I ordered thinking they were large family style pizzas, so when I got a tiny personal pizza I was a little bummed. But the flavor.. I just could not get enough. Don't bother ordering delivery here. Pizza here seems to be reheated frozen pizza. Crust is hard and dry. Pizzas are cheap, but it's better to pay a bit more to get a good slice in your belly. Take your money elsewhere, like Sal's or even Papa John's. Any other pizza joint will be better than this. read more

Pizza here is terrible. You can go to a dollar pizza place like 2 Bros and get a more authentic NYC slice than this place. Came here a few weeks ago on a whim while checking out the neighborhood and I so deeply regret it. Food aside, the service was incredibly bad too. Man behind the counter saw me walk in, looked me in the eye, and blatantly ignored me, even though I was trying to order and not busy looking at the menu or anything. Another customer walks in after me and his order was taken right away. I had to say "excuse me, I haven't ordered yet." to even get his attention. I've been a fan on Singa's for a while back when they had a location in the East Village. Since moving to Brooklyn, I've been lucky enough to discover there is a Singa's location near my apartment. The pizza is just as satisfying as I remember it being; it's affordable and it gets the job done. I also was super impressed with the owner who was kind enough to hand deliver a pizza to me even after the store closed for the night (my apartment was on his way home). Worst pizza I've ever eaten in NYC, really this place should not be allowed to call its product pizza. This is worse than digiorno/ elios the common frozen pizzas, it is even worse than dominos and Pizza Hut. I am convinced it must be some kind of drug money laundering front because there is simply no chance they could stay in business selling this garbage product. The service was atrocious as well when I asked for a slice they made me a whole personal "pie" and showed no remorse for the lack of explanation that they don't do slices. I feel as if they robbed me of my $7 and if you are dumb enough to try they're food I suppose you are asking to be robbed as well. It's not a NY Slice kind of pizza, but the toppings are super fresh, the dough is buttery, crispy and delicious, these pies are addictive. 7 bucks a pie that's about 1.5 servings for me so it should be a decent single serving for anyone with a bigger appetite. read more

I gave this an extra star because I have been to the location once and the cashier was very nice and I appreciated that. However, I must say I hate writing negative reviews, but I really do not think this can be called a pizzeria... The sandwiches and pizza are on thick crunchy bread type that is neither the base of a pizza nor a typical slice of bread or roll you would have a sandwich on.. Very mind boggling. I also had the mozz sticks that were sadly very sub-par. I thought I would give them a second chance, but I really could not finish even one. I am so glad these guys moved in, a block away from my apartment. The best pizza, hands down, that I've had in Brooklyn. The only pizzeria I know where every single pizza is made fresh, from scratch, when you order. Flaky , crispy crust, delicious cheese and sauce. Love love love this place. The owner obviously cares a great deal about the quality of his pizza, he even once gave me a tour of the back where they made the dough - pristinely clean, the ingredients are all fresh (bought everyday).
