Came in and there were no other customers in the store. There were four workers behind the register, so we figured it wouldn't take long for our drinks to be made. Unfortunately after we ordered however, only one worker proceeded to make our drinks while the other three sat behind the register socializing or on their phones. Not sure if it's a policy they have for only one worker to be making drinks at a time, but I doubt it. Since the one worker was by himself making our drinks one at a time, it took over 10 minutes for us to receive our two drinks. They did apologize for the wait when they called our order, just wish they were a little more efficient rather than apologetic. read more

I feel very conflicted about Sharetea. I really like that they always ask if you'd like to adjust the sweetness and ice levels. The drinks here are pretty good and a weee bit better than other places like Tapioca Express, Boba Time, and isn't unnecessarily over the top like the newer super cutesie places like Roasting Water, Snow Monster, etc. But I think it is a little overpriced. I hate that the price listed does not include any add-ons, and it's easily $4+ for a drink. This is such a premium to pay if you compare it to the price of boba in Asia... but yes, I get it, this is not Asia, this is Orange County... South Coast Plaza... I dont need the red carpet for boba so price taste and speediness was on point even on a busy fri night. If you dont try the winter melon juice your not living. This place serves amazing drinks. I really do enjoy their mocha blended drink, and their tea's. The downside? Not sure who hires some of these kids, but they need to hire employees w/ better skills. I came in last night and ordered 3 drinks. I received 2 of my drinks, but the 3rd was taking so long to be made. From the point of ordering, to actually seeing it be made, I'd say at least 30min. I noticed that an young Asian male was skipping my 3rd drink, and fulfilling the "easy" drinks. Not sure what's so complex about a Mocha Blended drink w/ Ice Cream. I also noticed that he had to continue going back to some "how-to" chart between drinks. I look over at his work station, and he kept moving my designated cup over, and moving onto some tea-like drinks. If it wasn't for (what I'm assuming to be the shift lead), I think I would've waited for another 15min. I've been here during lunch hours and the service is quick and great. Not so great at night. Also, the ice cream serving was sloppy, whereas during the afternoon, the drink presentation is up to par. I think I'll stick to afternoon visits. read more

This place is so good! I used to go to Ding Tea and this is 100x better. They give larger sizes for less money, allow card purchases under $5, ask if you'd like to adjust the sweetness or ice level, and overall it tastes amazing. They even do stamp cards too! read more

Oh, where to start! ShareTea is literally one of my favorite drinks. It's a great pick me up. The shop itself is cozy and makes you feel great. The employees are excellent, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Strawberry Boba. Here is a good tip: always lower down the sugar percentage. Anyways, the Strawberry Boba was delicious. It was like an explosion of tastiness on my tongue! Oh, the taste! From the Boba to the employees ShareTea is amazing. In conclusion, ShareTea really is a GREAT place to get Boba. read more

Other Sharetea experiences have been 10x better (San Francisco / San Mateo / Cerritos). Maybe because it is a new store... 1. Cashier was extremely slow. Also, I asked for boba but the cashier did not hear me, so she didn't mark it in my order. 2. Yelp site says Wifi - Free, but Wifi is not available yet. Tried to come here to do some work, but instead had to relocate. 3. I've always only ordered the oolong creama, so I know what it's supposed to taste like. The tea is about average (boba is a bit hard in the center) and the idea of the light bulb drinks aren't bad for kids. But the reason for the 3 stars is the lack of customer focus and explanation when we tried to redeem the stamp card and was told we could not combine our stamp cards because they had different expiration dates(one exp Jan2017, the other May 2017). Upon asking where on the card does it have that restriction the associate couldn't explain and stammered the usual well that's just our policy. In a place like Orange County where there's hundreds of boba stores within blocks of each other, you would they would be a bit more accommodating and customer focused. read more

I usually go here for the wintermelon crema but the entire crema series got removed so it was an extra dollar. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink just to find out they gave it to another customer. I clearly asked for a refund multiple times because I didn't want to wait any longer and the cashier just kept mumbling and saying that it was getting remade right then. I love this place so much I almost don't want to review it! Sharetea isn't a kept secret necessarily, but their boba is so we'll made i am quick to pass other places in pursuit. I normally stick with the original milk tea. You won't be disappointed if you are an original boba lover. read more

