It was an A+ experience from start to finish and while I hope I won't need any windows replaced again in the future, at least I now know who to call! I stumbled upon this place thanks to a recommendation from a friend who got her window replaced here and when she told me the cost I was shook (because it was so low compared to quotes I had been getting from other places). I messaged them on yelp and got an immediate reply. The communication was amazing and consistent. They answered my questions, looked up my vehicle information with my VIN and gave me a quote. Imagine my surprise when they were THE BEST deal out of every place I contacted. And not only were they a great deal - they were literally 3x cheaper then what the dealer quoted me (I know I know - never get repairs at the dealership but still - that's an insane difference). I immediately booked with them. The whole process was seamless and professional. I dropped off my car in the morning, got a ride home and within three hours my car was ready for pickup. You really can't get this kind of price, quality, and timeliness anywhere else that I researched. Everyone was super nice too. Shoutout to Holly who handled the messages and was working the desk for check in and check out. I've found a new local small owned business that id definitely come to again and will recommend to my friends and family.

I understood that the quoted price covered both my cracked windshield and front mirror, as we discussed both over the phone and I even sent photos and asked about the mirror sensor. Unfortunately, only the windshield was included, so my repair wasn't fully completed. I don't think anyone was being dishonest, it just seems there was a misunderstanding on both sides. We were initially a bit concerned about moving away from custom doors, but we chose the wider bevel option, and they look great. We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. Recently, we needed to repair one of the screens after our pet ran into it, and their team was very accommodating in helping us out. Simi Valley auto glass was amazing. They were extremely informative over the phone and knew exactly what windshield I needed, even though my windshield is complicated with cameras and sensors. I was getting quotes for over $800 for my specific windshield, even after calling over 10 places to get quotes. Simi Valley auto glass gave me the lowest quote by far, almost cutting the lowest quote I had before in half and saved me tons of money. They came to me and within 45 minutes my windshield was replaced. They kept me up to date with texts regarding the ordering and arrival of the windshield, and updates on the ETA and location of their technician when on the way to me. They were extremely nice and professional from start to finish and informed me on the leak warranty the windshield has and instructions on when to remove the tape and when it's okay to wash my car. I couldn't recommend them more. Gilberto was great on the phone and Caesar did a great job on my windshield and I am 100% satisfied. First experience with this company and it was a wonderful one. Not only did I get an immediate response from my email request from Gilbert, but I had all my follow up questions answered quickly and was given a great price. The price Gilbert quoted me was so good there was no need to haggle. I had already done some research and knew his price was more than fair. I had a driver side window and windshield replaced on a 2012 Subaru Forester. Caesar showed up the following day an hour earlier than expected (very friendly), went straight to work and the finished product looked fantastic. Neat and clean, no frills, and very professional. Gilbert was quick to respond on my emails. Got a quote for both new & used window replacement. Decided to go with a used window since my van was getting old anyways. It turned out that the used window was an original part and only had a couple of small scratches, but I don't think it would affect the quality much. The technician(Cesar) did a great job and knew what he was doing. Cesar finished the job in less than an hour which was less than what he quoted me on. I just wanted to talk about my experience with Simi Valley Auto Glass. I spoke with Gilbert and told him I live in Torrance but my Mother lives in Simi Valley. I explained to Gilbert that my Mother's car has a problem with the drivers window not working. Gilbert told me that he would go to her house and fix the window and there would not be any problem not to worry. Well Gilbert was right about that they had her window fixed in a half an hour with no problems everything was perfect just like Gilbert said. Gilbert with SV auto glass was awesome! Quick response, accommodation and a gentelman Chip in windshield 2017 Audi...Ceaser came out and was a joy! I hate the 5 fwy as this is common. Called him again for my sons car as I saw a chip. Turned out he had 2 chips side by side, yet only charged me for one! Thank you Gilbert and Ceaser!! I had a previous post, but don't see it now.. I had an awesome experience !!! I actually had a rock chip my windshield on the freeway. Due to past experience, where I have had a couple of windshields replaced I found this company on yelp. They had great reviews, so I made an appointment . The technician was awesome, the customer service was great, they were honest , professional, and he did an awesome job. I easily set an appointment by phone, and the technician, Cesar, arrived EARLY - unheard of in the service business. He was professional, helpful, and efficient. My windshield looks great. I sent a request through yelp to get a quote. They responded same day with a price less than my last replacement (don't ask, ugh). We set up next day service. The technician was polite and professional and worked promptly. Unfortunately during the install the new windshield cracked. Two days later they came to my work and replaced it again. Most importantly, they could have easily charged me an extra $400-500 for service others told me I needed, and even after I confirmed once during the quote and then twice again at time of service, I was assured the extra service is not required for my vehicle. I called 3 places who wanted insanely over $1K to replace and recalibrate my windshield. Most new cars have the electronic box for lane assist, cruise control sensors and heated steering wheel on the box mounted on your windshield. Well, here's the thing, having worked with many computer systems, shouldn't things get reset when you unplug and plug them back in? Why does anything need to be recalibrated from a hard restart? Mr. Pink's does not charge for that. Replace the glass, mount and replug in the electronic mount. Everything works great. Just as it did before the pinecone pounding. My new windshield was done and set in 2 hours. You guys rock, are honest, and don't rob people blind...especially women. We all know how auto places try to tell women we need extra services that are usually not needed or even made up. Thank you for acknowledging that women can know about cars and electronics as well as men. Quality, timely service, perfect glass and great mounting for a true value.
