Because of Ben's due diligence and wanting to keep the customer happy, he pursued this with phone calls and emails with several people involved with this particular company. The final resolution is we are receiving a new faucet and drain. We are so thrilled that we had Ben as our advocate. We did not have to get involved with the actual company. It made me wonder why, so I called to ask a simple, reasonable question: does my designer receive a commission? I spoke with Ben, who told me no, but then immediately went and told my designer that I'd called worried about a "kickback," which is absolutely untrue. That alone was unprofessional and unnecessary. Ben also promised to email me more budget-friendly options. He never followed through, likely because of his relationship with my designer. Instead of helping the actual paying customer, he protected his connection. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I could have easily gone to Reece on my own since their staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful, but this experience felt biased, unprofessional, and definitely not customer-focused.

Every time I come in, I get a genuine sense that the workers enjoy what they do, and are actually happy to help customers with their paint needs. They are exceptional at answering any paint-related questions you have and don't make you feel rushed while you're trying to make your selections. What compelled me to write this review is the fact that there was a HANDMADE Christmas tree made from paint swatches/squares and specks of paint on the gallon can I was picking up.
