Just had lunch at Sirens Cafe on Beale St. for the first time. (Saw an ad in a local magazine). Very pleasant experience. Had a Italian panini with the lemon pasta salad side dish. Service was great. Food was even better. Excellent menu with different choices. Somewhat modern and gourmet selections. Chef was trained in Italy I heard. The ice tea was good and not that expensive. Overall prices are moderate but certainly worth it. Order at the counter and then have a seat. Food is brought to you. They also do a huge takeout business and catering. Highly recommend Sirens for a very pleasant eating experience. Can't wait to try the lobster roll or lobster pizza. (No lobster today ). read more

We found Siren's on Yelp and it was perfect. A half sandwich and salad (each) was exactly what we wanted. The turkey panini was delicious as was the turkey special. Very friendly atmosphere and we love the local feel. We will return next time we're heading to Vegas from AZ. I would suggest they add music. Also they were out of toffee and we hear it is delicious. Nice location. The inside is very old looking and the sea theme of Sirens is seen throughout. The paninis were excellent, the soup of the day (Italian sausage) was also pretty good. My only complaint is actually what most people like about this place...the lemon pasta. It was very strong and almost sour tasting. I don't know if my serving was the bottom of the container, where all the flavor accumulated or if that pasta is just not my taste. Did my research on Yelp while in Kingman. There was only 1 review but very positive. Checked out the menu on the web site and it looked promising. So why not? I was very pleasantly surprised. There's maybe 8-10 tables. I got there early, and there was only 1 table full; by the time I left, about 1/2 of the tables were full. Ordered at the counter. Service was super friendly and courteous. French onion soup special was spot on despite the fact the cheese wasn't fully melted on top: the flavor was intense and delicious. Their menu is sandwiches (hot and cold), soups and salads. The Marco panini is currently one of the most popular, and was tasty with roast beef, crusty bread, red peppers and gooey homemade ricotta between crispy bread. Potato salad is Grandma's recipe, creamy and rich with egg and mayo, but fresh tasting. Carmela and her family just celebrated the cafe's 2 year anniversary this week. Nice that they have Rolling Stone issues to read, was a nice break from a hot day riding. Hours are 10-4 M-F which makes it mostly a brunch/lunch place. My only regret is that I live too far away to eat there weekly!! They care about food and their customers, it's a family business, and I will absolutely eat there again when I come thru Kingman, which will hopefully be next year. read more

Recently passed through Kingman with hungry complaining kids after a 13 day road trip through every piece of AZ. Honestly, this was a highlight of our dining experiences in the entire state. They do sandwiches and soups which are good but the sauces and dressings that go with them are super flavorful. They also have a toffee maker (didn't even know that existed) and I bought a pound to go. My hubby and I hid it from the kids on the drive home and ate almost the entire bad in secrecy. LOL! The only thing that was a little weird was how quiet the restaurant was. No music. Almost no noise whatsoever. Jam some tunes and party on people. Your food is worth celebrating. read more

What a gem. I'm in Kingman visiting and looking at houses and I stumbled across this adorable little place. It's covered in sirens and mermaids. Makes me think of Newport Beach, CA. The Moretti has Roast Beef, Caramelized Onion, & Moretti Beer Cheese Spread on a Kaiser Roll for $6.50. The Moretti was out of this world good. The bread was so fresh too.
