Because of our distance, we have purchased Meat and froze it and put it in seal a meal pouch's to keep it fresh.Keep up the good work Bori's staff and family ,we miss you. Wish there was more dining space but really would not change a thing!

The thinly-sliced meat was indeed piled high at the center. For my side, I had wanted the onion rings, but they were already sold out! Instead, I went with the hash browns; they were crispy with a mashed potato-like interior. In retrospect, I should have tried some of the foods I've enjoyed from my hometown: knishes, blintzes, latkes; I'm now dreaming of meals I've had in my past. Service was fine at first, but my server got busy elsewhere, and her coworkers pitched in.

Additionally, they have a made to order Deli sandwich counter that includes assorted well known sandwiches you expect to see at a Deli to include some not so typical sandwiches that include Cuban, Pulled Pork and Brisquet sandwiches all at very reasonable prices. As I only ended up getting a couple varieties of their thin sausage I plan on returning near term to sample their sandwiches as well where the Brisquet and Cuban are at the top of my list to try. Additionally I want to buy their Brisquet beef patties as these are harder to find and they make a mean burger on the grill. Overall the uniqueness of this store and the quality of what they produce and sell makes a pretty compelling case for you to check this business if you are in the area especially if sausage is your jam.

Sorry, but it's true from my experience.

I have been in many different delis but this has been my favorite! Their sandwiches are incredibly big and delicious. My favorite is pastrami with some fat which it makes it extra juicy. They offer also 2 different kind of salami, corned beef ( which is spectacular), roast beef, turkey and turkey pastrami. I have been becoming at Siegel's couple times a week and every time I try something new from their vast menu. I also enjoy a dessert here and there because it is really hard to resist, especially when they are homemade. I particularly love their coffee cake but brownies and strudels do hit the right spot. Their service is outstanding, no matter if you are dining in or doing a take out. Their prices are reasonable and basically half compared to other delis. Be aware that at lunch time they are very busy and it's hard to find a table to sit. You guys just found a new loyal customer . read more

The best corned beef, better than any other deli we've been to in this area. And that is saying a whole heck of a lot, for a Jewish deli. This is New York quality corned beef, consistently delicious. All their sandwiches are excellent, in fact. It is managed by some very nice people from the former USSR who have blessed us by choosing southeast Michigan to move to.
