Our friends recommended this company, and Trevor, came out to show us the Norman (world wide manufacturer) shutters selections. He is very knowledgeable and did not push us with a sales pitch. He explained about the product, colors and functions. He was thorough, very professional and pleasant to speak to through this process. Jose and Michael came over to install the shutters. They are also very experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant. Michael explained the functions and quality of their products. Everything done by this very experienced local family owned business was pleasant from start to finish. We had many other window cover companies come to explain, measure and quote, but they are the best for an excellent product for the price paid! We appreciate their hard work. Highly recommended!

We first found out about Shutters 4 Less while visiting our friends at their house. We liked how their shutters looked and we decided to get the same Norman shutters. We were referred to Trevor and he was helpful and gave us a good quote. It took about a month and a half to get our unique sized window shutters made and had them installed by the very efficient and friendly installers, Jose and Michael. After the install of our shutters, we immediately noticed it was cooler in our home. The Installers mentioned that the polypropylene shutters are good at keeping the cool in during the summer, and the warmth in during the winter. I would definitely recommend Shutters 4 Less!

Michael and Jose were outstanding our start time was 10am sharp they were completed by 11:30am. We had 10 windows and 2 Sliders installed. WHERE DO I START... Danny and Trevor are really good at making you feel comfortable...they even have a few jokes that'll make you laugh... but their customer service SUCKS...our shutters are beautiful but this is where it ends... First of all I spent $8500 on 23 windows which is about $369 per...BUYER BEWARE ...get an ITEMIZED invoice, not some bullshit grand total added up on a calculator by Trevor ....I called Shutters for Less about a week after install for a couple reason...I was charged $10 per window to remove old blinds...I ended up changing my mind and removed them myself a couple weeks prior so the install team didn't have to take them down OR remove them from the premises... I didn't cover one window and was told "if you change your mind we can get it ordered for you" which to me seemed painless... well I changed my mind after install... And lastly never received a call to inquire about my satisfaction of the install. I started our conversation with a need to order covering for the one window. ..Danny asked for measurements which I gave...19''x29'' Danny put me on hold for a second and came back with a $750 quote... FOR ONE WINDOW... after I spent $8500 I inquired about my refund for the removal of my blinds (a measly $230) and was told I was not charged for removal... I explained I absolutely was charged and to have Trevor call me... which he did ...here's a screenshot of voicemail he left and a shot of my invoice... His remark of "of course we take down old window covering, how else would we put up new shutters" is a childish, unprofessionally lame statement... his remark "the $10 fee is something OTHER companies use to increase the profit, we don't play that game" bro you ABSOLUTELY play that game... you charged me ...you added it in.. my bad for not getting an itemized invoice! I'll end with this ...if you've been here you probably heard it too... "Hi, welcome to Shutters for Less, had you driven another block down you'd of been at Shutters for More" Danny's quote of $750 for one window after spending $8500 ...pretty sure I I was at Shutters for MORE ...avoid these fast talking LV hustlers ...

We are only on our first round of replacing all of our window coverings with shutters. We called Shutters 4 Less, Trevor came out to measure and then the team delivered & hung our new beautiful shutters. What an amazing difference the shutters make and eventually we will replace all of our downstairs windows with Shutters. Yes, shutters do cost a bit more, but in the long run, they look and perform so much better and help not only to increase the value of your home, but also to control the sun & light. Everyone at Shutters 4 Less was accommodating, professional and diligent in keeping up on communication & installation of our shutters. Highly recommended! When I purchased my new house I was going back and fourth on if I should go the standard blinds route, or upgrading and going with shutters. I had done my research, and after calling several companies (at least 8 or 9 companies) and hearing several insane quotes for shutters, I had decided the blinds route was for me. Then I came across Shutters 4 Less. Their shutters were not only in my price range, but also Norman brand with the warranty to back. Of all the companies I called nobody came close to their pricing for premium shutters, and after talking with Trevor I was sold. The service was amazing and the upgrade was definitely worth it. I will say they are very kind and respectful. If I would have gotten our product in expected time it would be a 5 star. However, we are waiting for our install nearly 5 months later for shutters. Had I known it would take so long I do think I would have chosen another company. I was only updated on my order after calling myself to determine when they would be arriving. I do think nearly double the expected time would deserve a discount to make some sort of amends. read more

