This was one of the best Sizzlers I had eaten at in the past, but like most chains this place failed in every possible way other than the toast...food was way over cooked, next to burnt shrimp was horrible! What an improvement. Sizzler is back on its game. First the staff, we were greater by a friendly cashier. Jorge, our server, made us feel like an upscale dining experience. I never ran out of iced tea. He brought the famous cheese toast right away, and I'm pretty sure he timed our main course right after we finished our salads. Large restaurant chains aren't judged by their food as much as their service and this place is always good. We ate here for the first time on July 4. The restaurant was clean and quiet, and the salad bar was stocked. I had the salad bar, and everything tasted good. My husband had the shrimp plate and salad bar. With the shrimp plate, he received a lot of shrimp, and he got it with rice pilaf. We haven't had a bad experience at this Sizzler! The management must be on point with their standards. The place is reasonably quiet so you can have a conversation. It's cleaner inside the restaurant than many others that I've been to. Over the years we've become friendly with server Maria, she's been on top of her game forever. We'll sit in her area whenever possible. Our Thanks to them and Maria after all these years. I'll continue patronizing this location as long as they maintain their standards.
