The menu had a lot of different drinks that looked delicious, which made it hard for me to decide, lol. I use to be a regular customer and buy coffee milk tea all the time until I had a bad experience with one of the employees while I was waiting my order the girl on the counter didn't even call my order I had yo go to the front and ask for it. Once I asked her about my order she grabbed my drink that was on the side and slam it to the counter not even a thank you nothing. This is just bad customer service. You can have the best drink but if you have bad customer service then your business is going down the hill. Another thing they asked on their tablet for a Tip???? The boba shop is open & bright with limited seating & an IG-worthy wall for pics. I've been going on a boba binge all over the city & most faired pretty well; I waited a couple of months (my MO for new businesses) after opening so the kinks get worked out. It was relatively quiet on a late Sunday afternoon so I was able to mull over the menu. I didn't want to risk ordering boba because I wasn't sure of its freshness & ended up getting the recommended ice blended, STRAWBERRY ICE BLENDED WITH LYCHEE JELLY & ICE CREAM. It's also 1 of Sharetea's Top 10 Drinks & it's a visually stunning. I like how the menu denotes non-caffeinated drinks, which is essential if you're buying for your kid(s). Mine are pretty knowledgeable & will avoid the teas. LOL ｡^‿^｡ Service is fast & friendly... I barely got to the p-u & my drink was ready (like I mentioned, it was a quiet Sunday)! I'm guessing they're much busier in the evenings from the Yelp pics showing out-the-door line & elbow-to-elbow lobby. It's a good drink, not great for a couple of reasons... 1) it was really sweet, almost too sweet, bordering on I almost can't drink it (though I know my kids will... I added more crushed ice at home to lessen the sweetness); 2) the scoop of vanilla ice cream seemed out of place & it's not great ice cream. I tried a sip with the ice cream, & ended up eating the remainder so it's a standalone drink. Price point is on the high side, but it's a large cup & considered a specialty, not your average milk tea. While there's no Yelp check-in discount, Sharetea does offer a frequent guest stamp card; I wish they would follow the sign of the times & use a loyalty app like Fivestars, I got enough stuff in my wallet. :-| DT is my go-to boba shop, but I may visit Sharetea again if I'm running errands in the area, & that's contingent on their boba drinks (major factor for continued patronage), which I have yet to try. Sharetea is like the In-N-Out of boba chains. I feel like it is consistent across locations and across time. The quality control is on point, and I never feel disappointed. Sure, there are times where you want to venture out and get Habit Burger or Shake Shack, but at the end of the day you know you can't go wrong with In-N-Out (or Sharetea in this case). Ever since my husband discovered their hokkaido pearl milk tea, he found his new #1 boba drink. Even from early on during the COVID lockdowns, we kept coming back to Sharetea. It replaced Ding Tea as our go-to local spot. I love all of their teas and toppings. I've been off caffeine, so I've been sticking with my wintermelon fresh milk, strawberry fresh milk, or the occasional mango slush. I like that most of their drinks (not the strawberry fresh milk) have adjustable sweetness and ice levels. Their boba has always been soft and chewy. Some pro tips: This place does get crowded. I recommend calling in and placing your order by phone. You still have to wait in line to pay, but more often than not your drink will already be made and ready. Also, they have weekday pricing-- if you come in on weekdays (M-Th, if I'm not mistaken) there's a small discount (5% I think). I always save up my stamp cards and use them on weekends instead of weekdays :) read more

Cool, a Sharetea that's a little closer than the one at Cerritos! Came in on Monday out of curiosity. Parking is very limited in this little strip mall. Service is very slow. It took more than 15 minutes to get my drink after placing the order. I probably waited at least 30 minutes from waiting in line, to place my order, to getting my drink. It may be because the location's new and the staff are still training. However, the drinks are consistent with other ShareTea locations. I'd come back whenever I'm around the area. Newly opened! Parking in the plaza can be difficult so be careful pulling in and out of parking spaces. I got the QQ Family Milk Tea based on the picture. Please be advised that there is red bean (or some kind of bean) in this drink so if you're not a fan of the bean texture I would avoid it. The drink tasted a bit chalky but it got better as the ice melted. I would highly recommend getting this less to half sugar. I also got the Hawaii fruit drink. It taste like pineapple fruit juice. I asked for it less sugar and it was still very sugary. I had to come home and dilute it with more ice and water. Overall I would probably ask for less sugar than you think you would like. I do love they have mini boba and I love love love mini boba so I'll be back just to get the mini boba milk tea. read more

