I emailed back and forth with Justin several weeks prior to my suspension lift, wheels and tires being installed. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and they were able to get everything I wanted within two days. All of the guys that work the desk were helpful and were stoked about my build. It took a majority of the day for them to finish the build, but man did they do good work. After getting it all installed, I returned the following day to pick up my stock wheels and tires. When I was loading the stock products back into my truck they couldn't stop talking about how good everything looked and asked if I wanted my wheels polished while I was there. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and do very quality work. The customer service here is well below par. I give 2 stars over 1 because they DID offer to take my car next door to get the oil changed at jiffy lube which I did appreciate. I dropped my car off at 930am for an oil change, tires rotated and alignment fixed. It took them a little over 7 hours. The receptionist asked me if I was going to sit and wait for it so good thing I didn't. I called them about 1:45pm to check in, they told me it would be about another 40 minutes. They called me back about 20 minutes later to tell me I had a bum part that had to be replaced in order to fix my alignment. They said it would be $50 to replace it, and I definitely needed my alignment fixed so I told them just to go ahead with it. They told me it takes about 20 minutes to get the part so I was now looking at about another 1 hour. Fine. They called me a few minutes later and told me they forgot to add the labor fee so it was going to be like $85. That was annoying but I still needed it done so I told them to do it. My dad asked me how it was going and I told him, he was not happy with that price. He searched the Internet for pricing for that part and found most places sell it for anywhere from $15-$20 ish! So he decided that he would come with me when I picked it up and see if he couldn't talk to the manager as he didn't feel that was a reasonable price. After waiting almost 3 hours we decided we would drive down there because it was taking WAY too long. They were just pulling it back into the lot from testing the alignment when we got there. My dad was given the bill to look over and asked to talked to somebody about it. So the manger came out front and was already a little unwelcoming. His body language, fingers tapping on the table, it was clear he was already irritated. My dad told him he didn't understand why they were charging us so much for that part as he did research and saw most for $15-$25. His response was that for what they charge us, that they make 30%. I understand that you are a business and everybody has to make money, but what the hell kind of a response is that? You have an unhappy customer, how about instead of making your 30% on this sale, you only make 15% and you KEEP A CUSTOMER. So, that ended that conversation since it was clear he wasn't willing to do anything about the price. Okay so let's move on then. My dad asked if they heard anything funky/wrong when the car was running and if they did do they have an idea of what it might be? He said yes he heard something but he doesn't know what it is. And then stopped talking. My dad inquired if they maybe saw anything loose under the car or anything like that? They said they didn't go under the car except to do a.b.c. And they didn't look. They said that's something that the mechanic would have to look at. Then silence. My dad asked do they have a mechanic here? And he said yes, they could have him look at it if we wanted since it wouldn't cost anything. Now, that actually reads pretty nicely however this guy had such a big tude in his voice it was like he wasn't the manager and just wanted us to gtfo cuz we were irritating him. So I said no thanks. If it doesn't cost to have the mechanic look at it, and you heard it already then why didn't you just have him look at it? Plus, were you not planning on mentioning that to us? I supposed that would be a little "above and beyond" so I shouldn't expect things like that. But being that we were not satisfied you would think he would want to jump at that opportunity to make us feel taken care of. The right thing to do would have been to say "oh that's right we did hear something! Let me have our mechanic take a quick look at it for no charge". That would have made up for the price in a second. Instead we just felt like we were harshing this guys buzz. Did not feel welcome and will definitely not be returning. My alignment was only about 75% better on top of that. Best part was when I noticed the sign offering to pay people for 5 star reviews. You should offer to pay people for HONEST reviews. But it's no wonder you have to pay for good reviews. read more

Very bad experience. Manager Jon Seghi gave a good quote for a new set of tires and alignment. One morning I dropped off my car. In the same day after hours I went to pick up the car and realized that they put different tires. Rims and tires were left marked after installation. Even though they charged me a bit less than quoted I could get those tires with installation for less money plus with free maintenance for life of tires. When I started driving I realized that I have to turn my steering wheel a bit to the right in order to go straight. So alignment wasn't done properly neither. Which is a safety issue. After letting Jon know he never contacted me. I tried to contact Jon a few times thru email and text but he never admitted that they did mistake. I understand that mistakes happen just admit it and make it right but Jon didn't contact me to fix the issues. So I stuck with this tires and not proper alignment for over $1100. Definitely don't recommend going to this shop. read more

