    Green curry with shrimp.
    Chris S.

Had to add another star. Got the green curry again with Thai tea. Really good. April the waitress remembered my name from a couple of months ago. That was extra nice. Nice service.

Tea Rose were excellent! Highly recommend trying at least once!

Appetizers: - Tea rolls - excellent, highly recommend try at least once - Cheese tools - very good, recommend, must have for cheese lovers - spring rolls - good, recommend for those who like spring rolls Plates: - Pad See Ew with chicken - excellent, try at least once, juicy noodles not dry like many other places - Pineapple rice - excellent, so many flavors! Service was very good, despite being busy the staff gave attention to all the tables. The only thing that took a while was the food, but the appetizers kept us happy. Excellent price too. Plates are not very big, so would not recommend individual plates. We loved the decor of the place, very unique and leaves an impression from the moment you walk in. We are definitely coming back regularly! I think it's the best Thai restaurant we've been to in this area.

I had lunch at Simply Thai on 9/7/21 and really enjoyed it. I had been to Simply Thai a number of times but not since they remodeled. The new interior is really nice and I loved the decor. The only thing I observed was limited seating for larger parties so I would recommend calling ahead if you have 4 or more guests. To start I shared the shrimp in a blanket which is sort of like a cross between a fried shrimp and an egg roll and was very good. I also had the tom kha kai soup and Thai drunken noodles for my main course and enjoyed both of those as well. I'd highly recommend Simply Thai for lunch or dinner and especially if you haven't been back in a while! It's very nice!

This is a hidden gem. The food was amazing. You can tell they make everything fresh. High class atmosphere. The team was very friendly and soft-spoken. I definitely will come back

This restaurant has my favorite chef in Atlanta! I'm not sure why it is not 5 stars! It's is like traveling to Thailand, but you are still in Atlanta! Srujani is so sweet as well! This restaurant deserves a Michelin Star

    Spicy basil rice

Food is good! Their spicy levels are truly spicy. I generally can order the level under Thai hot as most places and it be a comfortable level and here, it was spicer! Service was super slow, we came in at 7pm and got our food at 8pm after ordering drinks. I overheard that they only had one server as people called out so that might be the case. Ordered the drunken noodles and the spicy basil rice. Both good!

FOUR SEASONS ENTREE. Amazing dishes and silverware wjyj elephant ! SO UNIQUE & Gives the restaurant SIMPLY THAI character !!!! Well done

AMBIANCE (A score) Amazing trendy renovation. Looks expensive. Super CLEAN vibe (health test score 100!). impressive, colorful, bold, art work. Cute trinkets (potted succulents, vintage gumball dispenser). SERVICE fast (A) Waitress was a bit shy, but maybe because I was her 1st lunch customer. Food was warm. FOOD (A+) super tasty. Not too sweet. Ordered the 4 SEASONS ($10) with chicken ($2 extra) Brown rice (no upcharge). Packed with veggies & full size mini corn. Cooked to o perfection with veggies still slightly crunchy. UNIQUE FACTOR: -Felt more open compared to other Thai restaurants that tend to feel more dated and cozy. -The stand out was the beautiful, shaped, and colorful plates and super unique elephant tip silverware ! WOW! GREAT TOUCH! CONS: -played JAZZ music, Which I love. (Would prefer to hear Thai music! ) -suggesting LUNCH SPECIAL, option of soup / spring roll with entree. I was still a bit hungry after.

I hate to sound like but this is…read morea restaurant you'd like only if you've never ventured to NE ATL/BuHi/Norcross for the real bangers. It gives... tourist trap? I have never in my life had Americanized Thai food (or at least been conscience of it) but this tasted every bit of that. Not a single Thai national or descendant cooking or dining in here... I should have slid out the door upon noticing this but we were HONGRY and this place was walking distance. I appreciate the big portions to help alleviate the hunger, but the food going down wasn't even close to a real Thai experience. And the general ambience was definitely off. It's unclear whether this is a casual to-go spot or a sit-down spot or a bar. The service here was confusing. You have to order drinks separately from your food, for one. Secondly, it took a solid 10 minutes for a bartender to walk behind the bar and begrudgingly explain to me what they have available. I would have ordered more but her attitude made me close the tab after one beer. We didn't get served water until after we received our food, a solid 15-20 min after being in the restaurant. It generally felt like no one wanted to be there, and the staff were just moving independently to complete tasks instead of creating a dining experience *together*. There was not a smile from a single person I interacted with. I'd most likely not return purely because the dining experience is just plain out uncomfortable. On to the food. Mostly oil and noodles except for the papaya salad, which was... okay. Again, big portions. Nice heat. But just okay. The whole cherry tomatoes on top were a little weird and screamed laziness. The tofu kee mao was... okay. Same for the chicken pad thai. Lots of oil. This food made us feel pretty tired after eating it, which I've rarely experienced eating Thai cuisine. And they were very, very stingy with the protein. My husband counted 4-5 little slivers of chicken and hella noodles. The same was true for my tofu dish. I mean... it's tofu y'all. Cheap. But I can imagine they have to cut these corners because there were about 8 staff members running around in a small space with only a few customers in for happy hour. They do have HH deals on drinks depending on the day, but I found the drinks to be overpriced and not worth it. Especially the beer. And a $10 non-alcoholic cocktail is wild imo, especially for the scanty area this area is in. They are certainly milking the fact that they are in eyeshot of the Mercedes Benz stadium. The inside is beautiful and very ~trendy~ and honestly that tells me exactly where the focus is. I'd rate this a 2, but I'm adding a star for the spotless restrooms.

The restaurant has about three tables that can seat six people each, there is a bar area with a few stools, and also a several stools along the wall in the back. You place your order and pay, you're given a buzzer and when your food is ready you pick up your food. The service was just okay during my recent visit. Everyone appeared to be a little distracted, tired or standoffish. It was much different than past experiences. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I have never had a bad meal here. The only thing was our main entrees were spicier than we thought they would be. We requested medium and this wasn't our first time eating here but it was extremely spicier than expected which leads me to believe they made a mistake. I wasn't expecting much from this place but it was the perfect gem. I wasn't expecting much able to make a last minute reservation online and we were seated immediately. The waiter was professional and so friendly--he literally knew every little thing about each dish. He provided some great recommendations and we decided to order the lobster crawfish wontons, the crispy beef, the drunken noodle with scallops and lobster tail, and the sticky ribs. I easily could have eaten all the wontons myself and the drunken noodles came large lobster tails and plenty of scallops. I ate these so fast that I forgot to take a picture. The crispy beef was a little bit on the sweeter side but it was the perfect amount of crunch and sauce that paired well with the vegetables and jasmine rice. I also really enjoyed the ribs--they were very tender and flavorful. It came with collard greens which I didn't enjoy as much but the other dishes were so good and I ate so much that I didn't mind. I also saw plenty of couples celebrating milestones together so it definitely makes for a cute night out if you're in the area looking to have a nice dinner with your partner. I hope to be back to Atlanta soon so that I can indulge again.
