My favorite local boba spot! Cute decor. I like the amount of boba they put and how you can adjust the sweetness. Good customer service, can be a wait time on busier times but it always comes out right.

4/11/24 Visit - I am not sure who was working the Morning/ Mid shift that day, but whomever was working , GIRL, I'm sorry if me coming in and placing order there was such an inconvenience, I'll remind myself why I go to DING TEA instead because their customer service and quality is always the phenomenal. That girl who was working upfront was just grumpy and made my whole experience so BLAH that I will never ever go there ever again period. After placing my order my drink was ready in less than 5 mins , it should be it was empty as heck . The location is decent and cleanliness. But quality of boba texture was too hard and chewy like taffy and it was placed on the front counter uncovered and exposed to elements . When my order was ready I just picked it up and left . I will never come back here again for nothing. Service - Upon arrival I was not greeted and this place was Empty Quality - Basic Decor- Cute

My now husband and I got married 2 weeks ago and we wanted to have something that represented us both. We are both avid boba drinkers and Sharetea tops one of our favorite places. We weren't sure if they catered boba, but they do and even delivery for you! We reached out to Sharetea via email and worked with Anthony. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. He was able to accommodate our later delivery time as we wanted boba to be our wedding party favors. We ordered 150 cups and were able to change the toppings, flavors and sweetness levels. Boba arrived on time and in ice chests to maintain the coldness. And let me tell you...the boba was the fastest thing to go! It was a huge hit among our guests. We even tried to hide 2 cups to take home but someone found them haha. We received compliments on the great taste and perfect drink to end the night. Anthony followed up with us the following day and the service from Sharetea was above and beyond! We received a card and gift from Sharetea for our wedding. That is the nicest gesture from a company!

Went here with friends because I was craving boba. When I got here, I went straight to the ordering section which is on the other side from the entrance. I was standing there waiting to order and there were three workers just standing there chatting. I was not greeted at all until I said something and then someone came to take my order. I was about to order my usual, that I order at the Rancho Cucamonga location, a green Thai iced tea. I thought all ShareTea are the same, but apparently not and they don't care that. So I just ordered a regular Thai iced tea. When my order was ready, they gave it to me and the cup was wet/sweaty. They didn't even wipe it to dry it. At the other ShareTea location they wipe the cup before handing it to the customer so it's not wet/sweaty. As I was trying to enjoy my drink while out, it tasted a little too sweet for my liking. I ordered 0% sweet. I had to let it water down. The ambiance of this location was chill. They only had a few seats/tables, maybe they are still practicing social distancing or maybe because it's a small area. I would come here if I'm in the area, but hopefully service gets better.

One of my items from my order was missing the ice cream on top. We called ShareTea since order was DoorDashed. ShareTea refused to accommodate their mistake. Stated it was DoorDash fault for making the drink wrong. ShareTea associate stated to call DoorDash for refund, but it was not the drivers fault, and I will not do that since that will hurt the driver. Never again ordering from here.

This Sharetea location is really hit or miss. It used to be a solid spot to come to for good quality boba and drinks, but the past few times that we've come in, we have left feeling disappointed with what we ordered. We switch it up with what we order each time we come in. Some staples for us though, are the taro milk tea, the strawberry ice blended drink, and the Okinawa pearl milk tea. As mentioned, the drink quality has been subpar. For the milk teas, it's been gritty like the drink wasn't portioned right or shaken for long enough. And the ice blended drink was gritty as well because it was too icy. The boba has been either hard (as if it's been hanging out for a while), or it's too chewy (like it was overcooked). Not sure what has been going on with quality control, but we hope that they can improve.

I came here the other day while I was in area with a craving for boba! I came in and they were pretty busy, but the line was moving quickly and they were working fast. Everything was really clean. I didn't want anything super heavy, so I ordered the "Passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit" tea. The prices were fair and the staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my tea, but felt that the grapefruit was a bit overpowering over the passion fruit and orange flavors. I would've enjoyed a little more passion fruit and orange flavor. All in all, convenient location, clean, cute ambiance, friendly staff, fair prices, and decent tea. I will probably be back based on location convenience.

I really really really did not want to write an update review but this has happened too many times. I order the SAME drinks every single time (QQ Happy Family, Hokkaido and Okinawa). This time it really upset me because I ordered for someone else and they STILL messed up both our orders! QQ Happy Family consists of jelly, boba, pudding and red bean. I ALWAYS ask for subbing out red beans and adding more jelly instead. I ordered the same drink for someone else and on the label of both of our drinks it literally states "sub out rb for jelly," yet they still put red bean in both our drinks. They didn't put more jelly either.. if anything, it was less than the normal amount. To make the situation worse, they run out of mini boba.... I really hope another boba spot opens up by this place. Because they continue to add red bean into my drink even though I specifically ask for NO RED BEAN. What if someone has a severe allergy to it? The Sharetea brand is my favorite. They have them everywhere, even out here in Arizona. But this is the ONLY location that manages to mess up my order every single time. They should get an award for it. They're reckless! I can't enjoy my drink. So disappointed.

