Love the popcorn chicken here, juicy and crispy and it taste amazing. Was informed they will be changing their menu for their food by the end of the month or so. If you enjoy their Italian items come and get them before it's gone. Some of the items on the menu are already gone like the burrata. Looking forward to the changes they will be making for the menu.

    Spaghetti Carbonara and tater tots

Boba and pasta, my new favorite combo! Plenty of parking and the store is nicely lit with plenty of tables to sit and eat. I was surprised with the range of the menu and also a bit hesitant. But I was pleasantly surprised by how everything tasted. The pastas are made to order and stole the show! The carbonara was so creamy and delicious. You also get a hefty portion and can take home leftovers. They also serve the pasta to you if you decide to dine in. They'll also cleanup after you. I still dream about the carbonara to this day

Dragon Fruit Oolong Tea, Passion Fruit Lemon Green Tea

The food was very fresh! The fries are layered with toppings which I heavily appreciate. This popcorn chicken is a good 9/10z I like the fruit teas here too!I got both passion fruit lemon green tea and the dragon fruit oolong. Both solid delicious options. Came here for a light snack but was surprised by the menu. A lot of variation here for lunch, dinner, or a snack! I enjoyed the music and the spacious interior. The workers actually serve you the food and I was very accommodated here which I didn't expect! Definitely kind people here deserving of 5 stars.

I got the mango lemon passion fruit tea which was good! Dragon fruit could be better it was sort of bland even tho everything was standard. Popcorn chicken was nice and crispy but for some reason I kept having this sour taste in the beginning which could be the marinate? Unsure... but truffle garlic parm tator tots were nice and crispy! You can def taste the truffle and portion was HUGE. Def like to try more!

    Oolong milk tea with boba

As my husband was heading home after buying lunch, he dropped by this place to buy an oolong milk tea with boba for our daughter. The price was kind of steep for the size your get. As for flavor, the tea flavor was quite mild but the boba was sweet.

Minus an entire star for the purpose of this being a boba shop and i dont recommend their honey boba!! It was not a bit sweet of honey- it was very tasteless and the was hard- i am so disappointed. They also charge a 3% credit card surcharge. Also $8 for a milk tea is criminal. Ordered jasmine milk tea $6.5 w lychee jelly $0.59 Milk tea $8 Honey boba $0.59 Jasmine green tea salt cheese $6 W lychee jelly $0.59 Strawberry matcha $7.5 Strawberry slush $7.75 Jelly $0.59 Total $44 They have a loyalty rewards. Every 100 points you get $10 off. Each dollar is 1 point so you have to spend $100 to get $10. Insane Drinks are decent. Id come back to try other drinks without boba and the food

Jasmine sea salt tea was refreshing. In addition to boba shop offerings, they also have a rather sophisticated Italian food menu, which was very interesting. I am totally coming back and trying more in the future. Mom and pop vibes. Shopping center parking. Good service. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

My first impression walking in was how polite and welcoming the staff was. You can really tell they care about their customers. The place was super clean, the music was good and they even have free wifi for customers! I ordered the parmesan gnocchi pasta, mild popcorn chicken and the strawberry lemonade oolong tea. The pasta had a lot of sauce and was perfectly creamy. Since the portion was big, I got to take home my leftovers and have it lunch the next day! It paired really well with the popcorn chicken. And the strawberry lemonade oolong was the perfect drink to balance everything out I definitely recommend coming here to study or to hang out with friends!

Great Service. For a hot busy day. Service was fast and friendly. Good drink options. Okinawa brown sugar 3/5 compared to other boba place we have tried. Mangonada. 3.8/5 Their version of mangonada is not bad. I've had worse from an actual Mexican spot.