After running over a large chunk of someones brake on the freeway that busted open my front passenger side tire & dented the rear rim I had my car towed here since it's right down the street from my job. I called ahead of time & they checked to make sure they have the actual tire I need. They had the same size that matched the two remaining tires I had, the price ended up being around 20 dollars more than what I was quoted over the phone but that didn't really matter since they were able to straighten the dent in my rim so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. I needed two front tires, I called the previous day and they said they would order the tires and could install next morning. I arrived when they opened and was greeted and said it would be about 30 minutes. They were all so friendly. While I was waiting a gentleman came in and was speaking to the technician, he recommended a less expensive but just as good a tire than the man was going to get. I can't recommend enough that anyone avoid this location like the plague. I've made the mistake of giving them my business for a few years now with a few different vehicles. They can't properly align your vehicle to save their life, on multiple vehicles I had to go back a couple times because they couldn't get my steering wheel straight, then ended up paying the dealership to get it right. The last time I went here I asked John (the manager) about sizing tires for my new vehicle. I wanted to go larger than stock, but only if they fit. I gave him all of the info on my 4Runner and was assured that a 285 would fit...well it didn't. What was their fix, pay for a 3" body lift. They refused to take the tires back, so I paid for another set...and there began my pain. 4 more sets of tires later, 2 bad Falkens, 1 horrible set of Generals that I didn't want but got pushed into because "they're great tires" according to the manager. I spend close to 2 months visiting this and other tire shops to try to balance and chase a shaking problem. I spent my own time taking it to the dealership to check my suspension on my BRAND NEW 4Runner because "it can't be the tires at this point it's not possible" according to the manager and the owner. In the end they refused to swap out another out of round set and asked me to leave my vehicle with them for a couple days. I get a call at the end of the first day saying I can pick up m y vehicle...what did they do? Screwed up my balancing by attempting to balance an out of round set of tires. I took it to another shop and opened a claim with BFG and reported them to both BFG and ATD. The owner Justin, only ever took time out of his day ONCE to talk to me and I had to ask his sales guy to please ask him to talk to me. Long story long, when I took them to another shop, surprise, when they put the vehicle up on the lift and spun the tires....they are in fact out of round! But I thought this was impossible??? It's not possible that when you switch manufacturers, each of them may possibly have bad tires. Weird because I'm in distribution and we run into these problems ALL the time. But we still take care of our customers. He even went so far as to try and sell me on a line that he was out the money for all these tires, sorry, that's not the case. You have terms with your distributors and those allow for both RMA's and exchanges. You may not get reimbursed immediately, but if that's a problem, then you're in the wrong industry. That's not your customer's problem who was forced to pay for 2 full sets of tires because of you're manager's error. Thankfully I'm friends with a couple of his "regulars" and let them know about my problems. I let them know how helpful the other tire shop was and patient they were when it came to dealing with someone else's problem that they couldn't bother to take time out of their day to figure out outside of doing the same thing they'd tried literally 10 times before. There is a term for that Justin...it's called insanity! Thankfully the other shop was helpful and didn't choose to charge me for fixing the horrible balancing job Tire Pro's did yet again. read more

It's not often a person says they are grateful for a tire shop but I do! Jon is an amazingly honest and knowledgeable representative and Tire Pros is lucky to have him. Audi had just scared me into thinking my son's car was unsafe needing a new vacuum pump and bushings. Easily over $1,000 of work. Turns out Jon saw the vacuum pump was just loose needing tightening and the bushings weren't that bad! He replaced 4 engine mounts for what I paid for two elsewhere. I have 4 cars in my family and they are all now going to Tire Pros! read more

Great place to come if you get a random flat, but definitely not the most organized or efficient. One would think that if you spent over 3 hours having your car looked at, that they would have some sort of notes or record of your car's needed repairs if they were unable to complete said repairs on that day. Well that's not the case! They clearly don't care about respecting their customers' time so I don't think I'll be going back again. Edit to respond to owner: I never declined having my brakes serviced that day- since your shop didn't have the parts and your tech decided to spend all his time(2+ hours) investigating the "more important" oil leak instead of just the brakes I came in for, I was sent away to come back another day.