As a franchise, I think Sharetea is aight and a bit pricier than other chains out there (Ding Tea, Quickly, etc). For a large sea salt creme brulee, less ice, it was almost $6. Even with really thorough mixing, it still tasted scathingly sweet like syrup. Instead of a sea salt or creme brulee flavor it tasted super artificial. Like think of a low tier chain boba egg pudding, extracting the syrup from that and putting it in this drink. I usually guzzle down my drinks and it was a pain to finish this. Service was really nice thought and I did like the photo opp. They do have stamp cards (though they're gonna switch to a digital point system starting next year, so you better use your stamp cards!).

This place had some good drinks. I really liked the ambiance of this place. The decor here is really cute, and the vibe is chill. This place is in a really busy area though, so parking is kind of tough during the weekend. The good thing is you can pop over before or after shopping for a little treat. I would definitely come back to this place for drinks if I am in the area. They are very friendly here and quick.

Normally is a good boba place to stop but today was horrible. The Hokkaido pearl that we ordered tasted watered down and seemed very much like artificial tea water. The worst was my matcha red bean ice blended drink. The ice was bit blended at all. Could barely drink it since giant ice chunks were in every sip. The best tea in the world! I drive about an hour and a half to get to the nearest ShareTea. We have boba tea options where I live but none of them live up to the expectations of ShareTea. I would franchise one in my town right now if I could so that I would have the opportunity to get it closer. read more

My favorite boba spot in the area, I order here at least once a week. Can't go wrong with the original milk tea. My go to is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea but we've pretty much tried most of the menu. Drinks are mostly consistent, during busy peak hours it could be a miss or they may run out of boba. It's understandable. The few times there was an issue, it was promptly addressed and corrected by management. I also like that they have online ordering and loyalty points through Clover. Makes ordering and picking up so much easier. read more

I have been here multiple times as it's in a very convenient location - the only boba place in the mountain grove / citrus plaza complex (which would have been even more convenient pre-covid). Not sure about other locations but the boba was average, definitely not the way I like it. The milk teas taste just ok. What saves them though besides location is their fruity teas are good, especially when combined with something besides boba like aiyu jelly. For example, the peach kiwi has kiwi bits which adds a nice texture. read more

The drinks are so extremely sweet, I asked for 25% sweet and it felt like over 100%. Boba was also a little hard in the middle as if it was not fully cooked maybe. They were busy so maybe they were just in a hurry to make teas. read more

Coming from SGV, I was in dire need of a decent boba place in Redlands. I first had Sharetea in Nor*Cal and it was enough to satisfy a craving, but not even close to spots in the SGV. The drinks are pretty good, but not enough selection compared to other places. You can adjust sweetness level, ice amount, hotness, and also tea type for some drinks. From when they first opened a few months ago, prices have already increased about 50 cents. They do have online ordering, which is nice, but you have to be ready to pick-up maybe 5 minutes or so after you place the order since they make it as soon as the order goes through and it will just sit and wait for you. One main issue I always experience when ordering online is that staff tends to ignore you for pick-up. You can wait by the counter and staff will be making drinks, handing out drinks, and obviously see you standing there but won't greet you or ask if you need something. I've had a worker who wasn't making drinks or taking orders stand there, ignore me when I said "excuse me", and then walk away. Another staff person who just finished a drink finally made eye contact and helped when I asked for my order. Suggestion to management: Current process for picking up online orders is inefficient. The whole point is to decrease time spent in the store and have more space for customers who are walking in or sitting down. Have a designated spot for online order pick-ups and train staff to greet customers properly when approached. read more

I don't post many reviews, but I feel like the recently inferior quality at Share Tea merits a cautionary post for those searching for a boba spot. This is NOT where you'd want to spend your money. This used to be our go-to place for boba. Never again. We ordered our usual order... wintermelon, strawberry ice blended with ice cream, golden retriever, all with boba. Wow, what a huge disappointment. Everything was amiss... the flavor, the appearance, the texture of the boba. It was so awful. Out of 4 in our party, only 1 person actually drank more than a couple sips, and that was because she refused to waste her $6 drink down the garbage disposal. There are so many great boba shops out there and this is not one of them. On a grade scale, this one gets a F! read more