Matcha Strawberry Matcha Latte Peach Rose Oolong Tea Chicken Fettucine Alfredo Popcorn Chicken

I wanted to love this place. I had this place bookmarked for months until I finally had some time to go. This place is in a not so busy, huge complex along Mission Blvd with plenty of parking. They have the typical ordering screen right in front. Which I usually prefer so i can have time to think about what I want. I know I really wanted to try the pasta because I don't think I have seen a boba place serve pasta before. So I got the chicken fettucine alfredo and a matcha strawberry latte. My bf got popcorn chicken and the peach rose oolong tea with boba. We also got our order for dine in. Didn't wait too long and the order is ready. Everything was packed up to go, (even though we said we were eating in). Someone did come out with plates and utensils which we appreciate. The matcha strawberry was okay, the popcorn chicken was okay, but the peach rose tea was really good. Surprisingly not too floral that it smells perfumy. Very refreshing. The pasta was good too, I like they used real parsley. I just think it was a bit expensive for what you get. Overall it was okay. I will give this place a chance again when I am in the area and try the pizzas and other drinks.

Really wanted to like this place based on others' reviews, but for me this place unfortunately fell flat. Came in on a Saturday evening after a local graduation, and there was no one else inside. Cute decor, located in a strip mall. Place was staffed and clean, and lots of drink and food options. Unfortunately the drink flavors weren't that flavorful. The popcorn chicken was overly breaded, and felt more like breading rather than chicken. Maybe it was an off day when I went, but overall it wasn't a memorable experience.

    Braised Beef Cheek
    Joyce Z.

Sip and Savor is more than just a boba shop, hence the savor part of the name. Cheryl put this place on my radar as soon as she said braised beef cheeks special. I knew this was going to go fast so I called in early to reserve two orders for pickup. Because it is so decadent and rich, it is absolutely shareable or enough for some leftovers. It is melt in your mouth tender and perfect to go over the bed of mashed potatoes and vegetable. When the beef cheeks are not available, they do offer some delicious pastas like the bucatini with fresh pistachio pasta and ricotta and a spaghetti with bolognese that you can add chicken or shrimp to for an additional $5. Both were a hit and would bring me back in.

Asian Tea/Coffee Shop but with a unique food twist. Of course they're gonna have popcorn chicken and other fried snacks to go with all them colorful, often sweet drinks with all kinds of things floating about. But this unassuming tea shop also has some significant food offerings that you just don't run into at this level. I'd even say sit-down restaurant quality food, although there is nothing sit-down about their format, straight counter service/take-out spot. I've had about 3 different drinks here and all are about $7ish, which is standard these days for these bigger tall sealed cups. Nothing has wowed me but they are standard/suffice. I feel their drinks run on the sweet side and even at 50% has a big noticeable sweet tinge. I ordered a topping once, some lychee jelly and it made the drink much sweeter than the 50% requested. I think a few tablespoons of the syrup that the jelly sits in, got put in the cup, which if you're trying to curb the default sweetness already, kinda seemed like an 'oh well' transaction. Popcorn Chicken ($10/3.5*) Big hunks of marinated chicken thighs fried in this crisp Asian coating that almost seems like tiny balls of starch, much different than say just flour or bread crumbs. Very crisp when warm but if you let this get cold, it totally transform into something else. Those crisp pearls turn mushy and gummy when cool, which made me assume a mochi-like coating. Quite flavorful bites though, very well seasoned, even has a tinge of heat from some red pepper. The basil was just raw leaves, and I definitely prefer fried basil as it adds a nice cooked anise flavor versus raw leaves which remind you of a salad. Spaghetti Bolognese ($18/4*) I tried this in-house once and when it came out it looked like a sit-down restaurant version from the nice heavy plate-ware to the presentation of nicely twirled pasta in a very balanced portioning. Very rich though, like the sauce is cooked down and maybe even a pat of butter is added as I felt a dairy richness in the texture. Also made it more oily and when I was eating this, I didn't have a salad or vegetable dish with it, so it was just a bit too rich for me as is. I would definitely try this again but steam some veggies at home or make a nice fresh salad to go with. Pepperoni Pinza ($22/4*) They also have pinzas here with different toppings. A pinza is a 'Roman' style pizza. This may be my first try of one. It is a thinner crust that gets really crisp, almost cracker crispness on the initial layer but it does have some chewy bread traits. Their sauce is awesome super thick and tomato-y with big hits of oregano. When hot the hits of tangy/sweet sauce and floral hits of oregano are divine, that I just may go Margherita next time. The pepperoni was okay but made it very salty, which is a given, but it even seemed saltier than a conventional pizza like Mt. Mike's. Spaghetti Pomodoro ($16/3.5*) I ordered this for take-out once to bring to a casual lunch buffet. Their tomato sauce is quite thick almost closer to paste than it is to sauce for me. I just prefer a looser/juicy sauce. The sauce was also surprisingly spicy, even after requesting it mild after being asked over the phone. It was so spicy that the child I brought it for wasn't able to eat it. I ended up taking it home for myself. Cool spot where the uniqueness will get me to come back. Hope they can stick around.

