Chicken Greek Wrap : marinated chicken, lettuce, tomato, feta, pink greek dressing + side of fries
    Amber C.

This cute breakfast/brunch spot hits every time. The Chicken Greek Wrap is phenomenal (yummy marinated chicken, fancy feta, fresh veggies, homemade dressing), and everything else I've ever ordered here has been fab (blueberry shortcake biscuits, berry bliss pancakes, elevator sandwich). The staff is sweet too. It's a dependable fave.

Great service and great food. We were heading back from Somerset Mall and this came up as a good recommended restaurant for breakfast. I got my usual boring side of egg whites and rye toast and the rye was very thick. My friend got a standard breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast. He really liked How the eggs were cooked perfectly and commented that the bacon wasn't too salty. The potato's were just so so.

Decent breakfast, service was slightly slow. The place is pretty big with decent amount of seats. They were busy and place was still pretty clean

Arrived shortly after 10AM on a Sunday. Ordered a coffee, gym bro, banana berry oat crunch bowl, garden omelet, added avocado ($4), spinach and side of turkey sausage on the side. $60.52 Coffee is standard, but they have my husband's Delight creamers. Gym Bro wasn't bad, heavy on the potatoes, but luckily they were all on the bottom and could easily be left behind. Garden omelet with the add-ons were okay. The oatmeal was bland and average, not steel cut, which is my preferred. The rye here is thick cut, it's so-so. The English muffin was okay. The fruit salad is an option on the omelet or its potatoes. Too much potatoes. The side of turkey was quite tasteless. Condiment choices are limited, but at least they have Tabasco with chipotle. Service was good.

Great breakfast place with delicious food, great service, and a nice atmosphere!! We will definitely be back soon.

    Bro bowl with rye bread

Had high expectations based on the reviews but could have been better based on experience. First is price. Got bro bowl and a french toast. Both were around $16. For the bowl, it is well presented. and the broccoli, chicken, eggs and other main content were on the top surface, beneath was way too much fried potato cubes. Just note if you get this, yes it is a lot of food, but majority, vast majority it potato. Not ideal. French toast was good, large but not worth 15-16$. It was decorated with a heavy sweet cream cheese/icing? dollop. You eat that and your total fat intake it done, lol. The rest of the toast was delicious, but again nothing special and certainly not worth the price, bringing my rating down. The service was sub par mostly due to them being busy. They serve you once, maybe come check on you once then disappear. Not really their fault, and it seems they are overworked. But in terms of our individual service, not ideal. Ambiance was packed, busy, noisy. Not too many kids. Overall felt like the service and average food and high pricing killed it.

First off they closed at 3 we got there at 2:28 we were surprised that they were very willing to make food. The place is clean. The waitress were very polite! We all enjoyed our meals! They make some delicious mimosas! We will be back again! We went for my sister's birthday it was first time going somewhere fancy and not a chain restaurant. This place is a hidden gem

I get the big breakfast. My favorite thing is the rye toast. Sounds silly but the rye toast is really good.

There is no warmed up food service food found anywhere in this store. Paul, the owner, is almost always there. He either runs register (almost always) or he's cooking with his chef or he's washing dishes. In his spare time, which he makes feel ample, he is in the dining room waiting tables and greeting guests. This is a diner, not a coney. The sandwiches are excellent. The dinner entrees are served in dinner and lunch sizes (mostly) and breakfast there is really good! My go to is the Corned Beef Hash, which I order without the green peppers. Since we usually do brunch, it is usually enough for two, so I have leftovers the next day. I love this place. The chips are amazing. The soup is made in their kitchen. The decor is old and screams mom and pop shop--because the food makes up for the 60s diner decor. Seriously, this is my favorite place. If I had one wish, they don't do any delivery services. But if I want to go eat there? This is where I like to go. (You can pick up there if you don't have time to eat in.) Highly recommend!

I know that the businesses in the area are struggling due to construction, but our dinner did not even try to make us want a return visit. My meal said nothing on the menu about "egg" and each small shrimp with a strip of bacon was grilled with egg. Just not what I expected, especially for $25. My husband ordered the General Tsao chicken, spicy, and it had a very strong taste of "Franks" hot sauce. A weird addition to Chinese food. I will say that the egg drop soup was very good, but neither of us were happy with our $50 meal. $60 including tip. Sadly, I sensed the end of our meals at Pudges. It wasn't just the food, we also sensed unpleasant waves of a very musty, urine like smell. Sorry, Pudges, I hope things improve.

Before I even got to the food, the restaurant itself made a great first impression. The property is incredibly well maintained inside and out. There's a spacious outdoor patio for Michigan summer days, along with plenty of indoor seating ranging from communal tables for larger groups to individual booths if you're flying solo. It's a thoughtfully designed space that feels welcoming no matter why you're there. Now, let's talk about the food. I'll admit something that surprised me. I've been to Detroit probably 50 times, and I honestly can't remember ever hearing about a Detroit-style cheesesteak. Judging by the walls covered in awards and accolades, though, it's clearly something they're known for. The sandwich certainly sounds like a winner on paper: ribeye and sirloin, provolone and Swiss cheeses, roasted mushrooms and peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sweet pickled jalapeños, aioli, house-made vinaigrette, all served on a freshly baked sesame roll. I mean... what's not to love? Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a turn. The ingredients themselves are good. The flavors are there. The problem is the execution. The ratios are simply off. The freshly baked roll completely dominates the sandwich, overwhelming everything inside it. The steak gets lost between all that bread, and instead of each bite showcasing the beef, cheese, and vegetables working together, the bread becomes the star--and that's not what you want from a cheesesteak. I do want to give credit where it's due. The portions are generous, and I especially appreciated that they take the time to make their own dipping sauces for the fries. Little details like that don't go unnoticed. There are plenty of positives here, and it's easy to see why Detroit 75 Kitchen has earned such a loyal following. But as someone who takes sandwiches seriously, I think this one is technically flawed. A great sandwich is all about balance, and for me, this one never found it. I genuinely wanted to love it. This sandwich lover just couldn't get behind the way it was built.

Main purpose of my visit here was in obtaining a bottle of Combier orange liquor, which is my go to orange liquor when making my Blanco margaritas. This particular liquor is extremely hard to find in Michigan where in the past I had to order it online, which is no longer an option due to the Michigan out of state liquor restrictions.
