    Avocado Toast and hashbrowns

We are driving up to San Francisco from Ventura County and wanted to find a halfway stop to get something to eat. We came across Sienna and Hope Bistro and decided to give it a try. The inside is cute with a nice bar area in the middle. It has a nice seating area along the sidewalk. The food was delicious with sizable portions. My husband had the Chile Verde omelette. I had the the Sienna avocado toast with hash browns which was tasty. If up this way again I will definitely stop again.

My wife and I had a great lunch one afternoon here. The food was outstanding! I would suggest to the owner that their menu is confusing for lunch. We must have watched at least a half dozen couples check out the menu board out front and walk away. I suggest a breakfast menu and a separate lunch menu once 11 am hits. It might just bring in more customers who are turned off looking at breakfast items for lunch. 5 stars from Phish!

I have eaten here a few times and it has been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is a casual place. The food has always been good. It has been pretty quiet when we visit and we hope for their success.

This restaurant recently started serving breakfast. I ordered the French toast combination with eggs and bacon. My husband had the cowboy omelette with country potatoes. We haven't tried this restaurant for lunch or dinner but their reviews are good. My husband's omelette choice was good. My French toast combo wasn't too special, just a large amount of bread. I know it's French toast but for the price, it would be nice to offer a few berries or fruit side with the syrup. It was pretty plain. Coffee was good! I'm still giving 5 stars because my husband's food was good. My review is based on what I ordered. The other menu selections might be much better. And the service was excellent!

Had lunch today with my friend Tomás at this Bistro! It was my 4th time for lunch there and was again a great lunch and a Great Dining Experience! We were greated by the Owner who was very friendly and conversational! The had posted out front, their daily specials and soups! The Bistro was spacious and a welcoming Ambiance! All the items on the Lunch Menu were from $8 to $19, a great value in downtown Paso Robles! Please give this Bistro a try for Lunch, you will not be disappointed!

I support locally owned, independent businesses so I wanted to give Sienna & Hope a try and waited three weeks after their opening so they could work out the kinks. We were meeting friends later and thought that, since only one table was occupied, it wouldn't be a problem. The server was friendly but with one person in the kitchen on a Friday night it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered seared tuna since it's a very fast dish to make and clam chowder since it just needs to be put in a bowl. The server said it was because the other table had 6 people which backed up the kitchen. If they had a full dining room it would have been a disaster. The owner came later to help but probably a little too late. The steamed clams were in a broth that was lacking in flavor and half was left eaten. Sorry, but we won't back.

I had bacon, eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. All excellent! The pancakes have a homemade flavor, very yummy, not your typical mass-produced pancake recipe! The latte was delicious, and the service was excellent, the owner served us and he was a pleasure. They are kid friendly with great options for the little ones.

Hamburger with Cheese! A classic! The fries were so good and so crispy!

Let's talk ambiance... I was wearing shorts and a red T-shirt, slip on shoes and a cap. My friend, John, was seated inside already. . As I entered the building for the first time, I stall at the entrance because it is a stunning little bistro decorated in a beautiful regal dark golden color - just beautiful. I had to ask if I was underdressed to come in. I was greeted by the owner (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names) who directed me to where my friend was. I mentioned how underdressed I felt and he laughed while encouraging me to feel at home. The hamburger with cheese was thick and tasty. My friend enjoyed his Greek sSalad, and the prices for those were about $12 to $17 on the lunch menu. The food was served beautifully, timely and tasty! The service was top notch! The owner greeted us, took our order and brought our food. It was a Monday afternoon, and we were the only customers, so he doesn't need a "Friday night crew". What a beautiful addition to the Paso Robles Downtown atmosphere. A fine bistro, serving nice dishes in an elegant environment at reasonable cost. I'll highly recommend Sienna & Hope Bistro. I'll be back, for sure. (Thanks to my friend, John Hernandez, for treating me!)

Even though it was a 15 minute drive up the freeway from where I was, it was worth every minute. The downtown area this shop is in was really cool, plenty of parking, and the moment you walked into this coffee shop you could tell it was going to be good. Lots of space, people sitting and having conversations, and a greeting from the Barista the second I walked through the door. I went with my standard iced oat milk latte with honey and a triple shot and it was perfect. I wish I could have drank it there because the inside of the shop seemed like a place you could hang out for a while. Unfortunately, I had to take it on the road, but that is a shop (if I lived in that area) I would drive out of my way to get to. Well done guys!

To be fair, we did order a latte, so that is partly expected. The breakfast sandwich was good but a little underseasoned and could have used a bit more flavor overall. The chicken pesto sandwich was the standout. The pesto was well balanced and did not overpower the rest of the ingredients, which made the sandwich really pleasant to eat. Overall, everything was solid, though slightly pricey for the portion sizes. The food was good, but nothing especially memorable. Still, it is a nice stop if you are in the area.

We ordered the veggie omelet, veggie scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, and the kids pancake with bacon. Each entrée came with a choice of toast or an English muffin. One thing that really stood out was that, without us even asking, the staff split the dishes onto separate plates for everyone at the table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made sharing so much easier. The veggie scrambled eggs were loaded with fresh vegetables, and the salsa added a great burst of flavor. I personally preferred the hash browns, they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The breakfast potatoes were also good, and the rest of my family actually liked those more. The pancake was huge and fluffy, and the French toast was finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. The kids pancake came in the shape of Mickey Mouse, which absolutely made my son's day. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Between the exceptional service and delicious food, this has become my favorite breakfast spot whenever I travel to the South. Our server, Danny, truly made the evening special. He was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and had such positive energy throughout the night. We had our little ones with us, and he was incredibly accommodating and patient, making sure everyone at the table felt taken care of. It's rare to find service that feels so genuine, and Danny absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was phenomenal from start to finish. We started with the bone marrow appetizer and turned it into a luge--which was such a fun experience! We also ordered a basket of fries with the goat cheese ranch for the kids, and even those were amazing. For our entrées, we had the Pork Chop Milanese, the Wagyu steak, and the Etto Truffle Pasta. Every single dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. It's hard to pick a favorite because they were all outstanding. The cocktails deserve a special mention because they were an experience all on their own. We ordered the whiskey-forward cocktails, with one arriving in a smoke-filled box and the other presented in a lit, smoke-filled chest. The presentation was theatrical, creative, and so much fun while still delivering incredible flavor. To top it all off, Danny surprised us with sparkling wine to celebrate my husband's birthday, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. From the exceptional service to the unforgettable food, creative cocktails, and warm hospitality, this was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time.