As someone who has been drinking Vietnamese coffee since I was 12 (Im much older now), I am very picky with my Vietnamese coffee. This place knocked it out of the park with their coffee as well as offering flavors that I never tried other than the original. The phin set I ordered is for dine in only and understandably so. The pandan cream topping was definitely new for me and I would give it the compliment of saying that it wasnt too sweet. Not pictured was the pandan waffle and the two pate chaud I ordered, which I ate before taking the picture, I am sorry. It might be on the pricey side but hoenstly these days, what isnt? Im not complaining, I would come back next time I am around the area. Lastly, I wanted to shout out the workers there on that day. My recommendation is to order your drinks less sweet. It's the perfect level of sweetness. The only tweak I'd make is adding an extra shot of espresso to the coconut coffee. The food, unfortunately, didn't live up to the drinks. I tried a few of the bánh mì sandwiches, and the bread-to-filling ratio was way off. There just wasn't enough filling, and even after ordering extra veggies, it didn't seem like there were actually any extra added. If you're specifically craving a Vietnamese sandwich, I'd recommend driving about a mile up the road to Huong Sandwiches instead. That said, I still want to come back and try more of their food menu because the drinks alone keep bringing me back. The café itself is adorable. I love the modern design and all the greenery throughout the space. It's clean, quiet enough to study or work, and has about 7 small tables, making it ideal for solo visits or small groups of up to four people. I also appreciated the powerful hand dryer in the restroom (it's the little things!) and plenty of parking. Come for the drinks, stay for the atmosphere.

Even when the workers call the names on people's order, they need to do so multiple times because people tend not to be able to hear them. Between the very loud espresso machines (not much you can do about that) and the music, if you need to sit and get a little work done, this is not the place. Again, after many visits, this is the reality I have to admit. I wanted to like this place for a spot to work, but unless the volume levels come down, it'll be a pick up and go spot only for me. **editing my review after my experience today. Waited for 40 minutes for a simple Avocado Toast. When I went to the counter the cashier was a little snippy with me and told me "it takes time..." and rolled her eyes when I asked to take it to go. I had already finished my large latte and needed to get on with my day. The order was avocado mash on a piece of toasted bread. I could have baked an entire loaf of bread in that time and been spared the attitude. Last visit for me. No thanks.

If you happen to land a spot here your best bet is to reverse all the way out because a three point turn will turn into a multipoint turn quickly. My suggestion is to park in the lot in the plaza next door and walk over. As for the baked goods the Spicy Lemongrass Chicken Croissant is phenomenal and the Strawberry Moon is a classic. The flavor profiles here lean Asian with many call backs to flavors such as ube and passionfruit. They also seem to change their menu often too so keep an eye out on the newer items as you visit. In terms of aesthetics of the pastries you can see the love in the folds of each one. The strawberry moon croissant is a good example of this because the amount of ridges in the croissant shows how many times it was folded while making it. The entire family is in on this, from the cashier, baristas, and pastry chef. If you're looking for a AAPI business to support, this is the one to go to. They're kind, diligent, and when a pastry sells out you can always count on them to make more. Disappointment does not run in this family! The only ding here is I actually asked for a flat white and the person working that day said it was the same thing as a cappucino. The cappucino was so good I was fine but I do like more coffee taste than milk which is why I asked for a flat white. Pancakes: Very well made with apple and whip cream topping, the kids ate way more of this than we thought they would. Yogurt: With granola, blood oranges, and pomegranate. We finished the whole thing, it was a very interesting blend of toppings that paired well with the drizzled yogurt.
