My favorite local boba spot! Cute decor. I like the amount of boba they put and how you can adjust the sweetness. Good customer service, can be a wait time on busier times but it always comes out right.

4/11/24 Visit - I am not sure who was working the Morning/ Mid shift that day, but whomever was working , GIRL, I'm sorry if me coming in and placing order there was such an inconvenience, I'll remind myself why I go to DING TEA instead because their customer service and quality is always the phenomenal. That girl who was working upfront was just grumpy and made my whole experience so BLAH that I will never ever go there ever again period. After placing my order my drink was ready in less than 5 mins , it should be it was empty as heck . The location is decent and cleanliness. But quality of boba texture was too hard and chewy like taffy and it was placed on the front counter uncovered and exposed to elements . When my order was ready I just picked it up and left . I will never come back here again for nothing. Service - Upon arrival I was not greeted and this place was Empty Quality - Basic Decor- Cute

My now husband and I got married 2 weeks ago and we wanted to have something that represented us both. We are both avid boba drinkers and Sharetea tops one of our favorite places. We weren't sure if they catered boba, but they do and even delivery for you! We reached out to Sharetea via email and worked with Anthony. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. He was able to accommodate our later delivery time as we wanted boba to be our wedding party favors. We ordered 150 cups and were able to change the toppings, flavors and sweetness levels. Boba arrived on time and in ice chests to maintain the coldness. And let me tell you...the boba was the fastest thing to go! It was a huge hit among our guests. We even tried to hide 2 cups to take home but someone found them haha. We received compliments on the great taste and perfect drink to end the night. Anthony followed up with us the following day and the service from Sharetea was above and beyond! We received a card and gift from Sharetea for our wedding. That is the nicest gesture from a company!

Went here with friends because I was craving boba. When I got here, I went straight to the ordering section which is on the other side from the entrance. I was standing there waiting to order and there were three workers just standing there chatting. I was not greeted at all until I said something and then someone came to take my order. I was about to order my usual, that I order at the Rancho Cucamonga location, a green Thai iced tea. I thought all ShareTea are the same, but apparently not and they don't care that. So I just ordered a regular Thai iced tea. When my order was ready, they gave it to me and the cup was wet/sweaty. They didn't even wipe it to dry it. At the other ShareTea location they wipe the cup before handing it to the customer so it's not wet/sweaty. As I was trying to enjoy my drink while out, it tasted a little too sweet for my liking. I ordered 0% sweet. I had to let it water down. The ambiance of this location was chill. They only had a few seats/tables, maybe they are still practicing social distancing or maybe because it's a small area. I would come here if I'm in the area, but hopefully service gets better.

One of my items from my order was missing the ice cream on top. We called ShareTea since order was DoorDashed. ShareTea refused to accommodate their mistake. Stated it was DoorDash fault for making the drink wrong. ShareTea associate stated to call DoorDash for refund, but it was not the drivers fault, and I will not do that since that will hurt the driver. Never again ordering from here.

This Sharetea location is really hit or miss. It used to be a solid spot to come to for good quality boba and drinks, but the past few times that we've come in, we have left feeling disappointed with what we ordered. We switch it up with what we order each time we come in. Some staples for us though, are the taro milk tea, the strawberry ice blended drink, and the Okinawa pearl milk tea. As mentioned, the drink quality has been subpar. For the milk teas, it's been gritty like the drink wasn't portioned right or shaken for long enough. And the ice blended drink was gritty as well because it was too icy. The boba has been either hard (as if it's been hanging out for a while), or it's too chewy (like it was overcooked). Not sure what has been going on with quality control, but we hope that they can improve.

I came here the other day while I was in area with a craving for boba! I came in and they were pretty busy, but the line was moving quickly and they were working fast. Everything was really clean. I didn't want anything super heavy, so I ordered the "Passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit" tea. The prices were fair and the staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my tea, but felt that the grapefruit was a bit overpowering over the passion fruit and orange flavors. I would've enjoyed a little more passion fruit and orange flavor. All in all, convenient location, clean, cute ambiance, friendly staff, fair prices, and decent tea. I will probably be back based on location convenience.

I really really really did not want to write an update review but this has happened too many times. I order the SAME drinks every single time (QQ Happy Family, Hokkaido and Okinawa). This time it really upset me because I ordered for someone else and they STILL messed up both our orders! QQ Happy Family consists of jelly, boba, pudding and red bean. I ALWAYS ask for subbing out red beans and adding more jelly instead. I ordered the same drink for someone else and on the label of both of our drinks it literally states "sub out rb for jelly," yet they still put red bean in both our drinks. They didn't put more jelly either.. if anything, it was less than the normal amount. To make the situation worse, they run out of mini boba.... I really hope another boba spot opens up by this place. Because they continue to add red bean into my drink even though I specifically ask for NO RED BEAN. What if someone has a severe allergy to it? The Sharetea brand is my favorite. They have them everywhere, even out here in Arizona. But this is the ONLY location that manages to mess up my order every single time. They should get an award for it. They're reckless! I can't enjoy my drink. So disappointed.

