    Turkey & provolone sub

We just had another visit to Sharky's while driving back from Daytona. It was just as remembered; cute place, huge menu, (hot subs, cold subs, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, wings, salads, etc.,) clean restaurant with plenty of seating, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. The prices are reasonable and the food is yummy! I had a 6 inch turkey sub. It was tasty and fresh, even the bread was really good. My husband had a Buffalo Soldier sub which had a heaping helping of chicken, with cheddar cheese and bacon; plus just the right amount is spice. They have counter ordering; but the food was delivered to our table.....pretty quickly too. I love to support small businesses and I'm happy that Sharky's is still thriving. We'll be making this our regular stop when we drive through Fort Pierce.

Such a good quality dive restaurant. We can see why people are loyal to them. We are here for a week and will certainly be coming back. The menu is vast and everything sounds delicious. Inside the seating is comfortable and the a/c is nice on hot days. Order at the counter after you finally make up your mind. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Cool little restaurant. It took a little while to get our food but it was pretty busy, so that was understandable. The staff was very friendly. We got the Cuban sandwich, New England clam chowder and bohemian soup. Then we got a coconut Bombay cake to go. My wife said I have to take her back for more cake!

Sharky's might be the first restaurant run solely by sharks. When you walk in there's a shark in the front of the restaurant holding the chalkboard telling you about their deals. Then when you order another shark comes up. Hahaha I'm just kidding! There's no shark here not even on the menu. Sharky's is located and a part of the beach where there's literally nothing around you for miles. The menu here is pretty large and diverse. I often come here and get sandwiches working in this area of beachside. Stores always clean inside. The staff is always friendly and as fast as they can be. There's always a lot of jokes and songs coming out of the kitchen. Which is a good thing because a Happy chef makes happy food. I've tried almost everything on the menu at this point but I have to say there isn't a single item so I suggest avoided. The food is always really good and nice and hot.

Whenever my family comes to Hutchison Island we always stop by Sharkys. It's such a great little gem. It's a classic surf shack, really casual. The staff is friendly and I recommend any of the seafood options, my favorite being the mahi sandwich. If you're looking for a place with fresh seafood and not in the mood to cook it's the perfect place to grab takeout and eat at the beach or at home.

Amazing chicken salad wrap with provolone, the Great White sub, and super crunchy onion rings.

This is such a great spot, right across the street from the beach! Counter service, super friendly staff, clean, fast and delicious!

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the reputation. We started with chips and salsa, and the chips tasted exactly like Tostitos straight out of a bag. The salsa wasn't bad, but it felt more store-bought than house-made. The smash burger was cooked fine and came with a generous portion of chips, but it wasn't particularly memorable. Nothing about it stood out from what you could get at countless other casual spots around town. If you're looking for a laid-back place to enjoy the waterfront atmosphere, Little Jim's delivers. If you're coming strictly for the food, you may leave wondering what all the hype is about. I'd come back for the setting and a drink, but I'd be hoping for a stronger showing from the kitchen next time.

Take out Tried the pork banh mi and shrimp spring rolls. The…read morespring rolls were a bit disappointing. They had a whole shrimp with the tail still on wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, plus a few julienned carrots and deep fried. The shrimp was overcooked and lacked that umami Vietnamese flavor. I expected something more traditional like minced shrimp with garlic, diced onions, carrots, fish sauce, and maybe mung bean noodles for texture and to help with moisture, then deep-fried for that crisp bite and perfectly cooked filling. The crispiness of the wrapper was on point! The pork banh mi was better. The roll was soft with a nice crispy exterior, and the pork was well-seasoned with plenty of pickled carrots and cilantro. I liked the fresh jalapeños instead of pickled ones. However, it missed a creamy binder like mayo, garlic chilli paste, and the use of a sub roll instead of a traditional baguette threw off the bread-to-meat ratio -- too much bread for the filling. Overall, it was okay for the price, but it didn't quite hit the mark for a classic banh mi. Vietnamese cooking is near and dear to my heart. It's one of my favorite cuisines to eat and make. If you've never tried Vietnamese cooking and live local, I would suggest giving this place a try. One thing to note, credit card fees are added to the bill. This time i paid in cash.

Interestingly,, they have a few swing tables that you can rock back-and-forth while you eat. Not sure how many people will choose those "moving'" tables but, they're an interesting idea nonetheless. Service: I was provided with my choice of table. (I chose the swinging tables (I just had to try The experience of swinging while eating - which was actually pretty pleasant).I was seated immediately upon my arrival. My server whose name was Cynthia whose name tag said Helga (don't ask) served me quickly and with a smile. She came by several times to check on my needs but was never an overpowering presence. Couldn't ask for anything more with a server. Be warned, (which my server by the way did warn me about.), They charge an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill. Not a problem in my case as a service was excellent. The food: I ordered the mushroom and brie omelette. It came with a side of potatoes and I requested a biscuit. That level of hospitality never dropped throughout the night. It truly felt like the entire team was working together to create the best possible experience, from quickly clearing empty plates to refilling water and even adding freshly grated parmesan without us having to ask. We started with the Carpaccio di Manzo, and it set the tone for the entire meal. The truffle oil tied the dish together perfectly--rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, we ordered the Pappardelle di Limone with shrimp and the Fettuccine ai Frutti di Mare in pomodoro sauce. Both were phenomenal. The lemon cream sauce on the pappardelle was to die for--bright, smooth, and incredibly flavorful--while the seafood fettuccine was just as impressive. Honestly, this might have been the best pasta I've had in my life. Our waitress, Sophia, was phenomenal. She was incredibly attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions with ease and helped guide us through our indecisiveness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. For drinks, my sister had a non-alcoholic wine and I had a Malbec--both were delicious. Before dessert, we also enjoyed a cappuccino and a single espresso, which were the perfect way to wind down the meal. We ended with the Torta di Ricotta e Pistacchio, and it was just as memorable as everything before it. The texture was perfect--spoon cut right through it effortlessly--and the dulce de leche sauce complemented it beautifully. I genuinely can't get over how good the food was, paired with such friendly and attentive service. Casa Pasta exceeded expectations in every way. I'll definitely be back.

We still were hopeful that it would still be worth it but when we got home we were not impressed by the amount of pastrami at all. The FLAVOR was very good but scores low on the value category.