Share tee sounded like a great idea at first. We got there and it seemed pleasent.. once we ordered I was very excited for my bevarage but was in the restroom because I had a very busy day at work and did not get a chance to relieve my self. Then AMANDA bagan calling my name for my drink but I did not hear at first. Soon she began shouting louder and louder until she was screaming nearly at the top of her lungs my name. The building was very small and o did not see any reason why she would need to scream that loud but she continued. I came out and got my drink and it was very good! Would come back. read more

Super long wait. I'm actually still waiting for my boba currently. I don't know what's taking so long but they are so backed up that we've been waiting here for 15 minutes. KEEP IN KIND we are still currently waiting. I'm pretty disappointed in the service because they have about 3 people making the teas and 1 at the register. I'm not sure if they're new but I won't be coming back here. Update: I went up to one of the baristas to ask her what is taking so long. And she simply just apologized and kind of disregarded me. I just didn't get a very friendly atmosphere from the establishment. Tips: I'd work on the better flow of the team and understanding what needs to done in order to ensure that the business is running smoothly. read more

Go to this sharetea because it's close to my parents house. They have a decent drink selection and I like that you can control sweetness and ice amount. I usually order the QQ Happy Family which comes with multiple types of toppings and substitute the red beans for more mini boba. They have really good fruit teas as well and from what I can tell don't use traditional syrups (like pre-bottled), it looks like they make their own (I could be wrong). Overall good tea for filling a craving. read more

Good selection of teas and an easy to read menu. I asked about the more popular drinks and was given several detailed option descriptions which was nice to hear. I went with the matcha w/ fresh milk topped with boba and it was pretty good. The inside of the shop was clean and had a comfortable couch to sit on while I waited. read more

With how slow this place is at getting drinks out you may as well replace the employees with machine. It's definitely be more efficient. Explain how it literally takes almost 30mins from waiting in line to then having to wait for 1. Yes 1 damn drink! It's ridiculous! The amount of time wasted having to literally wait is insane! Inefficiency is clearly noticeable here with employees chatting it up having a fun time talking to each other instead of actually getting orders out. Go anywhere else for boba you're in & out in less than 5mins read more

Finally an uprising boba place in redlands!! They have a great variety in their menu, and have the preferences of adjusting the sweetness and amount of ice you would like in your drink. I first came to their soft and grand opening, and got was the expected- a long wait time but hard working employees. I hughly recommend the hokkaido milk tea or either thr taro ice blended or strawberry ice blended. Great place for boba :) **As another yelper commented crtiqued their employees still looking at formulas- they are still learning! What place is not packed and busy on a grand opening day? If you dont have the paitence to be waiting around, Chaca is a few streets down for you! read more

Have to say, i'm pretty disappointed in this particular Sharetea. I don't get how a boba shop runs out of boba so I had to settle with mini pearls. I got an ice blended drink and there were huge chunks of ice in it, couldn't even fit through the big straw. My friend got a coco creama and tasted like just watered down hot chocolate and wasn't as sweet as it should've been even with 100% sweetness. I usually go to the one in the Victoria Gardens mall so I will say my standards for sharetea are high, but this store was a huge let down :( read more

I want to love this place. I've been going here for over 8 months. I've been to multiple locations. I've gotten 4 different drinks where I have had hair in my boba. It's so disgusting. I wish the people working would take more caution when handling food products. I think I'm done with this location. I've never experienced this at any of the other locations. read more

took 30 minutes to get my 3 drinks ready while there are at the most 5 workers on the clock just sitting around doing nothing. not only did they take long but made they made my drinks wrong. i asked for a kiwi fruit tea with aiyu and lychee jelly but to my surprise theres no kiwi or aiyu. if you want quality boba go to kung fu tea. read more

Reposting because I want to show my support to one of my go-to local businesses and I noticed Yelp moved my review to not recommended reviews lol. I've been coming to this location quite often and I love it every time! I've seen some of the reviews on here and honestly it seems so harsh... especially during a time like this. I'm thankful that they're still pushing through and open, unlike others who choose to complain about the littlest things. Be grateful that people are working and serving you? Usually I'll get the taro pearl milk tea (which is one of my favorites because it's the perfect amount of sweetness.), but recently I've been getting into their fruit teas and I really like the Kiwi Fruit tea! I would suggest lowering the sweetness to 80% or 50%. Shout out to the employees for giving great customer service and making yummy drinks! Came here with my girlfriend to grab some boba on the way home. We got 3 drinks and were excited to try this place out since my coworkers tell us how much they love this place. The drinks were good but my only complaint was the customer service. It took 10 mins to get our drinks out which is fine but two girls were talking the whole time and actively paused making our drinks. The girl in black next to them had made the order after us and called them up and was consistent with making drinks. Let alone it wasn't even busy the time we came and ordered.
