Totally blanked and forgot to take pictures of the menu! The spot is pretty well-known around Las Vegas. We came here with a group. We were able to try the pasta the halibut as well as the steak. The bread they offer is soft and super good. The sangria was also pretty good. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. My dish was the one with chicken mushrooms and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Service was interesting here for the most part our waiter was attentive. However, when they brought out the tiramisu, it was a little grainy for my taste. We tried to get the waiters attention so we could say something. however at this point, the entire restaurant was packed so we ended up just leaving it as is. The restaurant is very upscale people definitely dress to impress here. The outside seating is absolutely beautiful. I wish that we would have sat outside. This restaurant is like most places on the strip on the pricier side. You are going to be spending a little bit of money here, especially if you do the appetizers and dessert, but in my opinion, it's pretty worth it. Also, sidenote, they have a Frank Sinatra picture outside of the restaurant and it's pretty cool. You could take a picture in front of it!

Our sommelier, Luca, let us taste the wines we were torn between, and then my husband and I ended up picking one of each. We haven't drunken a lot of Italian wines in our time, so we were unsure. Poggione Brunello $42 Barolo $38 Polpettine: the meatballs were great. The polenta fries were just okay, I feel like they needed some sort of sauce to go with it. $26 Osso buco: My husband found it slightly underwhelming/one-note. I thought the bone marrow was great. The risotto was a small portion. The veal was very tender, but not super flavorful. $75 Cioppino: great tomato saffron broth, and a big portion of seafood. The seafood was extremely fresh - massive scallops, shrimp, lobster tail, and lots of clams. Came with a thick piece of sourdough on top and sourdough soaked in the bottom of the broth (which I didn't like as much). $85 Service from Thomas was great. Since it was my birthday weekend, they gave us a complimentary dessert, which was surprisingly good - small pieces of chocolate cake and lemon cake.

Amazing if pricey Italian food. It's pretty fancy here and prices are high even at current Vegas restaurant insanity. The Insalata di Rinforzo -Chef's Garden specialty mixed greens, honey crisp apple, pistachio cream, truffied caciotta cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Fagotelli "Sinatra" braised Wagyu short rib and duck liver filled pasta. Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce with Pennette was fabulous. Service was excellent and on par with the level of this restaurant. Great wine selection! Just be aware you're spending well over a hundred for a salad, entree and glass of wine.

Located inside the Encore, this restaurant offers guests a classy, upscale and elegant vibe, and a menu with plenty of dining and beverage options to choose from. I ordered the seabass with roasted vegetables. The seabass was delicious. It wasn't overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The vegetables had a light char and were very flavorful. The Chef surprised me with two complementary desserts, which were visually spectacular and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. Kudos, to Pete Purdy, (General Manager), after introducing himself, he inquired about my meal and asked was there anything additional he could do. This was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated and spoke volumes of the importance the restaurant places on customer satisfaction.

Went here last friday for my mom's birthday and had an amazing experience! I booked my reservation online and put that it was a birthday dinner. When I arrived, they asked whose birthday it was and ended up bringing out a free dessert for her at the end of our meal. All of the food here was delicious, you can't go wrong with what you order. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. I had the Astice which is pasta with lobster. It was so good and the lobster portion size was great! For dessert I would definitely recommend the cannolis or the Capello. Also, the service and ambiance were very good as well. Overall, 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.

The Fagotelli "Sinatra", almost like an Italian dumpling. The pasta was delicate and thin, and the braised Wagyu short rib filling.

The restaurant is absolutely stunning; high ceilings, elegant ambiance without feeling overly stuffy. The crowd definitely leaned older. Service was excellent: attentive, professional, and consistently on point. The food was good, but nothing completely blew me away. If you are looking for classic and well executed Italian restaurant; then this is the place. The Panzanella di Granchio felt like a deconstructed crab cake. It was fresh with nicely balanced flavors, but not necessarily a standout. The Fagotelli "Sinatra" was enjoyable, almost like an Italian dumpling. The pasta was delicate and thin, and the braised Wagyu short rib filling was very tender with great depth of flavor. The Veal Parmigiana was the true star of the night. Incredibly tender, with perfectly seasoned breading. The cheese was rich and indulgent, made me think of a decadent cheese pizza(but instead of crust, with veal), and the sauce was absolutely flawless. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. I loved the layered presentation in a cup. Everything tasted light and not overly sweet. The coffee at the bottom was a unique touch that really enhanced the overall flavor.

Great ambiance and classy vibes. Food was decent and filling. We got the beef carpaccio, which didn't disappoint. The Ossobuco is one of their popular choices to try. The meat was very tender, but for the overall taste it was okay. We had a reservation but waited about 15 mins before we were seated. Seemed like they didn't have any tables available inside since they ended up offering us a table outside. I was hesitant but it ended up being a good choice! It was beautifully decorated and had more privacy between tables.

Worst service ever. Wasn't crowded. Waiter took forever for everything. Food was only so so. Won't be back.

Beautiful experience at this restaurant located at the Encore! Sat at the bar to wait for some friends, our server Jose, was attentive and friendly. Ended up ordering the meat balls with polenta fries while we waited. The dish was good and would have preferred more red sauce on the side. The bread basket came with olive bread, sourdough and wheat raisin. Have dined here before and again it is a great option at this property!

