness to 75% because then I'll feel less guilt. If you need your caffeine fix sharetea is the place to go! Glad they have variety now :) read more

I ordered Taro Pearl Milk tea with 50% of sugar and light ice. The drink is still kinda too sweet yet if you wait for the ice to melt more, it would be good amount of taste. Their boba are on chewy side which for people can be really hard to chew. They just need to cook a big longer. Yet I prefer chewy boba instead of over-cooked ones. Sharetea was my go to boba place in San Diego, so I had to come back and try it again when I heard a new one opened in Irvine! I wanted to try something new so I ordered the QQ Happy Fam milk tea, and my boyfriend ordered the Hawaii milk tea. The QQ was a milk tea filled with a bunch of different things: boba, red beans, lychee jelly, grass jelly. It sounds like too much, but it's surprisingly not! Definitely enjoyed it and recommend trying it! The Hawaii milk tea has more of a citrus refreshing flavor, but it's also SUPER sweet. We got it 50% sugar, and it was still too sweet. One complaint is that their stamp cards have an expiration, so it would be pretty hard to get your free drink unless you go to this location like every week to get boba. read more

Recently opened location next to Ray's Pizza (previously Bon Epi). Prices are similar to Cha, so expect to pay $4-5 for a boba drink. I really enjoyed their classic milk tea with oolong as well as the ginger milk tea. The ginger is subtle so don't be scared to try something new! I usually get half sweet and less ice. Both drinks were so refreshing and flavorful and the pearls were good. The service is also great! The wait can be a while depending on the time of day. Make sure you grab a stamp card if you plan on visiting often. read more

There tea is not bitter like other share tea locations I can tell they brew it ever 4 hours and not let it sit out all day. Only a couple times the tea was bitter and that was when it was a slow cold rainy day but others it always top notch. They are the real sharetea this is what the brand stands for they are doing a good job staying with the brand using share-teas tea. There rewards program works which is the one of the reasons I keep returning back. customer is always right, I know my teas if it's not good I'll say somthing but this location 90 percent of the time delivers! read more

Finally a competitor against Cha in UTC. I personally like Sharetea better. Feels like better portions and a much better taro in my opinion. Also unlike Cha which for some reason seems to like to have small ice when I get their drinks, Sharetea doesn't do that so I'm not forced to have my first sip of chunks of ice. The only issue I've ever had was when they accidentally forgot to sweeten my taro milk tea. My friend who worked there helped me sort it out and honestly realize why it wasn't sweet. It did taste fine though but it just wasn't sweet enough compared to my boba. read more

Sharetea has finally made a perfect drink! I got the Mango Ice Blend with ice cream. I can't really pinpoint the flavor of the ice cream as I was in mango wonderland. Vanilla? Compared to the prior Oreo Ice Blend, the blend was perfect. It wasn't too watery or too frozen. The mango flavor was fresh and I felt like I was in some tropical place like Santa Barbara or something. The color was vibrant so it was IG and snap worthy so I can flex on my poor friends who can't afford to get drinks. Kidding, I don't have any friends. But if you get the Mango Ice Blend with ice cream, made by whoever made mines, you can flex on your broke friends who can't afford drinks or you can share it. read more

Shareatea has become one of my favorite places to go to in Irvine for boba. It's usually always packed, but they are pretty quick at making the drinks. I usually get the Classic Green Milk Tea with Mini Pearl. Keep in mind, this isn't the "fresh milk" tea. It's the classic one made with a non dairy creamer, and I personally like the non dairy creamer over the fresh milk because the fresh milk drinks kind of taste watered down. I usually get 100% and 50% ice with my drinks since I do like my drinks to be a bit on the sweet side, so if you don't want a sweet drink, then you should go for either 50 or 75% sweet. Additionally, I really love how they have mini pearls. They put a huge amount of mini pearl so I'm a huge fan, plus the mini pearl are chewy and sweet and that's the way I enjoy my boba. Overall, sharetea is pretty good and they only serve large sizes for a decent price so it's definitely worth your money. There's no room to sit inside the place, but you can definitely sit in the chairs outside and enjoy your drink. read more

Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. I was really impressed with how clean this place is. The employees were very friendly and were also wearing gloves which was great due to the current circumstances. The prices are also very reasonable for the size you get. TLDR: Better than Cha; Dependable quality/flavour; Normal Price ~$4; Good service; Convenient As a UCI student, boba dominates college culture. Out of convenience, our options are between Cha for Tea and ShareTea. In comparison, I prefer ShareTea. I am not much of a boba person anymore, but if I had to There is a huge selection of flavours and add on so it gives variety and a little customization to what your taste it. It's a chain but the quality of the drinks is standard. I prefer the quality of drinks and selections over Cha for Tea. I enjoy the drinks that I order and it's consistent. I'm never disappointed in the drinks. The prices are normal compared to other places: around $4. There's plenty of seating around UTC to sit and enjoy boba then head to class. It's convenient. There's usually a line out the door during busy hours but it goes by quickly. The service is friendly and most are students who make a good effort that everything runs smoothly. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time for my drink. If it's not busy, the drinks come out within minutes. Been meaning to try Sharetea for awhile now and we stumbled across this location while visiting Seaworld. It was a very hot and humid day so I'm always in the mood for boba! It was my first time here and the barista explained the menu very thoroughly. He was very honest and told us what he recommended and such. We ordered their original and honey. Both was amazing! I really like the even mixture between the tea and milk. The tapioca balls was perfect! I will definitely be going to Sharetea more often! read more

I got the Floral black tea latte with mochi, mochi mango and osmanthus oolong latte. The Floral black tea is like the name suggests, Floral taste but it does complement the black tea well. Their mango drinks are always good, strong and fresh mango flavor! It was my first time getting their osmanthus too and I was pleasantly surprised at the tea taste you get, highly recommend if you like osmanthus! There's not too much seating indoors but it's by the District plaza so plenty of outdoor seating available. Since they are popular, do expect a wait if you come on a weekend.

The first thing that caught my eye was the sample area with different green teas. I tried them all and they were delicious! As my eyes gazed the menu , I realized how affordable the prices were.
