However, when we took our churros back to the car to eat, we were disappointed to find that they were raw primarily inside. They were crispy on the outside, but incredibly doughy in the middle, which was a big letdown. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for them to be cooked properly, especially since it wasn't hectic and they didn't seem rushed. We're definitely going to give them another try, because anyone can have an off day, and we're hoping it was just that, since it's always such a treat to enjoy fresh churros. Hopefully, the next churros experience will be different since we're big fans of churros in this house. The issue is that we were never told the flavors were unavailable until after we had already ordered them and you had started preparing the cups. Had we known upfront, we could have decided whether we still wanted to order or simply gone somewhere else. Instead, we got excited, chose four different flavors, and then were told one after another that they weren't available. That was frustrating and disappointing, and it's exactly why we left without buying anything. What I find even more disappointing is your response. Rather than acknowledging how poorly the situation was handled, you minimized my experience by saying it "doesn't warrant not returning" and ended with "LOL." As a business owner, I'd expect more professionalism when responding to customer feedback. Customers are entitled to decide whether they'll return based on their experience, and this response only reinforces my decision not to. I left an honest review based on what happened, and I stand by it. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously so future customers aren't put in the same situation and honestly to anyone reading this it just shows you you treat customers based on an honest review and hopefully to anyone reading this I really don't recommend you waiting your time to come spend your hard earned money to this place seeing how the owner treats customers.

He does regular and filled ones, but I am a purist and so I just got the regular cinnamon sugar ones and he gave me 2 big pieces and some little ones for $4. What a deal! I had to give him a tip!
