This was a fun find that we stumbled upon between wineries. We wanted something to provide us some sustenance but nothing too filling. The sign on the counter said - Soup of the Day - Loaded Baked Potato. Being that it was rainy out - this sounded like the perfect thing. And it was! This was one of the best potato soups I've ever had! Very light and creamy - not heavy. Just enough cheese and bacon on top. We are driving up to San Francisco from Ventura County and wanted to find a halfway stop to get something to eat. We came across Sienna and Hope Bistro and decided to give it a try. The inside is cute with a nice bar area in the middle. It has a nice seating area along the sidewalk. The food was delicious with sizable portions. My husband had the Chile Verde omelette. This is definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I got the Fire in the Hole burrito and my husband got the southwest skillet. Both tasted amazing! And their chili oil had such great flavor that enhanced the already great flavors of the food. I highly recommend they jar this chili oil and sell it individually. I would definitely buy this to take home. Next time we are in Paso Robles, we for sure will be stopping here again. read more

Decent service and ambiance. Food and drink was a mixed bag. The bread was amazing! The fried scallops w/ fries were good but not great. I want to try the scallops in a butter, garlic, and white wine sauce next time. Despite being very pretty, the mango margarita was very disappointing in flavor, so I just ate the mango chunks, which weren't ripe. They comped me for this drink. The kale salad was just okay, though I liked the honey mustard vinaigrette that I swapped out the lemon vinaigrette for. My wife and I had a great lunch one afternoon here. The food was outstanding! I would suggest to the owner that their menu is confusing for lunch. We must have watched at least a half dozen couples check out the menu board out front and walk away. I suggest a breakfast menu and a separate lunch menu once 11 am hits. Surprising new find in town.....as a local resident of Paso we have visited many of the local restaurants in town but today we stopped by Sienna & Hope a place we had not yet ate at......the service was prompt and courteous. My wife and I both had salads (Salmon salad and Sesame Chicken) both were fresh, crisp and delicious ....we highly recommend if your in the area give them a try..... read more

This restaurant recently started serving breakfast. I ordered the French toast combination with eggs and bacon. My husband had the cowboy omelette with country potatoes. We haven't tried this restaurant for lunch or dinner but their reviews are good. My husband's omelette choice was good. My French toast combo wasn't too special, just a large amount of bread. I know it's French toast but for the price, it would be nice to offer a few berries or fruit side with the syrup. It was pretty plain. Coffee was good! I'm still giving 5 stars because my husband's food was good. My review is based on what I ordered. The other menu selections might be much better. And the service was excellent! read more

I support locally owned, independent businesses so I wanted to give Sienna & Hope a try and waited three weeks after their opening so they could work out the kinks. We were meeting friends later and thought that, since only one table was occupied, it wouldn't be a problem. The server was friendly but with one person in the kitchen on a Friday night it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered seared tuna since it's a very fast dish to make and clam chowder since it just needs to be put in a bowl. The server said it was because the other table had 6 people which backed up the kitchen. If they had a full dining room it would have been a disaster. The owner came later to help but probably a little too late. The steamed clams were in a broth that was lacking in flavor and half was left eaten. Sorry, but we won't back. read more

Let's talk ambiance... I was wearing shorts and a red T-shirt, slip on shoes and a cap. My friend, John, was seated inside already. . As I entered the building for the first time, I stall at the entrance because it is a stunning little bistro decorated in a beautiful regal dark golden color - just beautiful. I had to ask if I was underdressed to come in. I was greeted by the owner (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names) who directed me to where my friend was. I mentioned how underdressed I felt and he laughed while encouraging me to feel at home. The hamburger with cheese was thick and tasty. My friend enjoyed his Greek sSalad, and the prices for those were about $12 to $17 on the lunch menu. The food was served beautifully, timely and tasty! The service was top notch! The owner greeted us, took our order and brought our food. It was a Monday afternoon, and we were the only customers, so he doesn't need a "Friday night crew". What a beautiful addition to the Paso Robles Downtown atmosphere. A fine bistro, serving nice dishes in an elegant environment at reasonable cost. I'll highly recommend Sienna & Hope Bistro. We stopped for a light lunch and could not have been more impressed. I had the salmon salad and my wife had the Asian chicken salad. They were both DELICIOUS!! The salmon was cooked perfect, not dried out like you can get sometimes. The service was fine although with only one server we could see he was working hard. But the service was still timely. We were excited to get a brunch reservation for a weekend spot as Paso gets busy! The restaurant ambiance is lovely. It feels very clean and open and not noisy like some brunch spots can get- making for a relaxing atmosphere. The service was also very good and attentive. The food was standard. Portions are modest. Visiting from out of town and decided to have an evening stroll in the quaint downtown of Paso Robles. Each spot we checked out was full to the brim. We finally stumbled upon this place, aptly located next to the odyssey. lHad the rib-eye and my husband had the rack of lamb. Both were delicious! The wine my husband had was the Zinfandel which paired perfectly with the rack of lamb! We ended the dinner with a lava cake which came with ice cream and strawberries...also delicious! It was pretty empty but we went during an off time between lunch and dinner. We ordered the lunch special pesto turkey sandwich and the french dip and both were AMAZING and clearly made to order with fresh ingredients. this is a hidden gem we will definitely be visiting again when in the area! my only small critique is that subbing the fries for onion rings was $4 extra and came with exactly 4 onion rings lol but even with the up charge this was a decently priced meal for the area. read more

12 of us went to Sienna & Hope on a Tuesday evening and had a wonderful time. Our server Randall took great care of us, despite the large group, and he being the only server. The food was delicious, hot and prepared exactly as we expected. They have a nice bar with seating if you just want to stop for a drink after a hot Paso Robles afternoon. You may bring your own wine to enjoy with your meal, and they waive the first corkage fee. We will return to Sienna & Hope, and hope they're around for a long time! read more

Must say I had the best experience today while out with my girlfriends on our visit to Paso. We were looking for a nice place to have brunch outside in the sun with a glass of pink champagne and we lucked because we found Sienna and Hope. When we got there our waiter Randall was on it. He put together table setting to accommodate us right away and gave us incredible service and not only that. He was nice to us. And for being a relatively newer restaurant, they seem to have system that's working well. Nice menu with great choices, something for everyone and really good food. You can see that they care about what's being served to their guests. We had a nice time and will definitely be back. read more
