I'm writing this review in hopes that the owner can turn it around... I had high hopes for this place but sadly, the customer service and food quality has gone down since they first opened. If ordering to go, expect to be disappointed in the amount of food and the quality. Also, the fresh spring rolls used to come with mint, carrots and cucumber, now it is mostly just lettuce with maybe a small amount of other veggies, if you're lucky. Aside from the owner, the cashiers working there are often times very rude. You don't receive a "welcome" when you arrive and most times if you say hello first and ask how they're doing you get a "I'm fine" back. Zero customer service. That alone makes me want to avoid the place. Then you add in all that is lacking with the food and it's just a big disappointment. read more

The food was amazing. Papaya salad and pad Thai was 5 star thai spicy. It wasn't overbearingly spicy. The crab rangoons with the sweet and sour sauce was really rich in flavor. Service was quick and good. We were greeted as soon as we got into the restaurant. It was our first time there. It is a nice place to go to get lunch. The ambiance is nice and clean restrooms. The food can be better. The sauce for the grilled chicken and the pork chop are exactly the same. Thai are usually known for good sauces. The pineapple rice tasted more like curry and hardly the taste of pineapple. Need for garnish for the pineapple rice as stated like pineapple, cashews and tomatoes. You can tell a good Thai restaurant by the Pad Thai and this alone was in need of improvement and can use some tofu, sprouts & ground nuts. The 2 servers are great but when I told her about the sauce, she commented that is a very common item that customers bring up and she mentioned it several times to the cooks but nothing change. That just tells you that they really don't care about your suggestions. Not going back. read more

Yum! So happy to have a Thai place in west park! Was supposed to be a date night but.... Sick kid. So, we got takeout instead. I typically judge my Thai places on the curry but opted for the crispy chicken and fried rice instead- and so happy I tried something different to start off with! The chicken was like a katsu cutlet- crispy, thin, crunchy and delicious! We also got the satay and Kra Pow chicken. We ordered the Kra Pow at spice level 2 and it was not spicy at all- but, delicious nonetheless. Satay was standardly good. Food was ready fast ordering online. I'm excited to eat here again. We travel down to Roseville a few times a year to see my wife's parents. Occasionally we get Thai. This is the best Thai I have had in Roseville. I'm quite picky because we have a place we love in Portland and haven't been that impressed with some of the ones we've been to down here, but this meets and exceeds expectations! Really enjoyed it and will be coming back. We got the Pineapple Fried rice with crispy tofu, cashew nut chicken, yellow curry with tofu, and peanut sauce. read more

So far my favorite Thai in Roseville! Easy to get in and out for pickup (have never actually eaten in the restaurant and can only say it seems small but clean and friendly!). Food is prepared fast and tastes fresh. The owners/workers are very kind! Love the chicken satay with peanut sauce-reminds me of Thailand! I haven't found much my kids really like here but they don't not like it. Just be prepared to go through some trial and error. read more

The food wasn't bad. The reason I'm giving a 3 and not a 4 or 5 was because the potato's felt like they still needed to be cooked. The chicken wings needed a little more sauce. My husband and I thought they were going to be spicy wings but there weren't. So I added some chili powder and tasted way better. The service was okay. Nothing special. Felt more like a cafe vibe than a restaurant vibe. They were nice but it just felt like they were there just to bring food. There's not much interaction with them. I've been to other Thai places and I've experienced great customer service and connection with the server. Just for my husband and I we had a 60 dollar lunch which I think it a little much. Ordered pad thai and I got bad thai or sad thai! They used big fat slimy egg noodles, no ground nuts, no lime, no egg and no sprouts. Instead of shredded carrots it had big slices and freaking zucchini or cukes. I know everybody has their own way of making dishes but this a real bastardization and pretty much sucked. It came via Doordash and I checked the receipt and it clearly stated pad thai. The real kicker was that I sent them an email and never heard back from them. I love coming here with my family! Delicious every time, and the service is amazing! The yellow curry is our favorite.

