Chicken cheesesteak with mild provolone was incredible

Chicken cheesesteak with mild provolone was absolutely incredible...Definitely the best in the area!

Finally made it here for what i'm told is one of the best Hoagies around. Ordered and Italian. more to follow Follow up is great hoagie : the overall aroma is tremendous. And I love that they use a sharp provolone which you can actually taste.

Another quality sandwich in the southern Mont/Bux area. Rolls are made on site and are hearty, which is required as they may a FULL sandwich!

Known for their fresh soft doughy rolls, Silvio's has everything from sandwiches, hoagies (subs), steak sandwiches, chicken steaks, pizza, stromboli, salads, french fries, soups, and cookies. Their sandwiches are great and packed with meat. The chicken steak sandwich all finely cut and chopped white meat chicken. The rolls are soft and thick. Their white pizza was topped with dried parsley but there was very little, if any garlic in the recipe. I am thinking whoever cooked the pie might have left out an essential ingredient, as I've had the white pizza before and it was delicious. The crust is fabulous. The tomato pie was too overbearing because of the amount of sauce atop the crust. The corners are crispy and as you work your way into the center, it is more like bread. Overall, Silvio's is quality good steak sandwiches, hoagies, and more. They have limited hours and are sadly closed on Sundays, especially disappointing when you're in the mood for their excellent sandwiches, hoagies, and pizza, while watching sports. They follow all protocols for Covid. You can place your order ahead or at a window, and soon after your name is called. For bread orders, they ask that you call at least a day in advance; the rolls are a hot commodity, alone.

Great Sandwiches, Stromboli, Pizza and Soups! But the store made rolls and bread are the star! They make a great sandwich!

By far the best cheesesteaks and hoagies in the country and I have lived in 40 states. You will not find a better roll!

We were looking for ice cream after dinner in Ambler and quickly found Sweet Briar. The line of people waiting for ice cream was an indication it must be good...and it was!! I had the Espresso Explosion, a scooped ice cream, and my partner had a cone with the chocolate soft serve. My favorite ice cream is coffee, and the Espresso exceeded my expectations! It was rich and creamy with a deep coffee flavor that was accentuated with coffee beans that were coated with chocolate! The crunch of the beans with the ice cream was definitely an 'explosion'! My partner had the chocolate soft serve - which was a creamy and chocolaty as can be - you could see tiny little specks of chocolate in the ice cream which confirmed the luscious taste! We will be returning to Ambler the next time we want an exceptional ice cream!!

It was pretty full so I can imagine on a nice weekend morning it must get very busy. I ordered a build your own scramble with spinach, onions, mushrooms and avocado. It was nicely done, and it tasted like it was scrambled in butter making it nice and moist and silky. Great for the taste but not the waistline lol. I will certainly come back again.

Honestly, this place just feels good the second you walk in but quick heads up, you'll want to make…read morea reservation. It gets busy, and now I understand why. You can tell Daniel (the owner) actually cares about how everything runs. The place is clean, organized, and everything flows smoothly without feeling rushed. And Christina... she's seriously the best. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually helps guide you through the menu. She was on point with the specials and made great recommendations. We even got into a conversation about her trip to Peru, which was a really cool touch it felt natural, not forced, and made the whole experience better. We started with the Leche de Tigre, and it was a perfect opener, fresh, citrusy, and packed with flavor. You get that brightness from the lime with just the right kick, plus the calamari added a nice texture. We also tried one of the specials, the causa, which was light but still full of flavor and a great way to start. For the mains, we went all in. The Cowboy Steak (18 oz bone-in ribeye) was easily the highlight, cooked right, super flavorful, and paired with the huancaína risotto and that huacatay butter... yeah, that combo is no joke. We also had the pollo a la brasa (special, marinated 24 hours), and you can tell it was super juicy, well-seasoned, and done right. We also had the pasta con mariscos, and this one deserves its own mention. Homemade pasta with shrimp, calamari, and mussels in a chupe-style tomato broth rich, flavorful, and comforting without feeling too heavy. Definitely one of those dishes you keep going back to. And I'm not even exaggerating... the table bread with the butter? We were eating like it was part of the main course. That butter is ridiculously good. Dessert sealed it. The lava cake with lucuma ice cream was warm, rich, and balanced out perfectly by the ice cream. We also tried the house-made guanábana sorbet, which was light, refreshing, and the perfect way to finish after a heavy meal. The vibe is what really ties it all together. It's casual enough to hang out with friends and talk, but still nice enough for a date night or bringing family. It doesn't try too hard, and that's exactly why it works. Overall, everything just clicked: food, service, atmosphere. No weak spots. Definitely coming back. This version is clean, structured, and reads like someone who actually understands what they're talking about, not just listing food.
