Visited Shoreline Seafood on Jan. 20 with 2 other friends. Lawren was our server which happened to be her 1st night and we were her 1st table. Lawren did an amazing job, 5 stars for sure!!Any questions that we had she was sure to get the answer. She was extremely personable and professional and will do a great job there. The food did not meet 5 stars. The table ordered crab cakes, crab hushpuppies and Rockefeller oysters. All were good but nothing more than 4 stars. Not quite hot enough and lacked flavor. I also ordered a chambong which was good but was not the same as I had at Shoreline in early December. In early December, the caviar included a spoon of crème freshe; however, last night was a wilted spoon of greens at best. Will I return? Yes, absolutely. I will write off last night as a slow night given it was a Tuesday evening. I wish Lawren all the best as she was a very personable server and was well prepared to get any questions answered.

Grouper plate was large and delicious

Still a new place so it was a little slow, however the food was amazing. The ceviche was one of the best ever had and the grouper dinner was on point. Tender and perfectly cooked. Shared this dish and the portion was amazing. So many other dishes I would like to try. Can't wait to go back!

Everyone seemed attentive, helpful, and focused on making sure guests were taken care of. I had the biscuits and gravy, and it was delicious. It was so good I had to order an extra biscuit. My friend had a classic eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit breakfast, and it looked great as well. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail. The staff made sure our coffee cups never fell below the halfway mark, which is always appreciated at breakfast. The location is excellent, right across from the beach in Indialantic. Parking was a little tight, but we managed. Great food, friendly service, and a really nice beachside breakfast spot. Solid five stars.

This really small place serves delicious perfectly cooked food at a very reasonable price ($32 out the door with 2 meals, coffee, tax and 25% tip). Our waitress Quinn was slammed but she provided excellent service. You can tell she has a lot of experience making sure her customers have a good experience by asking things like "the home fries have onions is that okay?" We expected very slow service but truly we were sat and had our breakfasts in about 15 minutes. Which I think is pretty good. Took a little longer to pay our bill but 100% worth the wait. We would definitely come back when in the area. My Daugher says "Quinn you did amazing!!! You were soooo good at serving. The pancakes were delicious!"

It can get a little busy and sometimes your order does not come out exactly as you asked for it. However, that is part of the charm. It was very sweet albeit with plenty of caffeine. :) The staff were very engaging. Almost to a fault. Sometimes a little space is nice. Food came out and it was very good. No condiments used. They have a pepper "salsa" on their roasted tomato that was very good. My omelette was large and very good. Very well balanced ingredients ratio. The two egg breakfast was also very large and well done. As we finished up the owner started playing guitar. Electric acoustic version. A little loud. So we let him know as did another two top. Whoa that went over like a lead ballon. If he had lost the amp it probably would have been pleasant. Pretty pricy but I do think it was a good value. Staff needs to turn it down a notch or two on "how is it" questions.

This time we got in half an hour earlier and decided to have a drink at the bar and Alexander or Alejandro was very attentive and took the time to explain some of the signature drinks on the menu. Then our party showed up and we all moved to the table and had the pleasure of being served by Mary. Same as the bar tender she was friendly, gracious, attentive and professional. Checked on us many times and refilled our water glasses and checked to make sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. The food was excellent, tasty and fresh. The short rib which comes with garlic mashed potatoes we switched it to have with the saffron risotto was a great pairing. All I have to say is that all 4 of us were very appreciative of the delicious food and very important the great service and we all come from the service industry. Thanks ! Very relaxed ambiance.

There is so much seasoning and salt that I can't even taste the actual dish or the natural flavors of the ingredients. Everything is completely overpowered by the seasoning. I gave the restaurant a second chance thinking maybe my first experience was a one-time issue, but the food was just as overly seasoned and salty the second time. Good seasoning should enhance the food, not completely take over the dish. When all you can taste is salt and seasoning, it makes the food very unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, after two visits with the same experience, I would not return.

Charming, eclectic, eccentric, glamorous, glittery and magical, there is something interesting to look at in every direction. The atmosphere has so much personality that simply walking through the door feels like the beginning of an experience. Chef Scott is incredibly talented, creating dish after dish from a remarkably small kitchen with an always-evolving menu, and somehow everything that comes out feels thoughtful, beautiful and made with genuine love. There is an artistry to the food here. The flavors deliver just as much as the presentation. We started with escargot, prepared two different ways, and both were absolutely delicious. From there came rich, comforting soups, fresh bread with seasoned butter, and a crisp salad before moving into the entrées. The seafood dishes were beautifully prepared, delicate where they needed to be, rich where they should be, and accompanied by simple but flavorful vegetables and sides. Our server, Todd, only enhanced the experience. He was attentive, friendly and had such a wonderful personality. He knew the menu beautifully and was unbelievably helpful throughout the evening, answering questions, offering guidance and making us feel genuinely taken care of. Service can completely shape an evening, and Todd made an already special experience even better. What I especially love about Scott's on Fifth is that it doesn't feel like a restaurant trying to duplicate anything else. From the décor to the plating to Scott himself, it has its own identity. It is quirky, intimate, elegant and just a little theatrical--and that is exactly its charm. There are plenty of places where you can have a good dinner. Scott's feels like somewhere you go to have an evening. Beautiful atmosphere, genuinely wonderful food, exceptional service and a chef whose talent is evident in every plate. An easy 5 out of 5. With such a prime location right on the beach, it feels like it could be an incredible restaurant and a serious revenue generator, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much has been invested into the property. I was surprised to hear that it supposedly has the same owners as Dijon's Restaurant up the street, which has a much more polished and upscale feel. The difference between the two is pretty dramatic. During our visit, a lot of the staff seemed to be standing around waiting for customers, and the whole place just felt like it was missing some energy. The outdoor dining area is dated and not particularly inviting. The windows and exterior show plenty of wear from the beach weather--which is understandable in this location--but the overall space still needs some attention. If you do eat here, I'd recommend staying downstairs. Upstairs had more of a pool hall/dude-hangout vibe and definitely wasn't where I'd choose for a romantic weekend dinner with my wife. This feels more like a beach-day, grab-some-grub kind of place that happens to occupy the building of a much larger restaurant. There's a ton of potential here, but right now, they're really missing the ball on what this location could be. Probably would not return unless the place gets a significant refresh.

Got to the restaurant and the elevator was not working so we had to sit downstairs where it is stuffier and less of a view. The menu for breakfast had changed and was meager!!!
