He lied several times And then figured out a way to dismiss us and our feelings during a consultation for my grandmother they're overpriced for what they're offering. I can't believe they're even allowed to treat people like that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact I feel as if they should be shut down. First they had his birth date and his date of death wrong on the paperwork. They tried to blame thier people that picked him up from the hospital. But I received that paper in an email from the hospital and everything was right on it. Then I was asked if I'd like a call on the day he was to be cremated. At first I said no. Then said yes I would like a call. They asked several times and I said yes every time. I never received that call. On his memorial page again they had his birth date and date of death wrong. I had to call so they could update it. I was also told it would be about 10 business days barring any unforeseen problems. It was 14 days. With no call to explain any delays. I have recommended Simple Cremation several times in the past but will not do so going forward. I was so disappointed with the whole experience. I know I'm probably just one person but this was my husband. Someone I spent 40 years with.

My sibling was at Davis but they are pricey so this is their sister company and half the price. Also I sent the obituary to Lauren for memory cards and she made beautiful memory cards and actually detailed it using stuff from his obituary.
