It's located near the Oakridge mall and has great parking and is near the light rail station. The owner was friendly and was very easy to work with -- especially because the sewing I needed was not a usual run-of-the-mill project. Communication with her was excellent and she approached the design with creativity. Pricing was very fair as well. Her shop was full of work and the experience was seamless and pleasant. Also, it's not exactly relevant, but the owner was impeccably dressed, down to her nails which could be showcased in an avant-garde magazine. She is just a beautiful classy lady who looks like she should be attending a fine concert. This was an excellent experience.

Her work is always clean and professional. Whether it's pants, skirts, or dresses, you can't even tell they've been hemmed - they look like they came that way. She also has a good turnaround time, and fittings are always fast and easy. My only suggestion would be a bit more transparency around pricing. I usually don't know the cost or the price breakdown until it's time to pay. Other than that, I've had consistently great experiences and would definitely recommend her.
