This place is AMAZING! You walk in and your mind is immediately confused. Did I walk into a Texas Steak house? Wait, it doesn't smell like steak, but man, does it smell good. The menu is full of options. We started with pot sticker, wontons and the most amazing Tom Kha soup! I had never order this soup before and was a little leery but that first spoonful was a flavorful explosion! It was incredible! We then ordered the orange chicken and a combination Wok on Fire Flat noodle! Again, the flavors were so great! The presentation was beautiful and bright! Got here maybe 30 minutes before closing. And although it took a while to start getting service, once we did, it was fast and the food was delicious. We ordered tons of it and it was all tasty. I called in an order for my kid brother to pick up for me cause I'm sick in bed. Told the lady what I wanted asked for the total then told her how long I would be. My brother is there to pick up my order and no one has received a call in order or has any idea what I'm talking about. When I asked what he could do to make it better he said we can take your order and have it ready in 30 mins. Remember I called over an hour ago and they just lost the ticket. Had a disappointing experience, we had eaten here before and decided to try it again. Tried to call for take-out and was told had to call main number and request this location and had a certain process. They had seating available so we decided to drive over and upon arriving they seated a 4 person party and someone at the bar and then we were told the empty tables were reserved for the upcoming hour and we would have to wait an estimated 20 minutes, so we would wait while tables were empty - what if the other parties didn't show? It is fine. I have eaten at both locations. The Marble Falls location is the only option for Pho in a 40 mile radius so I am happy it is here. I have had the vegetarian Pho a few times and the Pho Meatball. The broth is pretty bland. The vegetables that come with either are sparse and the bean sprouts/greens/jalapeños that come with are always very clearly a few days old. They are always polite hence the 3 stars. Not sure how this "Thai" restaurant has a 4.5 star rating? There are 2 AMAZING Thai food restaurants within 20 miles Ginger & Spice in Marble Falls and Aranya In Burnet. I always get the drunken noodle mainly because of the spice and here it wasn't spicy at all, all the vegetables where cut really big and it had over abundance of onions. It wasn't horrible but definitely won't be eating here again, will stick with the other 2 when we want Thai. read more

The food isn't bad, a tad salty, but the owner is a putz. I dined there yesterday and was brought the wrong Food. No big worry as the waitress acknowledged her mistake but after talking to this owner, said that DESPITE the order being WRONG, I had to PAY for it?!?!?!?!? Are you kidding me!?!?!? I will NEVER eat here again. What a shame. This is a small peaceful town where you would think they value customers but not this owner. Went there to pick up an order to go for lunch. Asked if I could get brown rice instead of vermicelli the guy was really rude and told me only for $3 more! Asked for 2 extra sriracha sauces which he wanted to charge me $1 dollar for! There is a point where customers can be unreasonable in their expectations of adding sauces or substituting items but this, I did not feel this was one of them. I am in the food service business and I know what these products cost a restaurant. I am shocked at the rude way in which I was treated and to pay $4 more for a $12 meal is really unjust. La Quinta Inn & Suites - Marble Falls was where my sister and I stayed at during our four day vacation trip to surrounding areas like Bee Cave, Spicewood and Austin. It was her graduation present for completing high school. Before our trip concluded, we wanted to grab some pho to complete our memorable trip. Upon reading some positive Yelp reviews, we thought we'd give this place a try, afterall, it was only a block away from our hotel. I'm from California, so I have a strong palate for authentic Vietnamese cuisine and pho is no exception. I have scoured hundreds of pho restaurants across SoCal, and I'm familiar with the service as well. Despite my previous experiences, I didn't have any expectations. This place takes the cake for lack of customer service and dare I say competent workers? I mean, I found mold hidden in between my bamboo chopsticks and it took me 10 minutes to flag one of the workers down to get me a replacement. Did I mention they were in clear sight, a few feet away from me and yapping about something that I have little care for? What irked me was the fellow who made eye contact with me several times and decided to ignore my hand gestures, instead of telling the waitress who took our order, that we needed assistance. The pho was mediocre. Definitely lacking. The meats were too overcooked, especially the "raw" rib-eye. It was apalling to see the elderly couple behind us who were sat down and no one serviced them until 10 minutes in. Do these folks have a 10-minute timer on who to serve next?! We were the only two occupied tables in the restaurant. We wanted to order banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) to go, but was told that they haven't hired someone to make them yet. I get that you're a new establishment, but wouldn't locking in a cook who could make the dishes featured on the menu vital to the success of your business? Why were the sandwiches plastered on the menu with accommodating images like those were best selling items? Do yourself a favor and save your money by avoiding this place. FYI, it's uncommon for a Vietnamese restaurant to serve Thai food, which means the flavors and authenticity could be close to non-existent. If you came here for Thai, please turn around and go to Ginger & Spice a couple of blocks away. It won't disappoint. read more