As a franchise, I think Sharetea is aight and a bit pricier than other chains out there (Ding Tea, Quickly, etc). For a large sea salt creme brulee, less ice, it was almost $6. Even with really thorough mixing, it still tasted scathingly sweet like syrup. Instead of a sea salt or creme brulee flavor it tasted super artificial. Like think of a low tier chain boba egg pudding, extracting the syrup from that and putting it in this drink. I usually guzzle down my drinks and it was a pain to finish this. Service was really nice thought and I did like the photo opp. They do have stamp cards (though they're gonna switch to a digital point system starting next year, so you better use your stamp cards!).

This place had some good drinks. I really liked the ambiance of this place. The decor here is really cute, and the vibe is chill. This place is in a really busy area though, so parking is kind of tough during the weekend. The good thing is you can pop over before or after shopping for a little treat. I would definitely come back to this place for drinks if I am in the area. They are very friendly here and quick.

I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and didn't like it at all, I couldn't taste the tea and it was overly sweet. I asked for a remake since I didn't like my drink and I was still charged the difference even though it was just a thai tea with boba. But unfortunately I still didn't like my drink, again I could barely taste the tea and it was overly sweet. Definitely not wasting my money here again. read more

Real talk, I spend more money here than I'd care to admit. They probably have the best quality tea in the area and they have an online ordering function that makes picking up super convenient. Their staff is also super friendly and accommodating. They get extremely busy during peak hours (because they're the best), so plan/order ahead! They will give you an automated warning after you pay online to tell you if you need to expect a slightly longer wait time. Pro-tip: don't be an impatient jerk - the staff works as fast as they can to accommodate everyone. You can customize your tea in terms of sweetness and ice level. For someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth, this is great. I typically order my drinks with 0-30% sweetness. Typical orders: Mango Milk Tea - 0% sweetness (it's sweet with the 0%, but not TOO sweet) Taro Milk Tea with Mini Boba - 30% sweetness Winter Melon Lemonade - 0% sweetness: If you like tart/sour things, this is bomb and refreshing (order it with sugar if that's not your thing). read more

This is an excellent bubble tea spot! I'm going to become a regular here. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, they've been following all preventative measures to maintain the safety of their staff and patrons. They're really keeping it clean! Now the drinks, I love how you can customize the sweetness, it's appreciated! I also like that they don't have a huge menu. Most bubble tea spots have a large variety of drinks and it can be hard to know which direction to go. I think their selection is just enough. All drinks I've tried have been great too, you really can't go wrong with any drink. I'll be by weekly from here on out! read more

Came the other night and ordered ahead online. I don't know why their system doesn't give you an approximate pick up time nor any sort of notification that your order is ready, so it's just a guessing game at that point. From outside you can clearly see there's a customer inside not properly wearing his mask, and no employee seemed to have cared enough to ask him to properly put it on. If you're going to mandate masks in efforts to protect your customers, then do it. Also they allowed way too many people in the store at once for a small shop. The outside tables were also set up too close to the front door that makes it nearly impossible to NOT walk by tables with un-masked folks. Will not be returning. Drink: I got the strawberry milk boba. It's absolutely delicious and perfect for a hot day. Atmosphere: this place is so cute. I love the neon sign, it's perfect for pictures. There are marks on the floor to help you social distance which is nice. They have outdoor seating in case you went to enjoy it there. Service: Good. read more

I understand that it sucks making drinks before closing so maybe that was why they made it bad, but my tea was really disgusting I threw it away couldn't drink it did not taste right. Idk if the Thai tea is made with powder but I was able to chew on the powder or sugar inside when I drank it from how much was in the drink. I wouldn't ever go back in here again the Thai tea at the Thai restaurants in Redlands is much better. read more

