Most of the folks working there have been there 20-30 years, which says a lot about the enjoyability of working there, as well as the level of experience you get when you you bring your car to them. Josh and co got the back right panel of my car looking good as new and their skilled painter matched the white paint of the new panel to that of my car, which is really hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. Josh sent me frequent text updates, so I always knew the status of the repair being done and never once felt left in the dark. The repair took a week to the day, and pickup was really smooth and quick. Fingers crossed I'll never have to bring my car back, but if I do, I know my car will be in the hands of experts at Fix Auto.

These guys had our vehicle for 38 days, originally, after a fender bender. On pick up day, we drove…read morethe 40 minutes (one-way) to pick it up, only to get a text 5 minutes before we arrived that it was not ready. When we arrived & asked why it wasn't ready, they told us they failed to calibrate it before we arrived. The 2 ladies at the front desk were SO unprofessional and downright rude. Alex needs to take off her hood when talking to customers & avoid rolling her eyes in front of them as well. When we finally picked the vehicle up, we took it to the dealership we bought it from, and the techs there found out it was not calibrated correctly and that Caliber also didn't mount the bumper correct, causing the paint to rub off. They also scratched the steering wheel to the point of having to replace it. We had to take it BACK to Caliber for another day but we were told the rental would at least be comped by Caliber. The day we were supposed to drop the vehicle off, we called to make sure they were ready and we were told that they didn't have a rental car lined up. We finally were able to drop the car for the bumper work in January, 5 whole months after the accident and are now thankfully done with dealing with this company. My husband (who works at a car dealership lol) and I happily share our experience with anyone who asks about/mentions Caliber in Springfield.
