Gosh I LOVE this woman so much!!! The Most helpful shipper you will ever meet!!! She is honest and tells you how to ship in the most inexpensive way, even if it means sending business away. I just called her to ask for an estimate on what it would cost to ship a particular item in bulk. She played around with the scale until she got me a solid estimate, then told me to go straight thru the post office because it would be less expensive for me. Another awesome perk: If you have young children (like me), you can honk and she will come outside and grab the package from you! So you dont even have to get the kids out of the car! Great place! I'm very picky about service and Dani is a true professional. I had a package to ship to Canada, an item I sold to a guy on Craigslist. He wanted to contact STS with his info and have Dani pack the item and ship it. Another place wouldn't do it because they didn't want to take credit card info over the phone or by email. How else do you do it? Dani got my customer the guaranteed best rate to Canada or Seattle which ever he chose and he was very pleased. Definitely will use again in the future. We have been long-term mailbox holders and shippers of she's the shipper-- before Danni even owned the place! I want to note that Danni is one of the most professional business owners that I know of. Although she does move "a mile a minute" as noted in another post, she is completely knowledgeable about the shipping industry, the needs of her client and shipping requirements needed for any type of object. I have a mailbox @ a pakmail in santee, but live in lake murray. I had some ebay items to mail and decided to try the pakmail buy my home. Dani is amazing! Offered me free tape on a package that I ran short on said "this is a shipping store and you shouldn't have to pay for tape." Good luck getting that kind of service at fedex, ups store or the post office. She was super chill, very conversational, and beyond helpful. Dani has been handling anything we need related to mailing and shipping for years, and I will seriously not go anywhere else - not to the post office, not to another postal place, nowhere. She is always courteous ("sir", "ma'am", et cetera) to her customers, friendly and sweet to kids, and is full of helpful information. Got questions about how much the different methods of shipping will cost and when things will arrive? Dani has answers and will show it to you in black and white right there on the computer screen. She's saved me money multiple times by recommending less expensive shipping methods, and even sometimes has boxes in the back that she recycles for her customers to save them money on packing materials. In addition to all that, Dani is a character - she's very funny and pulls no punches. She'll take the time to chat with you if it's slow and you have the time to chat; when it's busy she's super efficient while still being friendly. Dani treats all her customers like friends, and remembers things like names of children and spouses and pets. All that being said, her style may not be for everyone (hence a few unfortunate one-star reviews that her business doesn't deserve), but my family and I love her and will always go back! I have used Dani in the past for shipping without problems. This Christmas I am trying to track a gift I shipped from her store on December 11th, 2017 to Massachusetts. She would not help me track the box. I asked her if she could look up the invoice or the shipping receipts for December 11th. I am the only one in the store. I left the gifts, she was going to construct the box. Without looking in her computer, how do I know if the box every left her store. No accountability. The store computer must have a record of all transactions for December 11th, 2017 at 330pm. I was surprised at her lack of customer service skills. She has lost my family's business. read more