I am a regular customer of this location. But this time I am so disappointed because of the new girl with the tattoo on her left arm (first time I have seen her). I ordered a black milk tea with "80% sweet and extra creamer" but she didn't understand me. I had to repeat that and told her "I want the non dairy creamer not the creama". My drink finally came out with the CREAMA on top and tasted so powdery. I had no problem ordering it before even when I order by phone. Thats why I didn't check it until I got home. I was here just last eve, the heat was so bad so wanted to have some good cold boba tea. Walked up-to this place and ordered Okinawa milk tea with boba. The good thing about this place is they let you customize your tea with sweetness n ice level. I ordered 80% sweetness n less ice. I had never tried this flavor before and it was amazing. I usually like honey dew n mango flavors. But I am glad I tried Okinawa, it was amazing n refreshing. Will definitely get back here. read more

I was here a few days ago. We were supposed to go to 7leaves but figured this was on the way anyways so give it a try. That being said they were kinda lame and opened at 12 but we came at 11:30. Our fault usually boba places aren't that cool to open at noon. So we waited and the dude let us in seven minutes early. They didn't have one of the things my sister wanted so we went with two strawberry lychee things with icecream on top. The girl that made it took forever!!!! She literally stood there while I was watching and took out a tiny spoon and spooned the drink into my LARGE cup from the blender. Girl just pour it in. Worse on top of that she slowly walked to get the icecream container but couldnt scoop out a full scoop because no arm power and gave us half scoops, but icecream is the best part yo. Kept on tab imma order extra icecream next time. In the end I'll come back if there is no line and when im in the area, if not going to 7leaves. Five stars for the drinks. Sharetea is a good option if you're in the area. Their drinks run very sweet so sometimes even 50% sweet is diabetes inducing. Service is usually pretty good and they get the drinks out in a timely manner. This spot is solid A-OK in my book. read more

Disappointment. Ordered their Mango bottle shake with mini-boba. Found out that their bottle drinks no longer allow sweetness % change. Loved their drinks but due to change of policy, their bottled drinks doesn't can no longer have sweetness level changed even though at other ShareTea's (Fullerton and Chino Hills) were able to do so. Blows my mind why they implemented this. The only reason they provided other than "we can't do that" answer. read more

Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins here- they are very short staffed. They need at least another employee at the register to take down orders and make things more efficient. Also if you come on a hot day, you will be suffocating inside. There is no a/c at the store, the door is opened and there is no cold air coming from any of the vents. The drinks are delicious and have a similar taste to the teas I get in Taiwan. Unfortunately the service is extremely slow! read more

This place is hit or miss. When they are busy their customer service and drink quality lacks a lot. The first time I came here it was at night and the cashier was super nice and the atmosphere was a lot more calm and friendly. Also, their drinks are hit or miss, so far the ones I have order have been a disappointment but the one my husband got was, according to him, really good. I have been here twice and this last time I ordered a honey milk tea. The taste was very bland, and not sweet at all. I almost questioned whether there was any honey in it. It was not milky enough and tasted very watered down. I know they offer a choice of how much ice and sweetness you want but honestly, that should be so that a customer can tailor their drink to their taste preferences and not to make the initial drink taste better. I guess if I find myself in the area and someone I'm with wants a drink from here I would come back, but I wouldn't wait if there is a long line. read more

Tried two times to like this place because I've seen so many posts about it on my explore page on instagram, and it looks really good. First time I ordered the chocolate creama, and it might as well be watered down chocolate milk. Was disappointed, but I went again and ordered the blended coffee with ice cream. It tasted like something burnt. I don't know how, but it did, and when the initial burnt taste was over it just tasted like water. The drinks are not cheap either. The blended coffee was $5.35. Would much rather go to Tapioca Express or 7leaves where the quality is much better, and the prices are more reasonable. read more

Not all Sharetea locations have the same quality drinks. The fresh milk green tea was rather bland and lacking flavor. The boba was only ok as well. I can say the UCI Sharetea location tastes so much better. It's no wonder their business is 2-3 times more than this Sharetea location. read more

Very inexpensive and they have a lot of options. For my first time here, I got the QQ happy family milk tea. It comes with 5 toppings I believe but whoever is making your drinks gets to choose your topping. At first they made my drink taste water down but they remade the drink and it was better, worth a try read more

This is by far the worst sharetea. Do not go to this location if you like sharetea. It will ruin your overall impression. It is only this one that has terrible service. The workers look disinterested and highly unprofessional. The tea mixers have a thick powder substance on the bottom which suggests they don't thoroughly clean them in between use.