Pretty good sharetea! I picked a passion fruit orange grapefruit tea and it was sooo good. It was flavorful but not overly sweet as well. The workers are helpful and friendly. My experience here was a bad one. I come in looking to order 1 hour before closing. I was well aware of how covid would change store hours but seeing as there was a couple outside waiting for their order and another couple having their order taken at the register, plus the 4-5 workers in the back preparing orders, with the entrance door wide open, I took it as business was still open. Unfortunately, they told me that the last two orders they were taking up was the couple ahead of me. I've been on a milk tea frenzy lately so as I was waiting for a table at Gen KBBQ across the street, my friend and I stopped by Sharetea. When trying a new spot I usually stick with boba milk tea as it is a staple to tea spots (in my opinion). It was a cold night so I opted for a hot boba milk tea. The flavor was lacking and my "hot" was more like luke warm. You'd think that while hungry everything would taste better, but sadly, it did not. Definitely, not a place I'd go out of my way for. While the teas themselves are good I can't really justify a more than half eating since the drinks were more than half ice. My friend told me to get no ice at this location ... so apparently it's not a one off situation. Fair warning before you come...this lot is impossibly small and essentially one-way only, so if you drive in and you can't find parking you're forced to exit back onto the street. I suppose in some ways it is good because I imagine the lines would be way more packed for Sharetea if parking was easier. What I like about Sharetea is that you can really taste the tea and you know that you are getting real tea. There is also the fact that they let you adjust ice and sugar levels to your liking. I haven't had a drink that I didn't like yet: for my recommendation I would try any of the popular drinks that they have listed out by the cashier: I promise that you wont be disappointed. This sharetea location has staff who do not know how to listen. I tried the Thai tea blend, but it tasted NOTHING like Thai tea. I asked to change it to a regular milk tea blend, but I end up getting a Thai milk tea. I? Don't? Understand??? I can understand if they messed up because they were busy, but they weren't even busy at all! I was so over it, I didn't want to ask them to change my drink for the second time. Sharetea is one of my favorite boba franchises, but the Torrance location does not stand up to expectations with the franchise quality. I have gone into the store 3 times to give the location a chance but every time I am disappointed. Usually, when I come in, the store is pretty empty, There will be about 1-2 people ahead of me waiting for their drinks and no one in line. I order 2 drinks, yet I have to wait 20 minutes at the least every time. I see the orders ahead of me aren't even over 3 drinks yet they take a while. The prices for Torrance compared to all the other locations are actually more expensive. My drink is typical $3.50 at Fountain Valley, Cerritos, and other OC locations but it is $4.00 here. The price difference is not my main concerned, but if it is more expensive, I expect the quality to be better. I usually get the classic pearl black milk tea or the same but with green tea. Almost every time, my drink just tastes like milk. I don't get any tea flavor. It tastes like sweet milk, which I know the drink shouldn't taste like since I get it at other locations. The only plus side to my drink is the boba. It is nice and chewy. I had a free drink stamp card to redeem and the cashier and the other employees told me they couldn't redeem it for me. They said they did not have the code to input it. I felt as if they could have just charged me for one drink instead of two and took the completed stamp card, but I guess not. I have given this location so many chances to better their quality and service, but for me, there seems to be no change. I most likely won't be returning to this location since there are so many boba shops in the south bay. If you do visit this location, the parking lot is quite small! read more

My son wanted boba so we stopped off here because it's his favorite place. I understand it was memorial day weekend and they were short handed so I expected some wait. After 45 minutes I started to ask because 2-3 customers that came after us got their drinks and it was clear they missed my son's order. The older Asian man which I think was the owner (i''m sure filling in for employees because I've never seen him before) made an excuse that the delay was caused by orders that came in before us. Located off Crenshaw and Lomita in Torrance in the strip mall parking is tight and limited with all the businesses there. The place is pretty nice few tables to sit. I got the mango green tea 50% sweet it was good. The two gals were friendly. Overall another tea, milky tea and boba place in Torrance. I've been to the one on Costa Mesa so now I don't have to go to the OC or LA for this. read more