I have yet to dine in but the Kao Soi Curry Soup was delicious! It wasn't something I expected although I did read the description. I was thinking of something else but I really enjoyed it. I do want to go back and try the other dishes. If you love curry then I would definitely give this a try. It goes well with the egg noodles. Pick your choice of protein as well (I added shrimp). I would post a pic of my take out but the picture would do it no justice! I'll have to update this review later when I dine in and try more on the menu. Something in my spring roll was not cooked all the way. Crab Rangoon cream cheese was cold and whatever wrap they use had a weird flavor. Husbands chicken pad thai level five finally came out, after having to fix it without the sprouts as requested, and it had no spice. My chicken green curry lacked flavor. Not the curry itself but the chicken. Also had a very boiled or microwaved texture. Vegetables were raw and crunchy. Nothing was working in what we ordered. I know the owner knew I didn't like my food because I barely touched it and didn't ask for a Togo container. We've eaten here twice. Both meals have been amazing. And the best part is the gluten free options are not making my celiac wife sick! Finding restaurants that can do GF in a way that's celiac safe is rare in this area, but this place does it right. Went in this past Wednesday around 7 pm, they were quite busy and the order at the front process wasn't super clear, they aren't fully operational yet and seem to be in a soft opening though. We first had contact with a young lady who told us they didn't have a place for 6 to sit, then an older lady stopped and asked the younger lady to bus a table that had room. That was the only odd thing as the busier seemed like she wanted us to leave and not order but the older lady was very accommodating, took our order and brought our drinks to our table. The food was great, we ordered Thai ice tea, Thai coffee, chicken breast fried rice, pad see-ew, and steak salad and they were all extremely good. Portions were a little small but pretty fair based on the price. Ambiance is a little loud because they were packed, they don't have a patio open yet but there is a concrete pad that looks like a patio will be coming soon and will double their seating capacity. Dined in a month ago, and just had takeout last night. Both experiences were fabulous. The owner was so nice! She made suggestions about what we should order when we were there and they were great. We ordered Fresh Spring Rolls (always a favorite), and pumpkin curry. The Kra Pow Gai Kai Dow off the Street Thai portion of the menu is a must-try. So delicious. Tried the Kao Soi Curry Soup for the first time last night and it was equally tasty. We ordered level 3 spice for everything and it was nose-running hot but not unbearable. Our to-go order last night was ready to go when they said it would be. Will definitely return for dine in or takeout in the future. Must try more from this menu! read more

Food was delicious and flavorful. Even my young boys tried the Pad Se Eww, which was something new for them and they loved it. Owner was there to serve us and she was great. This is one of the best places for Thai food! Prices are reasonable and portions are good enough.

Really confusing and inefficient front of house operations. (Do I seat myself? Do I order from the front desk?) Servers waste a lot of time, unsure which table an order belongs to. Kitchen is severely backed up, and there does not seem to be a systematic way of handling orders. I am not exaggerating, it took over 70 minutes from when we sat down until we got our main entrees. (Heard similar things from people waiting for to-go orders.) They blamed it on the amount of time it takes to cook curries. But we didn't order curry -- we ordered noodle dishes! Are they implying they only have one burner to cook everything? Once we complained (over an hour into our visit, and well after we saw other people get their orders before ours), the food eventually came out. While having decent flavor, we could tell they rushed the preparation. Noodles were far more liquidy than we would expect for pad thai and pad see ew. (And the latter, for which I had requested medium spice, had bone whatsoever.) This restaurant could do well in this part of Roseville, as there is pent-up demand for more interesting ethnic food choices. But as of right now, they are severely hampered by operational issues, and until they fix them, it is impossible for me to recommend them. read more

Just wanted to update my review. They literally lost a loyal customer. They messed up my order a lot but I understand that sometimes things get messed up but treating and favoring customers differently is where I draw the line. One day I ordered the kaprow kai dow (the chopped chicken with egg) and they messed up and gave me the one without egg again (yes this has happened before where they charged me for the chopped chicken and did NOT include the egg). I paid for the dish with egg and although I did not complain to them that they charged me the higher price, I didn't mind. Anyways, so I went in again and ordered the same dish and they messed up and gave me the dish without the egg and I corrected them. They apologized. I wasn't rude or anything as they were nice but then they came back and said I owe $1 and some change because they messed up my order. Really? Ok so I paid the difference and went about my way. Fast forward to tonight, I ordered dinner for my family and asked for extra white rice with my dinner entrees. I made sure to repeat my order three times with the person. Well, guess what? They forgot the extra white rice and when I asked them about it, they said sorry they forgot to charge me for it and asked for the $2 and some change for it. Ok fine, I'll look past their mistake AGAIN but what got me upset was a guy who ordered Togo and they gave him extra rice and said out loud "oh it's ok, don't worry about it". WTH. So they charge me but not him? What kind of BS is that? I am big on supporting small businesses but when you treat and charge customers differently, I will never support that ever again! read more

After trying so many Thai restaurants in Roseville, I've FINALLY found my go-to Thai place! So glad this opened. I've been spoiled by good Thai from LA, the bay, etc, so other restaurants here have been underwhelming. Not Sisters! Dishes we've gotten: - Crab rangoons: delicious!!! - Shrimp pad thai: Yum! The first Thai restaurant in this area to get this flavor down. Shrimp was good quality, though I wish they gave a few more pieces. - Beef pad see ew: Good flavor. I like that they had more veggies than the usual broccoli. I'll pass on the beef next time. - Beef pad kee mao: yum! For some reason beef tasted better in this. - Chicken yellow curry: Amazing taste. Definitely would order this again. - Chicken panang curry: good, but I prefer yellow curry. - Veggie & crispy tofu basil fried rice: Also delicious. I did pick up, but the restaurant interior looks quite nice. Can't wait to try more dishes next time! Only gripe is their phone line can be busy sometimes and hard to reach. read more