First off, let me tell you that I'm a huge Sharetea fan. Their drinks and tapioca have always been solid, but it depends on the location and training of the staff... So, although I can't really complain about how Redlands makes their drinks, but their tapioca pearls, on the other hand, are not good. I came in the afternoon on a Thursday and there was a lot of people waiting for drinks so I understand the long wait, even though I ordered ahead. I appreciate how they took the time to make my drink right, but I can't say I enjoyed the tapioca pearls. By the time I got my drink, they were hard and cold. I'm not sure if my drink was just sitting there for a long time or that's how their tapioca pearls are but it just wasn't up to par. I recommend the drinks offered at this Sharetea location, but it's probably not a good idea to get their tapioca pearls until they make them better. Drinks: Classic Black Milk Tea - my go-to no matter what Sharetea location I go to. Love how it's sweet but you can still taste the tea, although it's a little sweeter than usual at this location. Wintermelon Lemonade - my other go-to when I don't want something with caffeine. It's so refreshing on a hot day and really hits the spot. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Drink was made incorrectly without any logical or reasonable solution offered. I paid extra money to have these drinks delivered, and then was told that I could COME IN to pick up the remade drink. I was then told that they don't even have boba, however no one called to notify me that they didn't have boba when the drink was being made. Yes, they had my number. No, they never called to ask. Why would I come in to get a remade drink if they can't even remake it? Why would I go to pick up a drink that I made money to have delivered? The employee told me to file a claim with GrubHub. Absolutely not. I asked this business to file the claim on my behalf, since I was the one who was inconvenienced in this situation, however they don't have the "technology" to accomplish this. This employee's handling of my situation was so dismissive, rude, and belittling. Suhaley was the specific employee I worked with. Her nonchalance of the issue was completely disrespectful and degrading. She disregarded my concerns multiple times. She didn't address my concerns or answer my questions. I had to repeat myself several times in order to get answers to my questions. Do not support this business. They will get your order wrong, over charge you, and then force you to spend an hour with customer service while they make money off of you. This place is terrible. To the owner, I'd recommend a reboot of your customer service model. Having someone nicely tell you that they can't help you isn't customer service. If you want to build a customer pool, then you need to review your company's mistakes and find ways to prevent them from happening again. This is a terrible, terrible thing to put someone through when they pay top dollar for an excellent experience. Never again will I support your business, and never will I recommend your business to anyone. read more

Service is okay. I ordered a Taro milk tea with boba, first off it does not taste like taro. Even the color is off and does not have that purple color. They basically gave me milk with a splash of taro. Would not recommend save your money! read more

Hmm I'm not sure what happened to share tea. I've visited 63 times over the last 4 years and my most recent visit has persuaded me not to return. I got a Thai tea with no boba. I asked for 80% sweetness and it tasted like 0%. I'm not sure if management changed the ratios of powers and sugars or the quality of the product had decreased but something is different and not in a good way. read more

Parking can be annoying to find, when you go during the busy hours. The place only have a few chairs available and if you are planning to study here it might be a problem. I usually like sharetea, but this location gives me a different vibes. The staffs feels like they are only there just to collect pay check. They do not acknowledge their customer, when I was here. The drink was ok. I tasted more of the powder than the drink itself. I also told them to reduced the sugar by 50 percent, but my drink was still hella sweet. I'll give them another try and see if they improve. I was expecting more because this is the first time a good boba spot opened near me. read more

For not being much of a boba person I sure do review many boba places! Came here last Tuesday afternoon, the place was fairly empty which is a nice change bc the last time we came here on their opening day the line was out the door and my friends gave up on waiting after almost 30 mins. So I had to see what the fuss is all about. I wasn't particularly in the mood for boba, but my friend was so I just wanted to order something simple. I ordered the QQ Happy Family Milk tea regular sweet bc I wanted to know what their normal amount of sweetness. It ended up being too sweet for my liking but I can't really complain, it was just as expected. I also enjoyed my friend's Matcha with Red beans. Service was great, the guy at the register was informative and friendly. The place was sparkling clean and cutely decorated and we lucked out on the sofa being empty so we sat there and chatted for a while. iendly. I'd probably come back to try other flavors! read more

I love this place since the very first time I visited. This most recent visit I bought two drinks to finish my rewards card and I got a free drink. Came here on a Saturday night, and was moderately busy. We ordered a cocoa crema, taro ice, and Hawaiian fruit tea. Cocoa crema- wowwww, this was very decadent. If you are a fan of cream and chocolate, this is the drink for you. It tasted like a chocolate milkshake with a nice hint of saltiness from the crema. This is not for the faint of heart, as this is a decadent dessert, but wow, it tasted VERY good. Just don't think about the calories while drinking. Of note, we ordered this half sweet, but yet it was still VERY sweet Taro ice with pudding- probably the best thing we got. The taro flavor was perfect with just the right amount of sweetness!! It was so delicious and probably one of the best taro drinks I've had Hawaiian fruit tea- this was WAYYYYY too sweet!! It tasted like a mix of lemonade + mango and passion fruit syrup. It had pieces of fruit, but wowwwww highly recommend at LEAST getting 50% sweetness They overdo it on sweetness in general and I highly recommend getting at LEAST 50%, but probably 25% read more