I had shutters installed in every window in my house and some blinds in a bathroom window and they look beautiful. Both the shutters and blinds are high quality. Michael and Hosea were efficient and professional. They installed the shutter and blinds incredibly fast. It only took 2 hours for shutters on 15 windows. I can't recommend them enough. Both also came to my house wearing mask which I appreciated. Other than having to wait for the blinds due to covid if you need shutters for your home this is my number one recommendation. read more

Awesome shutters and service! We have used them twice for the Norman shutters in our home. They are great shutters and offer discounts for return customers. Family owned, and Trevor is such a personable sales rep for his family company. We've had the Norman shutters for at least 5 years in the main living space in our house and they are the best because you just wipe them clean. They open easily, and click closed so nicely. Now we're getting the rest of the windows done, and were so pleased to see it was still the same family company and Trevor is still doing the sales calls. Definitely recommend this company for the quality and the price. You won't be disappointed! read more

Shutters 4 less recently installed in our home and yes they did a great job with one small catch...they refused to take away the old shutters since it was not included"in the contract" .When I spoke to a rep at he store he very proffessionally told me their small dumpster fills up way too fast.I said it would have been nice if the sales rep told us about this but not a word was mentioned I had to go through 3 weeks before I got rid of my junk because just like them, customers tend to build up trash besides shutters too,my and any other customer who had to go throug this--their frustration could have been totally avoided if the sales rep mentioned this..it was like being caught unawares. read more

I used them in October of 2016 & I wanted them to come & work on my glass sliding door. So I called them last Monday to no avail they did not return my call. What's even more funny is they did my whole house with their products & I wanted to change the sliding door. I will tell you I wouldn't recommend them because they have no customer service to even call back a client they did!!!! read more

I buy almost everything through Costco because of the quality and prices. Shutters 4 Less came way under the Costco quote as well as another competitor in town. Dany was great. Everyone we dealt with was professional, and installation was right on schedule and was installed promptly. We are very happy with the plantation shutters that we ordered and the great quality of the shutters. Very sturdy and made of quality materials. Thee worst customer service and thee worst accountability between employees and supervision. Employees freely complained about other employees and supervisors to and in front me, the customer. They pawned responsibility of lateness of product, install and fixes on one another. They do not call back customers, after day 4 of no call back, had to call and leave several messages until I just decided to call every 10 min to try and speak with someone. Had repeated problems with my shutters and they had to come out three times to fix different ones, twice for the same one because they ordered the wrong size. Would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. read more

Call them for an estimate, Trevor was nice and punctual. We went to their "showroom" just an office with a few shutters samples and wanted our shutters with less panels and the guy at the office said the only way to have less panels are if we do real wood but will not have lifetime warranty. He said Trevor will send us a new estimate and still waiting. plus, they take too long they quote me 4 to 5 months. So unprofessional read more

Trevor's post of 3/14/19 - is ALL B.S. lies.. never drove up 3 times to Pahrump.. The verticals suck - I replacement them with JC Penney vertical blinds - and they are fantastic.. If you want cheap verticals - give Trevor a call! The screw came out.. because they are of cheap quality.. Go ahead and buy them - and remember my words.. Since we moved here, this unprofessional company has shoved at least 6 flyers INTO our front door, INTO our house. I've called 3 times asking them nicely NOT to do that AND gave them our address. If they can't remember which house not to do that to, why can't they just MAIL the flyer or put it by the door outside? Stop SHOVING it INTO our door!!!!! They scare our pets and today sent our parrot flying, hitting a window!!! We may have to take him to the VET!!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK?!! The flyer says "ask for Rick". Are you the one doing this over and over again??? Three phone calls (GIVING YOU OUR ADDRESS) didn't work, so now I have to write this review. Even without pets, home owners should decide what comes INTO their house. This is the only company that shoves ads INTO our house and this is UNACCEPTABLE. Even if we needed shutters, we would NEVER hire this company because of their unprofessional business practices. I saw someone else's review complaining about this, too (from 5 months ago!). Guess it didn't stop this company from shoving flyers into people's homes. read more

