I was craving some Asian food, and this is where I ended up. This pad thai was definitely top 5 I've had. The iced tea and buns were good but nothing special. My friends also enjoyed the meal, including one who tried a thai tea for the first time! Later on before leaving Moab, my team did takeout. I chose to try something new and got a green curry. It wasn't as good as the noodles but not bad.

We got take out from this place when staying in Moab. Next time I'd like to eat in there, the place is small but has a great feel. Service when I picked up my food was fast and kind, with offering utensils, chopsticks, and chili oil. The food was great! I had Khao Soi and it was delicious. My son enjoyed the fried rice.

As I was sitting in Singha Thai Cuisine, I had an epiphany: Thai food may be my favorite type of food. Every time I order a dish from just about any Thai restaurant, I'm pleased with it. Singha was no exception-the food was terrific. Service was attentive and friendly-our server even helped rein us in when we tried to order more food than was a reasonable amount for two people. Hey, we were hungry and everything looked so good! Even the two dishes were more than enough food-plenty to take home as leftovers. I love this little place off the beaten path and will eagerly return next time I'm in town.

Great stop after a few days of camp food. Kept it simple with the Pad Thai (spicy level 3/5). I appreciated the variety of curry flavors, fried rice, meat options, and more. With every meal, they ask you on a scale of 5 how spicy you want it. Love this touch! Feels personalized and definitely important (the 4 was pretty hot). The levels definitely vary based on what you get. The Thai coffee and tea were outstanding - very refreshing. We arrived on the earlier side, and it ended up filling up, but we were seated for a table of 6 immediately. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Food came out quick too. Overall, super happy with this spot. If you're ever in Moab, it's a must.

Overall a 4.5/5 with delicious flavors, just slow service and fair portion sizes. Drunken noodle with beef was the favorite dish. Large dish with nice pan fried wok flavor. The beef was also tender. Pad Kaprow ground pork had lovely basil flavors and the accompanying veggies were well cooked. This also came with a small side of rice Mango curry with shrimp was mild and had nice coconut flavor. Though it came with very little rice to accompany all of that flavorful sauce Their spicy chili oil is nutty and a great addition to ask for on the side. It was difficult to flag down servers with a 30-45 min wait to ask for such side or get water refills.

This place seemed really popular among locals and tourists. The service was really nice, efficient, and friendly; the space seemed large enough, but with many tables and when it gets filled with customers the place was a bit noisy. We ordered tofu Penang curry, papaya salad, spicy basil noodles with noodles, and some beer. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and was pleasantly surprised that we found a very decent Thai place in Moab!

The service is fast and the staff is friendly. The dining room is intimate sitting about 10 tables. It can get a bit loud since the space is a bit small. The portion size is decent. We first had the fresh rolls. The peanut sauce it came with is warm and fresh. That was good, but the filling is a bit disappointing since it's just lettuce and vermicelli. Moving on to the Spicy Thai Basil. Honestly, it is ok. It only has a bit of basil, and it is very salty. Next is massaman curry. It's not bad, but again it's on the more salty side.

Not traditional Thai food at all. I ordered green curry. It tasted too sweet than it supposed to be. So disappointed and wasted my money.

Service was great- even though I stopped by close to closing, staff was so friendly and the food was still served steaming hot. There's some lovely open wooden architecture here that make it a great place for conversations of any kind- dates, family outings, a quiet personal meal, or more!

I got the pork pad thai and it was below average. The pork tasted stale, rancid, and gamey. The dish noodles themselves were just ok. Ambiance was calm, servers were sweet. They only had one chef, didn't have sushi and a number of other dishes when I went in on a Friday afternoon, though. Not sure if it was poor timing or if it is usually like that. Bottom line: This may be a historically local favorite, but it is certainly not up to par with other places. Apparently the quality has gone down over the last couple years, unsure what changed. If you're visiting from out of town and are craving Thai food, go to Arches Thai in Moab, UT - WAY better food for similar price. It is worth the extra drive, trust me.