Lobster fra diavlo. Nice and spicy

Had wanted to try this place since I was coming here as a tourist. Took more than a decade but I finally made it in. Really nice inside, very elegant. Was greeted quickly and sat immediately. They gave my wife a little chair for her purse, it's that kind of fancy I always order the meatballs at any Italian restaurant and it was no different here. They were delicious, not too soft, not too firm. Prosciutto was delicious as well, served with cantaloupe that was fresh and sweet. Caprese was a typical presentation it very good For our mains we had the salmon, ravioli, short rib and the lobster fra diavlo. Both were very well done. Lobster was just spicy enough, pasta cooked perfectly. Lobster was plentiful and cooked exactly right. Ravioli was delicious as well, salmon served over sweet pea ragu. Short rib was tender and fall off the bone good. Everything was cooked perfectly Dessert was a collection of things and all were like art pieces and tasted as good as they looked. Service was great, attentive and friendly. Fantastic experience and hopefully won't be another decade before I get back!

This was truly a phenomenal and memorable meal. And that is saying a lot because I consider myself more of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant fanatic rather than a fine dining guy. However Sinatra's really impressed me. Every single bite of food I had was fresh, and all of these familiar dishes were uniquely and spectacularly prepared. The caprese - so much character there with the fresh mozzarella and some of the most flavorful tomatoes I've had. The fried mozzarella - blissful. How can something fried taste so clean?? The veal - the biggest, baddest cut of the most tender, most satisfying veal I've ever had. And the gelato - smooth, silky, and refreshing. You have to get the pistachio gelato as one of your three scoops - that's a given.

    Leesa T.

Sinatra restaurant is good but I can imagine not as good as he would have liked. He was a pesto guy. The gnocchi was unique but not a Genoa classic. The food quality was not Frank Sinatra great. The ambiance is of course infused with Frank. It's unique. Once you've been to the Zefferino- home or pasta Frank (the real name inspired Frank himself)- you realize how much he loved good pasta!

Veal Parmigiana delicious but not crispy

He made the whole experience feel special. For food, we started with the Mortazza, a mortadella sandwich that was absolutely delicious. We also had the Diavola pizza, which was perfectly balanced, fresh, spicy, and honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I skipped the parmesan at the end, which made it feel fresher and less salty. For dessert, we shared the Caprese cake with stracciatella gelato, and it was pure poetry. Honestly, a five-star meal with food and service that lived up to the luxury of Fontainebleau.

We ordered three dishes we had before that are knock-your-socks-off delicious. 1. The Misticanza Del Campo Salad $24 - easily one of the best tasting salads in all of Las Vegas. 2. La Mortazza $22 - High-quality mortadella is difficult to get where I live. The sandwich is incredible. I save ¾ of it to eat on my flight home 2 days later. So good! 3. Tagliata Di Manzo $72 - This steak is tastier than the rib eye at Triple George. The potatoes are crispy and delicious too. Tried the pizza for the first time. The Margherita $28 was very yum. The two pastas we tried sort of missed the mark because of the flavor and extra load of butter. The Linguine alla Vongole $44 had terrific pasta, very well made with great tasting clams. The overall flavor of the dish was just odd. We also got the Rigatoni Cabonara $35. I loved the pasta itself and the first couple of bites were heavenly. But the richness from the overload of butter started to hit hard and heavy. That's a lot of food for 2 people. The timing of the service wasn't controlled great so I ended up with a plate on the seat next to me. It is a stunning, beautiful restaurant that is doing a lot things amazing.

Ferraro's Saved Me a Flight to Italy!…read more Hey y'all! Okay, so listen... y'all might have to sit down for this one Y'all apparently I don't need to book a flight to Italy because Ferraro's Ristorante brought Italy right to my front door! And yes, I said front door, because I had my food delivered. Before I even get to the food, can we talk about the CARE they put into this delivery? Everything was packaged and sealed so well. Nothing looked like somebody just tossed it into a bag and said, "Next!" Even the utensils were wrapped and presented with care. Y'all know I notice the little things, and to me, that says a lot about a restaurant. Now let's get to the FOOD! I ordered the lasagna, and y'all... YESSS! Rich, saucy, cheesy, meaty and comforting. This was the kind of lasagna that makes you get quiet for a minute because talking is interfering with eating. Ferraro's, y'all just saved me airfare to Italy! They also included fresh bread that's made fresh daily, let me tell y'all about that olive oil! This wasn't just some plain little cup of oil tossed into the bag. You could actually SEE the seasonings settled at the bottom. I gave it a little stir, dipped that bread in there, added some of the cheese they provided and Y'ALL! That olive oil had FLAVOR! The bread soaked it right up. Something so simple made the meal feel even more like an Italian restaurant experience--right at my own table. And THEN came the CHEESECAKE! Y'all, that cheesecake was delicious! Creamy, smooth and topped with berry sauce and fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. And they were NOT stingy with those berries either! The creamy cheesecake with the sweet-tart fruit was the perfect ending to the meal. What really impressed me was that although this was a delivery order, I still felt the care Ferraro's puts into its food and presentation. From how securely everything was sealed and packaged, to the utensils, bread, seasoned olive oil, cheese, lasagna and that beautiful cheesecake--it felt like somebody actually cared about the experience I was going to have when I opened that bag. Anywhoddles... if you're in Las Vegas craving Italian food and don't have Italy airfare sitting around, you might want to give Ferraro's a try. Because apparently, Italy delivers! I'll definitely boomerang back to this spot. See y'all in my next review!
