We were excited to try out this spot as my friend and I had never been here before. This is a Greek and Italian food place. Located downstairs of a hotel. The vibes here are chill and the restaurant has a beautiful bar area. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was nice and attentive. Maybe a little too attentive. It was nice she came over alot to make sure everything was ok but at times it felt like she just had nothing else to do as my friend and I did go at an early dinner time. So not many people were there. We got bread for the table which tasted nice and fresh. It came with some Garlic and then an herbed butter. The Olive oil and herbed butter were delightful. For appetizers and main dishes my friend and I shared the Caprese salad which was tasty. We got the pine nuts on the side due to my allergies. Everything on this dish tasted fresh. I had the chicken skewers and rigatoni pasta with meat sauce as I couldn't decide what to get as both sounded sooooo good. I was full after the chicken dish. It came with Tzatziki sauce. My friend enjoyed her dish as well. I had to drink a NA beer and my friend enjoyed her glass of wine. I suggest trying this spot out and maybe coming early as it seems like it can get crowded especially later at night.

Nice spot to have a lovely meal. My friend and I came for an early dinner so if you want to beat the crowds and don't mind eating early, you won't need a reservation-- if not, get one! Happy hour is only served at the bar FYI. My friend and I were seated by a window and given nice warm bread and herbal butter and soft garlic. Tasted lovely. My friend and I shared the caprese salad which was nice. If I could give a tip, I would say add more basil or keep leaves instead of slices them to balance out how much balsamic glaze is on the dish. My friend was famished and she couldn't decide what she wanted, so she got Lemon chicken skewers which is enjoyed and also had Ragu pasta. She enjoyed both. I ordered the crab cakes which were generous in size. I could only eat one. The veggies were a bit mushy not crisp. The tomatoes and cucumbers tasted refreshing. We both took home leftovers! We will come back for cocktails and dessert!!

Went to Sirocco for breakfast and the food, service and ambiance was phenomenal! VERY vegetarian friendly, we got the avocado toast (which they allowed us to remove onions since my mom doesn't eat), breakfast potatoes which melted in my mouth but still were crispy, fruit bowl which was fresh and sweet, and a ny style bagel which tasted incredible and was toasted to perfection. We are going back for dinner as well because of how good the food is and how vegetarian friendly they are!

Nice looking place - staff was very friendly but overall we were disappointed in our meals. There were 6 of us and so we were able to sample various things. The Beef Carpaccio was very good. The Caesar salad had mixed reviews with most finding something lacking in it. The Beet Fennel and Orange salad was delicious. The Osso Buco was thin and on the chewy side and didn't really fall off the bone that is usual with that dish. The Lamb chops again got mixed reviews depending on what was expected by the 3 who ordered it. The Bolognese was not hot and had little to no meat with a somewhat over the top amount of pasta. The Mussels with Chorizo was ok but overpowered by the taste of the tomatoes in the sauce. Don't think we will be rushing back soon

Great location not far from the beach in a hotel. Vibes is very chill and modern. Service is friendly and efficient. Enjoyed their take on a cosmo with some lemonade. Nice wine list too. The caprese salad was really elevated with a balsamic reduction, pesto, and toasted pine nuts. So good I forgot to take a picture. Several gluten free options, including pasta. The pasta portions were huge! I was really hungry and enjoyed the mushroom florentine. Pasta was cooked well and the sauce was very flavorful. My husband enjoyed his seafood pasta. Prices are quite reasonable. Definitely check this place out!

Great happy hour deals and specials throughout the week. I had the Mushroom Florentine last time I was in and it was out of this world. Highly recommend and the service is always above and beyond.

This restaurant is in the lobby of the Coast hotel. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had breakfast here on Saturday and Sunday morning. The menu is nice. Between the two days, we had the Greek yogurt parfait, the sourdough breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, and the Spanish omelet. They all tasted great. Ambiance and service were also good.

This is a great hotel restaurant. Servers and bartenders were lovely. The breakfast is something to rave about. Food was delicious and the mimosa was served in a wine glass :) The breakfast prices were very reasonable, especially for a hotel. I'd recommend the breakfast skillet! Their potatoes were cooked perfectly and we couldn't stop eating them. Go here even if you aren't staying at the hotel. We tried a couple snacks at the bar one night. The Caesar salad had came with a charred lemon and a balanced dressing. I'd put this place at the top of your list for Rehoboth.

Excellent food, both in taste and visual presentation (bravo chef, and thank you for the meet & greet). Bread/water guy (sorry didn't catch your name) was also always on it refilling water, and offering bread without being asked. Alex, also gets a shout out for the service and attention! Hard to find an elegant restaurant like this anymore where the food and ambiance are superb. Being a bit "old-school" about fancy restaurants, I like getting dressed up and going to a place that feels special. This is the place. Not only is the food delicious, but expertly presented. An amazing bread basket that I had to refrain from eating too much as I knew my dinner would be rich and filling. Also, the cocktails are superb. Even though many restaurants now serve specialty cocktails, they don't always live up to expectations. Here at Bas Rouge they are mixed beautifully. One should be aware that, although I believe you can order al a carte, it's mainly a three/four or seven course menu. NOTE: I was extremely dismayed to see that they had foie gras on the menu. Especially seeing that this restaurant is named after I believe the owner's breed of dog that he loves, I believe foie gras, as many people do, is animal cruelty to produce. They also serve veal that again, is usually from animals confined to crates that stunt their growth. Sorry for the bummer ending, just stating what I believe is factual.

The decor was simple and not over the top "oceany" as some tourist traps. I saw they were inland which I like. I try to avoid the neon wharf spots and I was so happy. I sat at the bar, which was full of welcoming locals and a tired traveling clown (me). The gravelly-voiced owner of I thing third generation paused a few times between sending out trays of steaming crab. He was a perfect blend of warm-hearted welcoming and hard-bitten tyrant. I went for the all you can eat feast at $69 (prices always subject to change) which comes with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw. I was assured the sizes were running large and it wasn't just a line. I was happy with the mediums. All I can say is they do crab RIGHT here. Fresh steamed ONCE so the meat is incredibly moist and succulent. And they just kept coming in trays of four. I ended up having a dozen which made it a deal at $69 compared at the price of a dozen à la carte. But who cares?!? They are blue crabs steaming and fresh and it was a feast. Side dish commentary: the fries are excellent. None of this cardboard tasting shoestrings. They were thick cut with skin on! The hush puppies classically tasty and the Cole slaw was not over dressed. Bonus!!! I can't wait to go back and try the she-crab soup and the bread pudding (highly recommend by my neighbor at the bar who is a local restaurateur).