Wow! I can't believe I haven't written a review for this Sharetea location in particular. Every time I come back to visit my parents, I always make a stop here to get my boba fix! It's by far the best boba place within a 60 mile radius and the best Sharetea location I've ever been to. The flavors are always on point! Customer service is great as well! Stopped here today for the first time with a group. Drink variety was ok, but main thing we noticed was that all of the blended drinks came with ice cream. Some in our group just wanted it without ice cream, but it wasn't an option. Also we were hoping for some non-caffeinated tea options but the only option was wintermelon which we were told was a syrup and not a tea. Otherwise the drinks were good. Boba had a good chew and we're not overly sweet. I did order a hot bubble milk tea which they forgot to put the bobas in. I went back and asked and the guy said he remembered putting them in. Since the hot cup isn't clear I tried the drink again thinking maybe there were bobas in there, but still none. I asked again and the gal agreed to remake the drink. Overall I'm not super impressed, but it wasn't awful either. read more

I've tried this place a few times now. I like it but sometimes their drinks are too sweet even when I ask for 50% sweetness. Their service is very unfriendly which is where I would take stars off their rating. They do have good boba it has the perfect chewy texture. I would be willing to go back to try more menu items. It's worth driving out of the way for better boba, but if you're in the area shopping it's convenient to make a stop! read more

Ordered through the online portal. After 30 minutes you would think that 2 drinks would be ready for pickup. Turns out I got there and they still weren't ready. Their sign also says if you're just going to pickup that you don't need a mask. I walk in and they're saying otherwise so which is it? Ended up waiting around 45minutes for 2 simple milk teas. Terrible service, don't recommend to anyone in the area. Also, if you're enforcing masks upon pickup, then take down your sign! read more

I just got a blended coffee with pearl bobba and it is delicious, i think the atmosphere is great and live. Its clean, i know it just opened but you would be surprised! Pretty full for a soft open! The menu is very well put together and easy to read! The staff is courteous and knowledgable. One thing i would change is, if we dont want a receipt i still think that they should tell us what our order number will be-- i feel its only fair. It was my first time and it was pretty welcoming. For a soft open they did great! Their grand opening was full and I wasn't able to get anything that day! Also, I went in today (7/23) and tried to get the same drink I've been getting only to be told I wasn't allowed to sub the ice cream for Bobba? The girl was nice and she let me know that the staff wasn't able to do so and shouldn't have been doing that? I just didn't understand but it was just confusing because I had been doing it? Im lactose intolerant so I can't do the ice cream but love the drink.. it's lame but, they charged me for the sub which doesn't really make sense? My 4-year old watched Evan intently as he took care in making his Vanilla Oreo Shake. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. Reposting because I want to show my support to one of my go-to local businesses and I noticed Yelp moved my review to not recommended reviews lol. I've been coming to this location quite often and I love it every time! I've seen some of the reviews on here and honestly it seems so harsh... especially during a time like this. I'm thankful that they're still pushing through and open, unlike others who choose to complain about the littlest things. Be grateful that people are working and serving you? Usually I'll get the taro pearl milk tea (which is one of my favorites because it's the perfect amount of sweetness.), but recently I've been getting into their fruit teas and I really like the Kiwi Fruit tea! I would suggest lowering the sweetness to 80% or 50%. Shout out to the employees for giving great customer service and making yummy drinks! Came here with my girlfriend to grab some boba on the way home. We got 3 drinks and were excited to try this place out since my coworkers tell us how much they love this place. The drinks were good but my only complaint was the customer service. It took 10 mins to get our drinks out which is fine but two girls were talking the whole time and actively paused making our drinks. The girl in black next to them had made the order after us and called them up and was consistent with making drinks. Let alone it wasn't even busy the time we came and ordered. We would be willing to try this place again in the future but just hope we could actually get our drinks out earlier. read more

First time here and the staff was so nice and helpful when recommending drinks! I was in the area visiting a friend and was craving something refreshing so I got the mango green tea with aloe vera! It was so good and it was the perfect drink for this hot weather! Menu seemed to have a lot of options and i liked that i could choose an ice and sugar level. read more

Like the boba here but the music they play is full of vulgar language such as f word and bitch and talks about sex. There are kids that come in the store but the workers do not care. Whoever decides what kind of music they play is an immoral person. read more

This is my favorite cold drink I had. And also I do like hot drink as Oolong milk tea, I recommend 50% sugar level if you dont like too sweet. They also have stamp card to get free drink for any type of drink. Dont miss out! read more