I was given a quote by Trevor without actually measuring my windows as he said he just completed a house exactly like mine. The quote was for 21 windows, however I got a second opinion and I actually only have 17 windows and the second quote was a fraction of the quote he gave. Honesty goes a long way! read more

Look elsewhere. Although the shutters look very nice, two years later we had a shuutter blade where the staple that connects the rod to the shutter pulled loose. They want $75 dollars to come out to replace a 10 cent piece. In the meantime, one blade won't move with the movement of the shutter so the whole thing looks like trash. Also, be very aware of the installation. On panel isn't secure into the side of the window. Don't know if it is the age of the house or the work. We loved them at first, but now it appears any future maintenance will cost $75 a trip. Just keep that in mind, the repairs may be covered, but the transportation to get them here is $75. for a trip less than 2 miles away. read more

It can feel weird to have someone inside your home, looking at every room (as is needed for a consultation), but upon talking to Chuck on the phone and meeting him in person, we instantly felt at ease. He's honest, great at explaining his recommendations, and most importantly, never pressured us into making a decision we weren't ready for. Ironically, that is what led us to signing a contract with him on the spot. What also made us feel more comfortable was knowing that it would be either Chuck or his son, Carlos, handling the install. Carlos was very respectful when he was installing the roller shades and proactively asked whether we were happy with them. Even when I asked Chuck about the valances, he came by to check them himself the same day. We're super happy with the service and also the quality of the roller shades we got and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Not only was it MORE THAN HALF off my original quote, but the quality even is amazing that hey maybe THIS job could pass for the $12k price tag The two guys that came over to install were EFFICIENT- in and out in practically like an hour or so. The shades were beautiful and turned out better than i expected and i'm so happy i went with Drill N Hang. *** A little bonus- I had a few weeks to wait for the shipment of blinds to come in, Bannion was so kind to even take measurements for me to shop for my own curtains + rod (at least for temporary privacy in my bedroom!) Given the times that we live in today, it's hard to find businesses that really care about customer satisfaction. I found this company because I needed to add some shutters to two of my bedrooms. I checked around with other companies and they seemed to be the best price. I was right. Not only were they the best priced but offered and explained the different qualities of shutters. On the day of the installation of my shutters, they sent two wonderful very experienced installers, Michael and Jose. They knew their stuff and knew the difference between quality and service. They were proud of the company they worked for. This is very important because they ensured that they represented excellent service and quality I had paid for. Ron and Mary Belle A. Wow we had our shutters installed last week (19 of them). Everything went great from beginning to end. Michael and Jose showed up right on time and knocked the job out in about four hours. Some of the windows were two stories high with a very old Austrian Shade that had to be removed (what a bunch of dust). They made sure everything was level and straight. Now the house has been transformed into a thing of beauty. We couldn't be happier. Trevor did a very professional job getting our initial measure and quote. Ordered my shutters and they did a great job of communicating the time frame when I would have them delivered. Price was great! Love the way they look!!! I was fortunate to have an installer that was great, his name was Michael LaFon. He was professional and took the time to talk with me about the shutters. He went over the cleaning on them and what not to do. He talked about adjustments and how they were made and what he did to make sure they were installed correctly. I hightly recommend them but ask for Michael to install them!! read more

Shutters 4 Less had excellent pricing, they were not the least expensive but they were much less than the highest quote I got. I am so happy with their product & how my windows look. Special shout out to Michael, the installer!! I have a fireplace surrounded by non-standard windows. I was told by another installer that the windows on that wall could not accommodate shutters. They had great customer service patiently worked and me and as we're all my questions. The installation team was awesome they got the work done right away unlike other places where they take forever and sometimes don't even finish the job I paid for.
