Do not place online orders here. You can see in my note I asked the to "mix dressing in and chop salad throughly, thanks!" Dressing is not mixed in, wrap falling apart 2 bites in, moldy lettuce, nothing is chopped as you can see the chicken in whole pieces and parm just stuffed in one section. I used to love coming here but the last 3x have sucked unfortunately. Maybe it's better when you're in person, but yeah they don't care for online orders. I always come to this location and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been very nice, helpful and patient whenever I'm looking through the menu. Taniyah was sweet as well taking my order this last time & appreciated her patience while I looked to the options to build my own salad. Also have never had an issue when order for delivery as well. Food comes out fresh and delicious every time! Inside is always clean as well. Bathrooms always clean and always room either inside or outside to eat if wanting to eat at the establishment. Ordered ahead and it was ready on time when I picked it up. There wasn't a fork in my takeout bag, so had to grab one in the back by the soda machine. Glad I checked before I left! Staying in the area the night before a cruise and found Simply on yelp. Ordered online and absolutely loved the salads. They delivered to our hotel lobby before the stated delivery time! Good options for the salad itself and good add ons as well. Added a piece of fish for protein. I love a good chopped salad and this place did not disappoint. Walking in, the vibe was vibing, which is always a great start. I was a little overwhelmed by all the options, but thankfully Tre was there to guide me. He was incredibly patient as I asked a ton of newbie questions about the various dressings and toppings. He explained everything with honesty and offered samples to make sure I got my money's worth. I really appreciated how accommodating he was when I wanted to tweak my salad - he made it exactly how I like it without any hesitation. It made my first time a breeze! My interaction with Jaylen was also great. He was super friendly, had a genuine smile, and made the checkout process quick and smooth. I didn't want to wait at In 'n Out so I decided to go healthier. The store was clean and bright. Not too much seating but I was getting it to go. The staff (Kaia and Jaylen-hope that is spelled right!) was helpful and friendly. The salad is huge so I'm thinking I should've got the dressing on the side so I could eat it over two meals. Gardena disappoints once again. The quality and portions seem to have improved, but I ordered a Get Your Greek On for delivery and it arrived with no steak. I called the restaurant immediately to see what they could do, and they assured me I would receive a refund -- but it never arrived.
