It is a bit on the pricey side with a sandwich costing $13-$15, not including sides or a drink. There was only one person working at the time we went. She was very nice. We waited a little bit for our food; about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant was empty and very clean. They also were selling shirts at a cheap price. I think this is an underrated sandwich spot that I would stop at if I am in the area. It was pretty good in terms of taste and quality, and it is a good little spot to visit. Definitely recommend, but be advised of the price and sides needing to be ordered separately.

As a first-time customer to Simply Salad in Gardena, I was so impressed by the entire experience, especially the outstanding customer service of my young black men! Walking in, the vibe was vibing, which is always a great start. I was a little overwhelmed by all the options, but thankfully Tre was there to guide me. He was incredibly patient as I asked a ton of newbie questions about the various dressings and toppings. He explained everything with honesty and offered samples to make sure I got my money's worth. I really appreciated how accommodating he was when I wanted to tweak my salad - he made it exactly how I like it without any hesitation. It made my first time a breeze! My interaction with Jaylen was also great. He was super friendly, had a genuine smile, and made the checkout process quick and smooth. I didn't want to wait at In 'n Out so I decided to go healthier. The store was clean and bright. Not too much seating but I was getting it to go. The staff (Kaia and Jaylen-hope that is spelled right!) was helpful and friendly. The salad is huge so I'm thinking I should've got the dressing on the side so I could eat it over two meals. Gardena disappoints once again. The quality and portions seem to have improved, but I ordered a Get Your Greek On for delivery and it arrived with no steak. I called the restaurant immediately to see what they could do, and they assured me I would receive a refund -- but it never arrived.