How do they have a B rating? Anyway, their boba is chewy so that's a win for me but smaller in size. Customization is important also with the sugar especially but you can also customize the ice. Tried the QQ family milk tea which comes with boba, lychee jelly, (had no flan) herbal jelly, and I didn't realize it had red bean. Not a fan. Hokkaido milk tea. Milk tea. All good. The green tea crema is good but ehhh I can do without the thick cream crema. I swear I had a milk tea with boba and flan but maybe not because I thought that was the QQ family milk tea. This place is ridiculous and I mean by their customer service. The workers are so rude and don't pay attention to what you're trying to order. Whom ever trained these people need to teach them how to be friendly and good listener. I love sharetea just not this location. There's a reason why it's always lonely when I come in. One of my favorite boba spots in the South Bay in terms of taste, but also a NIGHTMARE when it comes to ordering. Someone needs to please tell the owner that the people working here need to figure out some type of system to take orders for efficiently. Over 5 times I've waited on the phone for 15+ minutes. I'm so glad they opened one in my area. I have only tried the one in Cerritos until now. The boba is always very soft and chewy. So far I have tried their taro and Hokkaido (caramel toffee). I plan to try the rest eventually! Please make a rose milk tea! That is one of my favorites! They have many additional toppings besides boba, such as lychee, pudding, red bean, ice cream, etc. On their menu, it'll tell you what their most popular drinks are, which are caffeinated, and which ones have a hot version available. Had the strangest experience today. We are frequent flyers of ShareTea and my mom always orders the same drink - fresh milk family, which includes the toppings pearl, pudding and herb jelly. There have been multiple instances in the past now where a topping will be missing so we just let it go but today there were no toppings at all in her drink. I phoned in to let them know there were no toppings in her drink and instead of apologizing the lady who answered the phone insisted that there was no mistake on their end in taking the order. Finally, she said that she spoke to a manager and we could come in and exchange the drink for one with toppings "as long as the drink was no more than 10% drank". Weird, but fine, I mean she took one sip, found there were no toppings and stopped drinking it. Fast forward, we bring the drink in to exchange and the gentlemen (who appeared to be the manager) opened the drink and poured it out because he was "checking to make sure there are actually no toppings" as if he was accusing us of lying. I will be honest that by this point I was a little bit annoyed because boba is always a fun treat but their whole treatment of this ordeal has taken the fun out of the treat. So I said that it takes us some time to even get here, around 25 minutes with traffic, and we've had to come for a second time today and instead of apologizing the gentlemen said "that's not that far, I had to drive 45 minutes to get to work today". Like... okay? And I have to drive an hour in good traffic to get to my office because that is where my job is located? Not to mention this is an extra trip that we had to make due to an error on their employees part. Customer service and quality really has been declining in the past year and I hope that they manage to pick back up to how ShareTea used to be. Definitely one of my go-to's for boba. We do have a few boba shops that we like, but sometimes those don't hit the spot like Sharetea does. Sharetea is consistent and when we're not feeling very adventurous and just want something we can rely on to taste just as we remember - Sharetea it is. My favorite is the oolong milk tea, half sweet with light mini pearl. My boyfriend loves the mango milk tea and that is definitely a great option if you're looking for something milky and fruity. My boyfriend has also tried the coffee creama with ice cream and OH EM GEE that was so yummy! If you've never had boba, Sharetea is definitely a great place to start. I typically go to the Sharetea location in Cerritos, so I was super excited when a location opened up by me! I ordered my go-to drink: Green Milk Tea with Mini Pearls. And it was delicious! Great tea flavor and the mini boba was chewy (but not too chewy) and flavorful. Only thing to note is that the prices at this location are about $.50 more than at other locations, and there's unfortunately no Yelp check-in discount which I was super bummed about! My friend ordered the Fresh Milk Green Tea with Boba, and her drink ended up being over $5. For me at least, that's a little steep for one drink. Parking in the lot isn't too great unfortunately. There's a handful of other restaurants in the same plaza, so the small lot can often times be full. I would recommend parking in the Crossroads lot across the street and walking over if you can't find a spot! read more
