I go to Long Beach Island once a year and then dream about these donuts the other 51 weeks of the year. Every time I've been there, they've made them to order, and I mean from start to finish. When they hand them to you they're hot and oh so good. Upon entering you fill out an order form in which you choose the number you want, the icing flavor, or sugar, cinnamon, etc... Then you choose if you want sprinkles, peanuts, coconut, etc... They have various specialty donuts too that you can choose from. If you're on Long Beach Island, don't miss this place. This is just an all around great place. Hands down the best donuts around. Everything is made fresh. You can either order donuts from their menu or make your own. Please save your money and precious vacation time. Donuts are very small, probably the size of Entenmann's powdered donuts or smaller. They are not soft and moist like donuts everywhere else. They are very dry and crumbly. The different flavors of donuts are simple toppings, put on the donut assembly line style, after you order. Shore Good really misses the mark here. The flavors are terrible! We bought a dozen donuts, 7 of us tried them, 3 couldn't finish eating it, and 5 went into the garbage. One star because they serve ice cream. The donuts here are pretty frickin' good and I'm not even that big of a donut fan. I actually think they use the same donut for everything and then just dip it or frost it however you want it. My family gets a dozen donuts at least one of the mornings that we are in LBI and I like to sample the different kinds of donuts in the box. This is the best made-to-order donut you will ever have, and you will dream about it, and go back for more. Thank goodness we live locally, but our friends and family that have had them and don't live nearby always request that we bring them to gatherings.
