Our truck was broken into. We'd used SV Auto Glass before, for a windshield, so we thought we'd use them again. Gilbert gave us a reasonable quote AND came to my work, in Beverly Hills, AND got both windshield and TINTED side window replaced in the 2 hour time frame for $395!!! The price was good only $245 for a front windshield on a Ford fusion, but the molding on the left and right side of the windshield are missing screws he didn't put any screws in just laid the molding there on the other side he put one screw in but not the other so soon enough I'm sure these moldings will come off if I don't fix them myself. Yes I did call the company and tell him about the problem I left a message I explained in detail that there were screws missing off the molding I waited for a response. I never got one. I left my number I guess the company really doesn't care about good service. In closing I would say stay away from this windshield repair company. If I went with Safelite I bet they would put the moldings on correctly and use all the screws read more

Fast service, clean work, less $$$ than I anticipated. Some time ago I replaced my windshield after catching a rock on the freeway. That windshield glass was not great and was experiencing micro-chipping and later developed a crack in one of the corners that continued to grow. Well, today Simi Valley Auto Glass sent a technician out to get the windshield replaced right in my driveway (convenient). Work was done in about 1 hour. The technician took care to not leave any debris and dirt behind. Highly recommended. As for the glass quality, we shall see (but that has nothing to do with this company), but the service was excellent. read more

My 2018 Honda CRV had a major crack on front windshield, my insurance would replace it but I had to pay deductible of $500. When they replaced my windshield, they neglected to tell me until I asked that I had to get the lane sensor calibrated, even though they asked if I had one before they came out. So, now it's not insured until I take it into a real auto shop. The glue is lifted around the lower edge of the windshield that they repaired yesterday, and the molding isn't even replaced properly. Terrible!!!! Not recommended! read more
